JAT Restaurant in Kohima

The food quality is not upto the mark as per the rates are charged. The staffs services are also not satisfactory. Its better to go other options rather than this.

Today i tried aloo Paratha and chicken do pyaza with lassi....it was another level......enjoyed alot.service and food was great....a must try restaurant

Searching the place to eat North Indian food in place like kohima and this place popped up.The food was absolutely exquisite.loved their butter chicken ,butter naan and laccha paratha

I have not been there for the last 7 years but from my experienced foods & service are average , but the ambiance is outstanding , prices are a bit pricey.

We were looking for vegetarian options in Kohima. This place has quite a few. The restaurant was clean, food was warm and they customised a dish on our request.

I really wanted to give no star unfortunately there is no option to give a review without a star. Worst restuarant experience ever. They made us wait for almost 40 minutes. The food served was stale chicken cold naan and I dont even know what sort of Biryani it was. The only thing good was the tomato chutney which I would not deny I asked to parcel it in the begining as soon as tasted it which was the first thing i tasted. Such a disappointed. After waiting for so long and hungry I literally ate only the rice and my husband did not even touch his food. Of course I was not going to pay the full amount for such a pathetic food coz I wont get rip off for a food so undeserving. My husband posted his review and instead of being appologetic their sentence " old tatics of shameless people to avail discount" seriously? You run a business learn to take all sorts of review that is the whole point of giving us the customers a platform to share our experiences.

Excellent Experience, Food was Exceptional, with a Cozy Warm Dim lit Ambiance. Great place run by a hard working owner. I would like to suggest them to keep packaged mineral water as well & have better washrooms.Will definitely visit them again..

Great choice if you are up for something indian. They have varieties of menus to choose from and what more than a nice view of the busy street below while you enjoy your food!

Food-10/10Waiters-Very sluggishWait time- Forever. No exaggeration here, I waited about 75 minutes for two plates of butter naan and curry.

Third class restaurant ,i asked for the price of chicken tandoori full and that said its 500 but when i opened my pack ,it was one third of the chicken ,most of the part was missing, will never order or visit the place again .

I am a vegetarian and i loved the food here. It was difficult to find a restaurant with decent vegetarian options in Kohima but this place had lots of them. The owners are also very friendly and helpful.

Food was served after one and half hour.. After much awaited time chicken butter masala was served cold. Service deliverance was not good. Saying sorry to customer does not bring back the experiences we had. Perhaps, the worst experience ever at restaurant.Better improvise everything.Good luck 👍

Delicious food, good service, nice ambience but a bit expensive. Bonus point is that the manager is friendly and loves little (naughtykids. He played nursery rhymes and encouraged the kids to sing along and dance. Had a nice experience.

Restaurant is in good place but I am unable to take service because restaurant not opened on that time when I was reached on that place on near about 10 am for breakfast.So I think this restaurant is only for lunch and dinner.

The aloo paratha and chicken chillies is the best ...... Not only that but so much more foods to try ..... Its amazingly delicious ! Try it you wont regret it , Im sure !

A cozy but spacious restaurant that feels rather upscale. Food is good but nothing incredible. Free wifi is available. Be prepared to pay a 20% surcharge though (10% service fee, 10% packing charge). If youre after value, the same meals can be found elsewhere for cheaper. Still, a nice homely place.

Didnt particularly enjoy the food. The view and lights in the evening is cute though.

Fantastic place with very good food and excellent service....the guys there went out of the way to modify create a new dish according to my request and did a very good job with me....reminded me of my moms kitchen.... nice, quiet and very warm feeling this place eminates.

Sadly the quality has gone down over the years, chicken pieces had become smaller, under cooked food had become more frequent, not planning to go back very soon
