Was expecting great food after all of the 5 star reviews. Maybe we stopped by on an off day? Egg roll was the best part of the meal. Teriyaki wasn’t great.

Great food, HUGE portions, really nice people. Its not a stellar dining room if youre looking for atmosphere, I think most people do take-out.

Chicken is hard over cooked, pot stickers were burnt. Food tasted terrible. Waste of money.

Total scam. Ordered online, everything seemed fine. Went to pick it up, and the restaurant wasnt even open to accept orders. No way to request a refund from their online portal, GetBento, or from Google.

UPDATE - 09-27-22 - purchase was refunded (3 stars to reflect the refund but cannot speak to the food)As of today 09-23-22 (1 star), made an online order that went through and received a text at 4:24pm... After completing the order, the receipt states food will be ready by 7:54pm?!Hours on Google AND website states that restaurant is open 11a-8:30p. Tried calling number and no answer or voicemail and dove by to see if anyone was there and no one was... Places that have online ordering have ways to prevent orders from going through. Hugely disappointed and, yes, being that person.

It’s my first time ordering food from here. The service was great from a gentleman, whom I believe is the owner. He recommended me to order from mix and match list, which I did. I ordered general Tso’s chicken and noodles and teriyaki chicken with medium spicy. FYI: I got charged $1 for spiciness. The food comes with one drink of your choice. General Tso’s chicken was crispy and tested good (sweet, tangy, and savory), it also comes with rice. I really liked it. However, I didn’t like noodles because I think it tasted like raw noodles mixed with some kind of chili sauce. I couldn’t taste a char from cooking in a hot pan (sorry, if it was supposed to be like that). The portion is unnecessary huge. I would prefer smaller portion with a smaller price. I would come often if they offer smaller meals for dinner. Overall, the foods here are not bad.

Really like this small business restaurant in Richland. They’ve even added indoor seating! Fantastic carryout! Loved the peanut sauce in their noodle dish!

Absolutely delicious! We ordered our entrees with tofu and loved them. Their vegetarian options are plentiful! The workers are so joyful and nice, too!

We just went there today for the first time and I’m IN LOVE!! The food is spectacular and and the portions are amazing! I was able to feed a family of 4 with this! Definitely coming back again!

Its a little disappointing when you go to a business that has a sign in the window which is open but theyre not really open. They open later maybe you should take your sign down so youre open for the day.

Ordered the lunch special. Spicy chicken teriyaki. The food was delicious, large portion. Ordered and was able to get the food in 20 mins.

This was our first time visiting. It is tucked away behind Fat Olives and was pretty quiet on Wednesday at dinner time. Nothing spectacular about the setup or environment, but the food is delicious and the owner was personable and friendly.We bought three entrees for $50 total, shared it with two adults and three small kids and had leftovers for an entire lunch the next day. The owner was friendly and generous, he gave the little kids cookies for free just being kind. We will definitely go back.

The owners have always been extremely kind, and very generous in their portions and the kindness. This Richland location is a little hidden gem of the Tri-Cities. Authenticity and flavor pours out of this place. Will definitely be back.

My dads last meal request was egg foo young. I swung by Js for the first time but to my dismay, egg foo young was not part of the menu. When J found out my dad was a dying, retired fireman and marine, he didnt hesitate in making a fresh batch. It was my dads last solid food and he LOVED it! My wife and I also agreed that it was the best weve eaten. Thanks J for your personal touch, I know this review took longer than I promised but I want everyone to know that this food is not only delicious, but, the owner is an awesome person! God blesses you J.

Excellent food in large portions (I was able to have dinner and lunch the next day from my meal). The sauces had great flavor/consistency and our tofu and chicken were cooked perfect. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls was out of this world delicious, I wish I knew what it was. When I was getting my food they seemed to keep consistently busy with takeout orders, but they still got out orders pretty fast. They also have a drive through order window. There were a ton of vegetarian/vegan options which was a pleasant surprise. Id say at least 50% of their meat dishes had a vegan tofu version. I highly recommend trying the MexAsian Tacos, they were an unexpected delight.

They serve burnt chicken in the name of Teriyaki. the owner himself suggested to opt for the dish though we had zeroed in on another one. Had a friend with us who was probably having the last meal in tri-cities for a long time to come. Thoroughly disappointed. Opt for Family garden or Sakura if you want good chinese food. Still not been able to fathom the 4.8 rating!! Portion size not worth the money they charge.

This was our first time ordering. All my BF said while eating was "yep.. mhm.. this is it." Coming from the him trust me, it means its good. We will definitely be coming again!!!

