Irish pub with exposed brick, multiple large-screen TVs, indoor/outdoor seating & late-night eats.
Irish pudding
Great guy behind the bar. Great interior.
The food and staff are great, and super friendly. The food is also really good, especially the Bashers & Mash. Plenty of drink options as well.
I love this place! Lorraine, Teddy, Jack and Ava are awesome! The food, conversation and music are great. Its also a great place to watch a game on the weekend without shouting drunk people. Keep up the great work!
Good place to have a drink and the food is not bad
Really good Guinness. Staff are spot on as well. Will definitely be back next time Im in SF. Highly recommended.
Great happy hour bites! The fried pickles and chicken strips were both good and cheap.
Good selection of draft and full bar. The night we went the waitress was doing her best to keep up, but poor thing was working alone. She handled it well!
Fish and chips were decent, a little pricey for 2 beers and 2 plates expect 125$ + and service was good. Have to visit again and sample other plates. Beer selection is not the biggest, but the ambiance was social and warm.Edit: Adding a star for owner response -and perhaps Ill come back for a couple more pints of stout! Add a plate x2 of wings for us both to the above and a 25% tip and thats how you get about $125 bucks - was just 2 of us passing through- still say it was a bit high but not a rip off. The Financial district (where I workis pricey, rent is high, I understand, and not so many late-night spots available so this is a good spot, just be prepared. As an influencer with ~10,000 review hits I try and be fair and honest! Cheers,
Great happy hour (ends at 6pm)
This place is always rocking. Friendly staff and great crowd.
Sometimes you just need a Guinness and a Jameson. This is a real Irish Bar and everything you need.
Good bar ,okay booze ,great bartenders
I cant wait to go back to this awesome gem in SF. Casual bar with great food, service and an adorable doggie. The bartender we had was a friendly Irish woman and she was awesome. Cant wait to go back
I love their full Irish breakfast - so happy to find black pudding and bacon along with excellent Guinness!
Fun atmosphere and the bartender looked like he was in complete control
Nice pub! Nice staff! Would always come back here.
Very good food, left absolutely stuffed and I recommend their handmade vegan burger. Was delicious.
My friend and I stopped by for a couple of beers. Loved the laid back atmosphere. Will be back real soon for some food next time. Love SF with its traditional local neighborhood taverns.
Great bar, live music was superb, 100% wprth a visit
Absolutely fabulous place. Staff is very friendly and drinks are strong.
Been go9ng to this 0lace for about 10 years if that doesnt say enough. Get the Irish breakfast the breakfast burrito or the fish n chips. Great atmosphere. Great people.
Liked the beer, atmosphere, and service! The Rueben was drier than I am used to, but good.
Wonderful relaxing Irish pub! Spectacular service and exceptional staff. Stop in you will not be disappointed!🍺
I have had to give this a star for the beers but on of the staff was so rude we would never go back in this place .
The bartender was extremely friendly, which was much appreciated. Guinness was poured well, and reasonably priced for the area!
Watched game 5 of the NBA finals with friends here and had a great time. I thought it would be more crowded but we got a table and it never felt to crowded.
Great place to hang out and enjoy friends and family, while watching a game or two! Im from Chicago, but the atmosphere was like being at home.
Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and theyre always glad you came... thats Irish Times. My favorite place to drink after work (I work a few blocks away). I have to pass a few other bars but its worth the walk. Every time. They never disappoint. If you want a cold beer and a warm smile this is the place for you.
Excellent place for some good drinks and friendly staff
Super cool bar friendly BartendersDecent pub food (Irish Breakfast is just like Ireland)
Having worked both blue and white collar jobs in the City, as well as being born and raised here, I can definitely say there is a reason the Irish Times is more popular with locals than the place up the block. The Irish Times has great bartenders, great waitstaff and unpretentious locals.THIS PLACE IS REAL SF.If you are in the area and wish to experience an authentic Irish San Francisco bar where you will have good food and drinks and will not be judged, look no further. Go to the Irish Times.
the service is very slow in the hall there are only two people working, we waited for the menu for about 15 minutes then the food came and we waited for the check for about 20 minutes and no one came up to us! in this restaurant, if you yourself don’t ask anyone, you will sit and wait .... no one offered us water initially and we had to wait for some time to catch the waiter and ask for water. they also dont have a drinks menu, or rather, it is on the wall ... on the positive side - they have a good bartender woman, she told us about the drinks and made them pretty quickly. Very tasty food and drinks that could not but please. As for the atmosphere, the hall and restroom are quite pleasantly decorated. the womens restroom was clean and decorated with beautiful paintings.
Great Irish bar in downtown SF.
Ordered the Reuben with fries, gf ordered same with sweet potato waffle fries. Food was good, beer selection was ok. For an Irish pub vibe, it was spot on! Good selection of Irish Whiskeys! Bartender was very attentive and friendly. Kind of a dive bar vibe, but I liked it! Will be back next time were in town!
Havent been here in a couple years but it never disappoints. The Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is amazing! Also ask for extra buffalo sauce on the side. Totally worth to add more as needed!
Good time, great bartender. Cheers!
Simple great beer bar! Food is soso, but good they have it. Usually a bit understaffed so go order at the bar. Outside seating and when the games are on they often turn the TVs to the street and get a crowd going.
Very nice chill spot. Was able to get a table and watch the game for a couple hours with my family. Very great selection of imported beers. Sweet Potato fries and mushroom soup were the best
Nice little Irish pub. Food was solid, nothing spectacular. Prices were very reasonable for the area. Staff was really friendly.
I was really excited to come here but disappointed by everything about it. The chips for the nachos were stale. The Irish Coffee was the only thing that tasted good. The service was not great... the bartender was nice. Really wanted Authentic Irish Food and they had nothing to offer.
A great atmosphere. Fabulous shepherds pie. Amazing happy hour specials from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. seems like every hour is a happy hour there. Cant wait to go back and visit
Visiting from out of state, great place to sit outside and have some food and drinks. Service was excellent. Food was great. Had the bangers & mash, nachos, fish and chips along with some Irish coffees; all wonderful. Side note, by far the cleanest restrooms out of all the places we visited in the City.
Great food! Good vibes. Good place to stop after a hike.
Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the beer I had Fort Pt IPa. Wasn’t expecting much for pub food but it was delicious, had the fish and chips. Great pub will definitely return.
While visiting San Francisco, we wanted somewhere for a quick lunch. We found this spot and loved it. The beer was reasonably priced and the food was fantastic! It was honestly the freshest sandwich Ive ever had! Definitely recommend!
Good service, great beer, pretty good food too!
Great bar, good prices and staff are brill. Great Guinness.
As an Icelander who frequently visits Ireland this is genuine Irish pub in the heart of the financial district. A must visit on my yearly visit to San Francisco
Do you want a great bar and pub experience in San Francisco? Irish Times is a must! I hung out there for 2 nights and had the greatest time. Many of the people who work there actually have Irish accents, because they are ...... Irish! Martin, the only man I love (hahawas a gentleman and the beautiful gals who have his six, were bright and lovely. BONUS: They have a sick kitchen!! Ive been in the bar and club industry for years, and the food....it was hard calling it bar food. Truly. This Scottish Irish kid will be finding himself there every time I visit.
