Good price for comfortable&clean room (30000tzs), friendly staff, simple breakfast included, taste of dinner dishes far from perfection but for undemanding people will be enough :)

in terms of budget accommodation this hotel is a five star :rooms are clean & decent, hot water available, restaurant on-site. cheapest B&B rooms stand for 30k TZS (fanand for 10k TZS more A/C is available. nice views from top floor. didnt check wi-fi, but routers were assembled on each floor. central location is also a plus!

Simple hotel, centrally located right next to the dalla-dalla bus station. We stayed in the suite (60,000 Schillings per night, normal room would have been 50,000), which was spacious but had serveral annoyances (light in the bathroom needed to be fixed, shower leaked so the floor was always wet in the bathroom, moldy corners in the bathroom, air condition needed to be fixed). The receptionists and breakfast people were friendly. Breakfast was good, even for us eating only vegan dishes, there was enough variety.

Staff was great. Food is nice. Rooms clean and great bathrooms. They need to improve on bed sheets and blankets-they look abit old. Some staff also speak only Kiswahili which hinders communication

Good price-quality ratio, friendly staff, perhaps a bit too much street noise reaching the rooms (but nothing that ear plugs cant resolve): all in all, you get what you pay for. Great for budget travellers.