Very nice service food wasn’t good at all though. Bought three whole meals and just threw them away. The food was soooo burnt and they gave my friend the completely wrong order. She tried to purchase something else and he said not to worry about it because he’d give it to her for free then forgot to give it to her I didn’t wanna complain about that bc he didn’t charge us for it or anything but we were trying to pay for it. The chicken was BLACK burned. Asian tacos were nice but very dry. My friend went to the Kennewick one and she loved it. He was all alone so I understand it was hard but it really wasn’t good a all

Such a wonderful place! It’s like being invited In to family’s diner table. They make everyone feel welcome! There food is amazing and they have an Amazing value! It doesn’t get much better than this for a dine out at a great price!

Came for the first time after high reviews; however it was somewhat of a disappointment. There was a gentleman restocking and we told him our first time to the place, he told us their menu is small but food is great. So we ordered 4 dishes: mongolian sauce noodles, yakisoba, fried rice and general tso chicken, the bill came out to be $65. The food portion was generous but that stopped there, it was overly salty and spicy with black pepper. We will try again another time with another cook.

The food is always good, and great portion sizes, but the owners are amazing! Weve always been treated to something extra, and the woman who runs the one in Richland is always smiling and happy and incredibly sweet. We love it!

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I have been pretty disappointed by some of the Chinese and teriyaki places in the tricities so we thought wed try this place. Upon arrival, we went in and were asked if it was our first time in, which it was. We received many recommendations and when we ordered sushi with our meal, the lady made us a special roll to try. Before the food was ready she brought us some gyozas out to try for free and then when the food was ready she had us try the food and made sure we liked it before we left. She even offered to make us something else if we didnt like what she made for us. Never before in my life have I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer at a restaurant. The quality and portions were awesome! Well definitely be back!

WOW!!! i’m visiting here from Miami Florida & i was looking for places to eat near me & i read the reviews to this place. the lady working there has incredible customer service & cooking skills. i decided to be safe & get 2 item mixed plate with the chicken teriyaki & shrimp fried rice. i told her i read reviews & decided to walk & eat there & she bought me a free canned soda. i definitely will support her business & eat there again. the portions are huuugggeeee & the food was amazing!!! 10 STARS!!!!

Amazing food my husband and I really enjoyed the food. The best part was the customer service. The sweet lady brought us fried rice to try at no charge. We are very impressed and will be back. Good customer service is so important and they nailed it!

Sung was the best ever!! It was our first time and she walked us through the menu and hooked us up! The nicest lady and THE BEST FOOD IN TRICITIES!!!! She will make sure your food is exactly how you like it, and make it right if you don’t. This is an absolute gold mine - if you are considering trying somewhere new this is the place to try.

The general tso chicken is a little bit different but so much better. Totally recommend it. The egg rolls and spring rolls were amazing. As were the dim sum. Definitely coming back again.

After finally stopping by I was surprised by how incredible the service and food was. The teriyaki tacos were fantastic, the tempura roll was delicious, and the boba tea was large and packed with flavor. Definitely worth your time, cant wait to go again!

Absolutely amazing food and customer service! I personally am vegan and they are always very accommodating at both locations in the tri-cities and very sweet. I have friends who go with me and get the meat and such as well and the food is spot on there too! I have no complaints and the portion sizes are perfect for when you want good food and a lot of it, no holding If you haven’t eaten here before please do, you will not be disappointed.

We tried your restaurant for the first time tonight. The ladies taking our order were very sweet and courteous and helped us to order. The restaurant is not that large and we were informed that this restaurant usually just does takeout orders and their larger restaurant off of 395 is for sitting down. Dinner came and it looked delicious and it was . The shrimp , veggies and rice was good. I will be back with others to enjoy your food!

My first experience with Js Asian Flaming Grill was via Door Dash. The food was amazing and the portions gigantic. We decided to have it again, but I was in the neighborhood, so I decided to just stop in and get it to go. OMG, what a difference! If you order via a food delivery service youre going to get amazing food but youll be missing out on so much of the experience here.Talk about authentic, I was transported back to the streets of Thailand and Korea. Its a tiny (like TINYplace, seating for maybe 15 people. The kitchen takes half of the establishment and theyre cooking your food right there in front of you. Everything is fresh, scratch made, so any way you want it customized, theyll do it. It was artistry in motion watching them prepare the meals, and the smells were heavenly.Then, talk about customer service... They guide you through the ordering process with expert knowledge of their menu to ensure you get EXACTLY what you want. While I was there they were even having me taste test my dishes along the way to make sure they were to my liking. (And they WERE!)Js Asian Flaming Grill is an amazing experience with incredible food. If you have it delivered, youll be delighted, but youll be robbing your other senses of the full experience. You gotta be there to really get it (and then youll want to get it over and over...)

This place is awesome!! You will be greated with a smile by the nice lady who cooks your food. Very good service, amazing food, and if you leave hungry its your fault because this gal gives big portions of tasty food. Everything about this restaurant is 5+ stars!!!! GO EAT HERE!!
