The IMU has tons of study spots and lots of windows, which is a lot nicer than the awful overhead lights. Its perfect for group work or just hanging out

I DJed a wedsing at the IMU last weekend and I just can’t wait for the next wedding that I’m DJing there again! The staff are just sooo amazing and proactive. Made everything smooth and easy. The venue itself is gorgeous!

A nice and quiet place to study. The basement was recently restored and is a good place to hang out. Lots of events go on here, and the $3 CAB movies are good. Also a nice river patio that is under utilized!

Pretty good place to eat as a student, but I wish that the common areas were bigger and would fit more people in. Sometime you cant find a seat to sit!

Fantastic place to study, with multiple floors to attain desired quiet study levels. Even in my senior year I was still finding new nooks and crannies. Also a great place to work, and has great finals week programming. A must visit for any UIowa student (and the hotel inside it that gives it 24/7 hours aint bad either)

Went to a beautiful wedding here. Basement has a lounge and restaurants for students. There is a book and tech store here in the basemenr. Rooms are available for meetings and gatherings but I think are managed by the University

Great place to study or get a bite to eat. Its the most confusing building to get around, but it has everything a student would need. LOVE the $3 CAB movie theaters
