Great little spot with a crazy crazy oddball beer selection and great owners who speak great English.Highly recommended if staying near Taipei station.

We waited a long time for the dishes to come, the waiter’s attitude was horrible too.

Very good place to have beer!! They have around 5 to 6 draft beer choices, not so many but there are good LOCAL TAIWAN draft beers which taste like good a Blanc!! Owner is very friendly and place is nice as you can see in the photos.A beer there around NT$150-200This place is owned by a Hongkonger so you can speak Cantonese there!!!

The food was excellent in terms of taste. The portion size was generous in relation to the price. However, their cheese sticks were overly pricey for the quantity. If you order the food via delivery, they will add a note inside your packaging.

Really good beer, fries, salad and ribs. I was hesitant about coming here because of the name but I am glad that I came… my wallet isn’t so glad. They charge an additional 10 over the listed prices. The draft beers we had were very very nice but a bit pricey at $250 a beer. Second beers are half price.I really like the place but I can find other places in Taipei with more reasonable prices..

Went in on a Monday night so the place was empty. I liked the wide range of craft beer they had. The food was the only downer for me. Chicken in the risotto was a bit raw and the pesto sauce was just too salty.

A great beer place which is near Taipei main station, they offer over 100 kind of interesting Taiwan craft beer, if you would like to try something different, here is definitely your choice. They also have a great variety of food, BBQ ribs, pork kuncle, and all my friends enjoyed it a lot. The waitress here would introduce their beer to you that you can get the right beer! come and try!

Six of us came here two days in a row, we had so much interesting beer. Lime, banana beer, 10 different kinds of IPA . most of the beer is taiwan craft beer, they used taiwan traditional ingredients to brew beer, wintermelon beer is particularly special. this is a very cozy impressive beer bar, it is suggested to make a booking beforehand. They are doing a great bar so many people especially come for it. Great bar kn taipei waitress friendly and they also provide wine and cocktails etc.

Awesome selection of beers from around the world, but also here in Taiwan. Had a super yummy Taiwanese roselle sour ale and loved it. We didnt eat, but the food looked delicious, lots of options, including vegetarian. Super fun, plus, their logo has a bum on it so extra points from me.

Really an excellent, cozy little area to stop into for a bit. Great, super friendly service and an AMAZING selection of craft beers from all over Taiwan. And the food platter was really an excellent addition to the beer served there. Its really close to the central train station so its a must visit, even if to just temporarily get away from the noise and hecticness of downtown!

Place is great, beers are great, owner is great. Enough said. Theyve got great bottles and a couple excellent beers on tap as well. Highly recommend.

Close to the train station in downtown Taipei. Casual atmosphere. Numerous beer choices. The menu was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. The servers were proficient in English. The name is not reflective of the type of establishment. Good place to stop in downtown for the first time.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff.I like trying beer that is made in the country I am in, and Jap Jap Bikini is the place to do exactly that.They have a large selection of Taiwanese beer and was very friendly and helpful in trying to find out what I would like. They had lager and stout and everything in between!If you ever find your way in Taipei this should definitely be on your list of places to visit :)

Lots choices of foods and beers. Its a quite nice place to have a chill hour with friends. Kind owner and stuff, comfortable environment, nice music, just come here to grab some food and beer if you come to Taipei train station.

Very cute cafe/bar right next to Taipei Main Station. The beer list was super impressive and contained a collection of international as well as award winning local beers. We also tried one of the cocktails with mint and white chocolate liquer and it was excellent. Definitely stop by if youre in the area!

I spent a week in Taipei and ate here almost every day. The ladies that work here are really nice and speak English well. The food and beer were great too. When I come back to Taipei I will be visiting the JapJap Bikini Cafe again.

best beer house in taiwan. reasonable price to be honest since the waiters they all have very good knowledgeofbeer. around 160 to 250 twd. the waitress is super friendly and she likes to help you to find out the beer you like. my favourite type of beer is iPa and they have over 20 types ipa here ! pretty amazing. location is my priority.near Taipei main stationwe came here every day duringour summer trip. and they also provide a great range of meal like stir fried noodle and Taiwanese bbq ribs. you definitely have to visit this place if you are around Taipei.

