anytime I visit insomnia shannon it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff are always friendly & happy to help. Even during their busiest times their smiles never falter & neither does their hospitality!

Only ok not my fav place for coffee .Girls behind the counter are nice. She had no butter for the stale overpriced scone . And it needs a good clean 😶

Staff are always very friendly. The sandwiches are surprisingly good as are the scones.I dont drink coffee but hot chocolate is great. Prices seem a little high but thats the same in the vast majority of places.

Orderd tea for two , people who came in after me were served before me when I did get my tea one for my 83 year old Mother it was saved in what I can only describe as two watering cans so much water that there was no taste from the tea had ask for milk as container was empty also can to get a smaller mug for my other as she could not lift the big mug .I do realise that Insomnia is a coffee shop so maybe some training should also be given on how to serve tea very disappointed in the service and also the tea .

Good cafe, good coffee, friendly staff. When your order is ready its simply put up at the collection point and its up to you to recognise your order and collect it yourself. At this price delivery to the table would be nice. Failing that a polite call to the customer by staff seems essential.

Was here during the week with a few People from my Course the barista girl Csilla was so friendly and Welcoming when i went to order my Coffee, and the Coconut milk was free with my Loyalty card. So it was nice to have an Americano and relax in such a friendly atmosphere i,llbe back in a few weeks Again...

Good coffee, great location, both indoor & outdoor seating areas are comfy + spacious plus mostly friendly staff.

Love the place. The selection of vegetarian lunches and sweet treats is bigger than in other places. Good selection of plant milks.. And they dont charge you extra for it! Staff is beyond nice.

Overall a nice place to meet for a coffee not a great atmosphere expensive and not a great choice of savoury food I felt .too much sugar going on if one was a diabetic or on a diet.
