Food was excellent along with the service and the ambient background.

Not this time around. Food was cold. Customer service no bueno. Phone was ringing no one would pick up. They start off good but slowly go way down.

When you serve others after you order is the wrong way to do it. Manager didnt have a explanation of why I had to wait over an hour. I saw multiple other customers walk out with their food. Great job

Food was great, we had wings, burgers and appetizers. The beer was cold and had various to choose from. Our waiter was excellent, we were a group of 10 and he was excellent in taking care of us. 10/10 recommend!

Classic Wings, Burgers, Fried mushrooms a bunch of local beers on tap and a house made michelada that will make you thirsty all over again. Great place!

Chicken burger and 5 wings took 30+ minutes. Ordered a blue cheese chicken burger and they didnt even put blue cheese on it. Staff was unapologetic.Edit to reply: I requested my burger with everything on it just light hot sauce. Owner responded that I "asked for light blue cheese crumbles" on my blue cheese chicken burger yet I wrote this review because there was no blue cheese on my burger. The owner also goes on to say that I waited in my car truth is I waited inside the restaurant. So good job noticing and tending to your customers. I guess that explains why I had to ask multiple times to get a cup of ice water.

Awesome wings for the location & you cant really go wrong with a place the also serves beer.. The service is good and the appetizers are great..

Some of the best wings Ive had but everytime I try to place an order on the phone for pick up they leave me hanging for at least 20 to 30 minutes

Great wings! Loved the raspberry chipotle sauce. Fries were served nice and hot with the right amount of salt. The only minor complaint was that the fried pickles were a bit greasy for my tastes. Not a big enough reason to change the 5 star rating because the rest of the food was awesome.

Friend of ours recommended this place.It’s a hole in the wall, but a great find. Some of the best wings we’ve had in a long time. The Burger is also excellent. Great customer service, will definitely return.

Food was terrible... No taste, terrible service.... Asked staff there was no soap didnt both to do anything about it.... DISAPPOINTED!!!! DONT GO THERE ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE SERVICE ALONG WITH TERRIBLE FOOD!!!

Had to flag staff down just to order after 10 min arriving. Had not been there in a long while so not familiar with menu. I ordered a Carter thinking it was a Burger it turned out to be cheese in a bread like really just name it what it really is grilled cheese. Had I been explained to what I was ordering I would had never ordered that. Not impressed

I like the fact that they Did NOT have loud music in the place for Starters. I hate when your in a eating establishment and the music is so loud that you cant even here yourself think. Which is a tactic most rest. Use to get customers in an out. The JCs sampler was Cheese sticks were excellent. amazing. Fried Mushrooms were awesome, Texas toothpicks were delicous, boneless lemon pepper wings were Huge unlike other commercial places i.e. chilis, Applebees. They were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. NOW lets get to the brass TAX of the meal the Reason why I came. Had the 24 wings combo. The basket of curly fries was HUGE! Nevermind the fries. When I think wings I like at Meal not a kids plate size portion of Wings. Let me just the wings the Drums and the Wing portion were Fantastically H U G E the flavors I had Lemon Pepper, teriyaki, bar b que, & Mild just to try a range of their Flavors. Every last wing was Huge, Cooked Amazing flavors were great not over bearing with the right amount of Sauce! Unlike the baby wings you get at Wing Stop. An there is no shortage of Ranch. JC Wing Co. was an excellent experience!

Second time I have been to this restaurant and both times have been wonderful. The burgers are great as are the wings. Their Texas Toothpick appetizer is also very good. The prices are quite reasonable also. If you are in the area, you should definitely check them.out.

first things first, customer service is freaking bad but the food is AMAZING. The fries taste so different, the fried pickles are my favorite! Awesome place. Definitely recommend! 🤩 That last star is the lack of customer service.

This place is awesome as always, I got 2.50 Mexican beers and the mugs are 5$ and the pitchers are like 12, its a awesome place to relax and eat some great wings, they also have some good burgers that are big and perfectly made, I been here many times and have always had a great experience. Best establishment in town.

Really good food. Takes a bit to receive food but the quality is pretty good and price is reasonable. All in all worth it. Get extra fries ha.

Love JC wing, I travel from San Antonio . I was introduced to some shrimp tacos by my friend Jhonny. Fell in love with the tacos. Every one must try them.Thanks too the manager SaulAll the way from San Antonio you guys rock.

Loved this place after the first time I are there. The atmosphere is awesome and cozy, friendly service, and one may play chess!! The food is great, I go for the wings, great size and enough meat, its actually a wing not only the drum. Chicken does not taste any better!!

I love the food here. Its amazing atmosphere and the workers there are outstanding. Bussers, servers, and managers are all hardworking. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Service is ok. Food came out at different times. So we all started to eat at different times. Food tasted great. Wings were a little tough but not to bad. Prices are fair. Would go back.

Called and called to order takeout, they finally answered. Guy puts me on hold,I could hear he was attending a customer. After he is done,never answers my call . I could hear him talk to someone,but casual not with customer. Decided to take my business elsewhere. This was my first and last time ordering from this place.

Came in and was helped almost immediately even though there was only 1 server at the moment. The food is really good and the service was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome. Should have tried it along time ago. Great food, nice workers. Plus it has a Poké Stop...Heads up, the barbecue and raspberry chipotle are amazing but the JC is extremely hot if youre not prepared for it!

They are ridiculous. Husband called in today to place an order for the JC Sampler. Waited 15 minutes for the food to come out for pickup just to find out that they didnt have the mozzarella sticks. What a complete waste of time. They didnt want to at least for the inconvenience add 2 or 3 more wings. A professional restraunt who cares about their customers would of at least done that but I guess they dont know how to keep their customers happy.

Love their food, boneless wings are of chicken breast ,burgers hand made and beer is always cold the atmosphere is great as well as the staff... highly recommend it...

I walked in as a first timer & didnt expect too much but the food turned out to be awesome & so did the employees who were working the late shift. Cool place to go to highly reccomnd if you are definitely a wing person.

I had a burger and fries. It was good but a little too salty for me. I will definitely go back but I will tell them to ease up on the salt next time I order.

This place has great food! Service isnt too bad.....not very prompt! However, if you do visit this place be prepared to sit & wait over an hour for your food. Assuming that they put your order in!

We came here to enjoy a good lunch since Ive heard good things about this place only to get our wings 10 minutes after ordering and my daughter and I had to wait 30 minutes after to get our burgers and got our fries super cold. Told the waitress to replace them and she rolled her eyes as if she was too busy to take care of her order. They put warm fries over my cold ones and didnt replace my daughters fries because thats how they serve them like really? I enjoyed the wings so we will probably come back and have it to go next time. But would not recommend the burgers at all. My daughter also got her buns toasted so she didnt eat it. Very disappointed.

Its a nice and decent little wing place. 4 stars because it just doesnt match my taste buds. However thats my own personal preference. Food overall is good and well cooked!
