This place is quite a lot of fun, there is a lot of entertainment for kids and there is also a nice place for adults to have a drink while waiting for their kids. The coaches are super friendly and they are willing to help you learn any new tricks and they are always there to make sure kids are having fun. I would definitely recommend this place!

The kids had great fun here!!Socks provided need to have the non slip grips as floor and equipment can be slippery with the airspace socks that you have to purchase. The children want to come back again so I know they had great time!! 💖👌

Pretty good place for family entertainment but the Aircon didnt seem to cope on a hot day.

Difficult to buy a ticket since internet reservation does not function very well, many locks in cupboards are half broken or broken. Dust is so plentiful that it accumulates on heating elements and may set a fire one day.However when instructors help children these last once have great fun.

Only one person works for both bar and reception, that causes super long queues (so many people stay in long line just to buy a ticket ot something in the bar). You should arrive to the JumpCity on exact time this should be 12:00 or 14:00 etc, and be here till the hour ends, then you should live or return on reception to buy another ticket, and that sucks... You also have to buy theyre scecial socks, or they wount let you jump:( The JumpCity is not as big as you may think, so it was for me and my family unpleasant surprise. Hope this review was useful! Wish all have a great day and choose wisely.

Stupid entrance system, where you can come only at the beginning of each hour, e.g.you should enter at 12:00 or 13:00 and so on and can stay for an hour. If you arrive at 12:20 you can stay till 13:00 only. Theres also only 1 receptionist for the cash desk and for the bar and shes always busy, so you have to wait until shell be ready preparing coffee for an other customer. The rest is ok, enough place to jump. Bear in mind, they will order you to buy their socks.

Pity we had to travel over an hour to get there...and to our disbelief they told us that they were closing!!!!!!!!! Children were distraught... Poor kids!!! Very poor upgrade of site...rather inexistent.

No trainers attention. Complete negligence of customers. Poor organisation and facilities.
