The hotel accommodated for early arrival and that was much appreciated. However, the room provided was one thats less desirable as it had a large ~3 feet by 3 feet pillar in the room. The room upgrade for Titanuium was somewhat disappointing, I understand the selection will be limited because of early check-in, but in my 2nd stay just a few days later it was also just a regular basic room on high floor/executive floor, but the hotel was fully booked that day though.Other than that, rest of the stay was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and that was the best part. It has a beautiful lobby. Concierge was execellent in helping with receiving and sending out a package. Executive lounge was very good.Liked the location, being close to a main subway station.

I received a very nice upgrade to a beautiful Executive Suite on the top floor of the hotel. One of the best things about this suite is the addition of a separate office space with large desk and ergonomic chair, a very welcome addition to a luxurious business hotel! The living room TV also had a Bose sound system which was very nice. The bathtub was placed in the huge shower stall which was clever as all the water could simply drain into the shower. The bathtub had a beautiful view out the window over a golf course...but you could also see the club lounge! Not sure if the club lounge could see you back! As for the lounge, it was pretty good, definitely enough for a light to moderate dinner even. Lastly, this property sits adjacent to a major metro station that has access to three lines which is incredibly convenient.
