Inzozi Beach Hotel in Sake

Inzozi name changed to Galaxy Kivu Hotel. Good place to visit and enjoy. Good food. But taking too much time to serve food, over all good.

They are the worst In gisenyi . There unprofessional , they charged us $150 for 3 night and mistake from their staff after asking for 3 nights , now I’m chased our of my room

There is no swimming pool

Fantastic. We were visiting from South Africa and the DJ played all our favourite jams. Great for groups

My favorite ever. View is Absolutely amazing, food is good. Service on point Aliyah and Lili are the best. Rooms are so charming and with a view. Please go there anytime.

Nice place in gisenyi Best rooms and price is not expensive...

We had a lovely time but its important to say that a few things could be improved. for instance, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels to be added and for the hot water to be turned on. There were no bins in the rooms and it was a shame to see that despite the impressive beauty of the property, there were spaces which were neglected as if the decoration hadnt been completed. The beach could be enlarged and made more friendly

The location, service and management is really nice to all guests. The beautiful view is a plus

We didnt stay there, but thank goodness for that. We stayed at a nearby hotel and the music blasting out the speakers from this hotel from 8am-10pm was mind blowing.We asked the staff at our hotel and they said its like this every weekend from that place.

Place where you feel the wonderfull air from Lake kivu

Its undoubtedly a enchanting place with a amazing view to the gisenyis bay. Nature is rich and multicolored. Ive not visited the rooms, only the outside area, which is worth a visit. 3 stars since personel was not very kind. Without notice, they forced me and my friends to buy drinks or pay 10.000 rwf because Ive shorted a few pictures with a camera. The funny things was that we were freely allowed to shoot pictures with the mobile instead...

An awesome place...if U need peace of mind..

The place needs some work here and there but it does look nice. The food is alright although a bit more expensive than the other places around. Service was good.Nice thing is the jetski you can rent, its the only place in the area where you can do so. It costs 5k per 5 minutes though. So I would recommend but it is a bit pricey.

Love it!! Amazing views .. the rooms were great and the food was good too.. mainly just had brusheti but I enjoyed it .. the staff could speak English which was a big win ... I would definitely go back!