We had a big meal here¡ Swiss wings fruit salad and mix and match. We and our family all like here. Me and our husband had interesting craft beer here tea beer we had quite few plum beer sweet here is a busy place but good for a cozy gathering night good to tell u this good place

Negatives: The ambience was dark when we entered the restaurant with most lights turned off. The waitress recommended some dishes and described them as "different" and "nice" to which we ordered but the quality of the dishes was quite poor eg. Meat was overcooked and there was no particularly different flavours from your standard American style restaurant. Wedges were also cold unfortunately and wait times were longer than expected considering the amount of people inside the restaurant.Also it was quite pricey considering quality of food.Positives: beer and drinks selection was excellent, would come back to try their whisky flight.Conclusion: would be interested to taste the rest of.the drinks menu but the food was quite poor in quality.

Pretty misleading name. I was walking by and the risotto got my attention. There was someone standing outside and they pressured me to come in. They recommended me the mushroom risotto saying it was really good so I went with it.It wasnt risotto. It was mostly just mushrooms and rice. 1/5The thing that was pretty good was the roasted marshmallow match latte. Roasted marshmallows are good in any situation. 4/5The service was nice and attentive (but fully clothed...did not impact the score).Im surprised the reviews are so high for this place since the food is a little pricey and very plain. Lots of these reviewers only have 1 review and its for this place for 5 stars. Im sure you can earn 5 stars, just focus on quality.

Came because of the good reviews online, but had a rather disappointing experience. Plenty other better places selling the same selection of beers.Shop was rather empty when I arrived, service staff was very prompt and informative (we’re paying a 10% service charge after all). I always look at a broad selection menu and only one chef in the house skeptically. Didn’t try the food, had a bottled beer instead. Inquired about the bar food, was informed it’s cocktail nuts and two kinds of crackers. No coaster, beer glass left a small puddle on the table, wet the notes I was working on.Friend arrived and looked at the menu briefly. Said she didn’t feel comfortable in the shop and wanted to leave. I asked for the bill. Was informed that every customer was obliged to spend a minimum when they sat down. My friend spent less than five minutes in the shop and was forced to spend money just because she sat down?Maybe I didn’t read the fine print about the rules but I think that’s ridiculous. Maybe tell customers to look at the menu outside and make up their minds before coming into the shop. In the end I bought another beer to take away.

Very comfortable place for gathering with friends, has a very wide selection of specialty craft beers. Owner Ida is a super nice and sweet young lady, who is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain the different characteristic of each beer.Didnt get a chance to try the food (by the way, she cooks as well!!!this time, but from other reviews, the food here is superb.The next time I am in Taipei, I will definitely go there again.By the way, thanks very much Ida for making the reservation for our hotpot dinner, much appreciated!

Great cozy place with such a variety of local craft beers! Tried a few Taiwanese IPAs, lagers and even a honey mead!! Its averagely priced for Taipei and the service is impeccable. *Note, they do not take card so bring cash.

Not a bad bar and cafe style restaurant located close to TPE main station, love their logo which is a fine and sexy a**. Food wise is pretty decent, taste good, price is a bit high but i think its reasonable due to the quality and quantity they serve.

Very friendly staff. The place is quirky and interesting. Seemed to have a good amount of local traffic. Owner/server spent extra time with us to explain the beers and even suggest a few things. Very friendly. The beer was ok, lots to try. The American Pale Ale was my favorite but they had some other local concepts that I would try.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. Everything about the place was great. The owner knew everything about the many local craft beers that was sold. She also treated all the customers like life long friends while preparing all the dishes herself. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Taipei City area.

I lived near TP Main Statin and discovered Aidas place from google map - only to be greatly surprised by the food and atmosphere of the place. My friend and I were soooooo impressed that we visited the shop for 3 times during our 4-day trip (and of course we know that there are tonnes of other places to eat in Taipei). The roasted pork there is unbeatable - and so are the fried chicken - best accompanied by BEER sold there! Nothing could delight our day better than the WAFFLE dessert.Hongkongers may also be particularly interested in hearing Aidas story - because she also comes from HK, and single-handedly starts a business in Taipei. Not only do we enjoy the food and drinks, but also an encouraging story from a HK girl, who reminded us that there would be tonnes of different possibilities in life.Thank you Aida - I will definitely visit again when I come to Taipei :D
