Very scenic
I attended a festival here in Itanda Falls and I absolutely loved the view. It makes for a good campsite. Another reason to come back to Uganda
MoreThis is the perfect place to camp. The weather isn’t too hot and isn’t too cold. You’d hardly ever need a jacket, even after it rains.
MoreWhat an incredible experience, cant wait to be back
Nice falls, entrance is ugx 5k pp..its one hour drive from jinja main road...about 28km from jinja roundabout
MorePerfect place to nature tours with delicious meals
Very good place for a large festival event.
It was exciting to watch the falls thunder downstream, one can enjoy kayaking and white water rafting along the different falls. There are guides to help people stay safe and to walk people around for a fee. Prices are different for local and foreign tourists.Overall I enjoyed reconnecting with mother nature. The area still needs a lot of development as it lacks basic infrastructure like public rest rooms, cafes etcA fee is paid at the entrance.
MoreBeautiful place.Definitely worth the visit.
It’s a cool place with a beautiful view
So beautiful. Hard to get to but worth it!!!
Its was very wooow, spectacular, too adventurous. If put a there you will have the best natural feeling🥰
MoreSo much fun rafting with my family. The waves threw the raft and everyone shot down the river.
MoreApart from the beautiful gash of waters at the fall, there is no other activity. Its not a place to relax, it needs further devt to make a better scenary. The falls themselves are so beautiful.
MoreThe Itanda falls offer a breath taking beauty beyond the horizon. Come ready to see the real pearl of Africa.
MoreBeautiful scenic views, beautiful water falls. I loved it.
The place is so nice with an awesome nature, boat cruise and tubing
Nice place to visit when you take a bike tour with Bikeventures.
One of the places that everyone has to go and see. I enjoyed a lot and more than I expected. You pay at entrance 20K per person and can negotiate a bit. There will be tour guide who can give you small tour for 5K. The road took around 45 mins driving from Jinja to arrive to the Itanda falls. Unfortunately, there are not good services nearby like nice restaurants, coffee shops or even markets. so make your plan accordingly.
MoreBeautiful rapids. Well worth the afternoon trip from Jinja. We really enjoyed sitting on the rocks watching the waterfall and the huge rapids for well over an hour.
MoreWawooo what a nice place to visit I loved it so much
A good place to visit & refresh your mind by watching natures wonders; the white waters at the falls.
MoreIts a beautiful scenery and very good place for Drafting
Naturally beautiful place located along River Nile the worlds longest river in Jinja district, Uganda with a wonderful scenery. Turbulent waterfalls creating a naturally mesmeric sound. A view of some beautiful huge rocks within the River. Neighbored by pine trees. The atmosphere is really non-contaminated
MoreItanda falls its very beautiful place
Its a breath taking and fun moment watching the falls
An exciting place. Here you can feel the power of mother nature.
The Only falls survived in Jinja, since the water level raised.
Dont miss out the strong falls, rafting and great team experience
For the lovers of nature and water, this is what we have left of the falls, beautiful and powerful, theres rafters and divers too from both the local and tourist society.... Itanda falls is a must see,
MoreBlessings Of Mother River Nile. Natural Surroundings, Giant Falls, Adventurous River Rafting. Lot Of Fun. One Should Visit.
MoreNaturally beautiful, but driving a long dust road to the falls from Jinja town.
The falls are really beautiful.......its an amazing site, The journey there though brace Ur self for the distance and have enough for entrance fee.......$15 foreigners as a local 5k.
MoreIt’s really amazing place to see.
Amazing place to have a close real life experience with the falls.... The locals are so welcoming and ready to share the knowledge about itanda falls
MoreBeautiful place. Its easy to feel at peace here.
It’s an amazing place including for rafting, worth time to spend however I am not sure if others have experienced the same as we did(wife,me and an infantwhereby the idler young boys sitted tend to over disturb you by touching your bags and asking for money. We tend to avoid initially but their numbers kept increasing and started to follow us so closely that we were forced to leave the place within the span of less than 30mins, couldn’t explore much of Itanda Falls. SadlyTwo star given is to wake up the management, if there is any!
MoreView of falls, Zipline, people are welcoming.best environment for leisure.
Awesome and picturesque Falls with clear water located in the White Nile. Excellent view, river side touring, kayaking or canoeing makes the place a must family adventure in Uganda. Height of the falls is well covered up by huge amount of water flowing especially in rainy season. The mist and thundering noise makes the trip absolutely worth.
MoreIts a nice experience to have fun with family and friends. this place need an improvement in term of restaurant and accommodation.
MoreGood place to visit at Uganda. like this place very much. Rent a taxi & visit that place. Environment is good.
MorePlace in Uganda that worth visiting! They offer manny activities such as rafting canoeing, swimming, boat cruise <3Little overpriced, little touristic, but if you know the right people
MoreAbsolutely worth a visit. Very difficult to reach but arrived you will find a paradise
MoreWorth the effort to get here. If you can put up with the local guide and swimmers vying for your money a good couple of hours worth! Negotiate at the gate the entrance fee dropped dramatically when we did
