Called and got no answer 3 times so a friend called and they (heanswered immediately. She was told it would be a minimum of 45 mins so she canceled. I call again to see if I can get through and I get put on hold then hung up on. Call again. "Can you hold?" I said yes and that he hung up on me before soo HE HANGS UP ON ME. I left a review that my experience was unsatisfactory and am pretty sure Im getting black balled because of it. I spoke to the man and he told me he knew who I was and if I could leave a better review but of course I said no but that if he could do better that I would. I got hung up on. I also recorded our interaction so people could understand really how unprofessional the guy is.

Will never use this service again. First my order was not correct and I was overcharged. I called and was assured that I would be refunded the difference. Never happened. Secondly, food arrived cold because the driver messed up a previous order.

They don’t answer when you call and their hours are posted wrong. So I went ahead and ordered from somewhere else rightfully thinking they were closed and my order wouldn’t come through. Now I have two dinners from two different places and I’m out $60. All because they don’t answer their phone. Wildly unprofessional. Will not order from them again. On top of that their credit card reader wouldn’t work so I had to pay an extra 75 cents for him to input it manually. This is not how you run a business.
