Island Grill in Montego Bay

It is soooooo annoying that every fast food restaurant you go to messes up your orders. Its really unfair. I pay for my food and I would like to get what I paid for. This is particularly true at every drive thru, and Island Grill is no difference. We ordered a sandwich and 2 different satisfaction menus, the sandwich was not even in our order and had to be added during the payment, and the menus were asked to be both bbq but 1 was jerk. Food is expensive and I cant even enjoy it the way I asked it to be.

Awesome customer service, good food, in door and out door dining and spacious parking.

Island grill montego bay , if u want chicken or a quick Vegi stew Yabba.. its the one stop for fastfood service..

Love love the food there.. nothing beats the season fries.. haven’t been there in a while since they didn’t offer it no more. But otherwise they used to be my daily go to for lunch.

Yup. The bomb.com...very satisfying and delicious food for an average of $7USD per meal. You can feed your whole family for like $25 bucks and you get some great tasting food.....yummy

Everytime i go they mess up the order so just check before you leave to ensure they got it right. Otherwise the food is always 👌 good and healthy

One of the best restaurant that offers Jamaican cuisine. From fry breadfruit, festivals, all type Jamaican prepared chicken etc. Not to mention a wide variety of natural juices to go with your meal. Island Grill. If you have not tried there meal yet youre missing out. Check them out today.

They deliver a very courteous, professional and Jamaican experience. The food is consistently done to a certain standard. It is a good place to get lunch or to have a business meeting over lunch. I give them a four because I wish they would do more meat-types like pork and mutton.

Love their season fries, waiting isnt necessarily bad.I do find their prices to be a bit reasonable, good food overall.

This Island Grill outlet was very good to my team. We arrived just before closing time and they facilitated the needs of the entire team with patience, love and great service. The food is very delicious and enjoyable. The location of this outlet is just perfect and extremely convenient. It is away from the congestion of Montego Bay, but not too far from the town Centre, and right next to the sports Centre. The traffic is not to bad as well. Very good stop during a family trip and the surrounding shopping options makes it so ideal!

The staff is amazing and patient, only giving 3 stars because the food wasnt as vibrant as other places I went. It tasted very commercial, rice was bland, and the stewed chicken meal had 3 vegetables in and hardly any sauce. French fries are amazing!

Island grill is one of my very favorite fast food places. It just has that thing about it. The atmosphere is wonderful and most times the wait time is not that long.They need to make shoppers more aware of the prices for the juices. Make sure that the the costumer understands that when they buy the juice with a burger and fries for example, they will be paying for each item separately and not as a combo.

Although I love Island Grill because of the truly Jamaican menu with the fast food concept, this location is one of my least favorites. Aside from the location having adequate seating and parking, customer service is not always great. You never know if youre going to get good or poor service here. But the location is convenient plus theres a drive through, so if youre not too fussy about the personability of the staff then its a good enough spot.

The best Jamaican Fast food chain with a clean comfortable atmosphere.This location is my favourite, Alwaya clean never a long wait and the food is awesome. I like to eat on the outside, so refreshing. And the staff are great and friendly

They have a few vegetarian/vegan dishes that are quite good. A good veggie meal will cost you about 600 Jamaican Dollars or £4.

Soup I had from here was very fresh enjoyed it. Loads of variety of food to choose from. Even has a vegetarian menu. Very reasonable prices. Good place to visit whether a tourist or a local. By the way make sure youre hungry when you visit as portions arent particularly small.

Great healthy options! Streamed veg and fricassee chicken was amazing! Good prices and quick service! Lots of fresh juices including guava pineapple blend.

We visited this place to grab a quick bite after checking our bags at MBJ airport (so this exact location). We were hesitant to order fast food but this was our only option. Surprisingly the food was very good, didnt taste like fast food that were accustomed to at all. I ordered the chicken breast sandwich & my wife ordered the fish, both were good. We split one of the tropical smoothie drinks which was good as well.

In the Airport having my last meal before I go home😩Jerk chicken was dry. Pumpkin rice was flavourloss and wetty wetty. I was not impressed🤢 The only thing that was fresh/nice was the festival. My advise is too bring food from outside on route to the Airport😊
