Pint-sized museum dedicated to citrus industry pioneers, plus a shop for citrus-themed art & gifts.
It was so nice and clean. The MARTIAL ARTS TOURNAMENT was AWESOME. LOVED IT
Nice little museum that explains the history of the local citrus industry. Worth the stop!
Learning more about the history of Indian River County. Understanding of the roots of our nation.
ITS FREE its so cute and such a great taste of the local history that built this area!
Nice museum to learn about the history of citrus in Florida
Lovely little museum. I am fascinated by the historical information given in the tour, but what I really love is the large collection of citrus labels. If you like the museum, I also recommend checking out their YouTube channel. All of the videos are cool, but I especially love the Stories From the Groves which are quite interesting snippets of life in the citrus industry.
Sun Coast School Presentation. Was absolutely delightful. The students were amazing. Costumes and the set were so professionally made. Fun was had by all.
What a wonderful little treat this was while walking around Vero Beach. My mom and I went in to the museum because it started to rain a little. We were greeted by Heather who was fabulous. She explained the building, local citrus history dating back to the natives and into the 21st century. We really enjoyed our time here. Don’t let the size fool you, it is packed with information and perfect spot for planning an event. We got to sample an Indian river orange and some juice. Would highly recommend stopping in and saying Hello to Heather!
The lady doing the presentation was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and did it with enthusiasm. Great history of the area.
Size of an apartment size living room. Wouldnt really call it a museum. However the grounds are beautiful. A playground for children, lots of benches, public restrooms, pickleball court. Its a park. Beautiful statues across the street at the courthouse. Great coffee shop on the corner.
Charming and very Florida! Small place full of culture.
The Citrus Museum is a must see in Indian River County because it is one fabulous experience for all ages. It is a small space but it delivers a big presentation of how the worlds best citrus started in this area. I visit once a year and take all of our guests here. Everyone always loves it. On our last visit we met Heather, the museums executive director, who made the visit even more memorable with a personal tour. Great museum with great people.
Very knowledgeable docent.
Nice museum with great staff

Heather us awesome and really knows her facts and trivia! The museum is not big, but Heather made sure we learned a lot!

Very interesting! Thanks, Heather for the tour.
I really learned a lot about citrus fruits from Florida. They sell a lot of products from local artists. I bought citrus earrings made by local artists. You can buy original Indian River orange labels. The citrus books are a great selection. The handmade soaps are wonderful. They sell local pottery. This is a gem.
Very nice small museum. The Executive Director greeted us and gave us background on citrus in the Indian River area. She is clearly dedicated and made our visit really interesting! Also learned about the history of the building. Wonderful local gifts are available as well.
Docent knows her stuff! Outstanding tour, very educational and fun!
Very small, but great information about the citrus industry in the area. Lovely people willing to take time to educate.
Went for a wedding not too long ago. Didnt get to see the museum itself but the heritage cebter was really nice. Very cute place for events and there were placards inside that told you a little history on that particular building so it was fun.
Beautiful chandelier in entrance, glass. Beautiful story of artist! Great addition to some positive aspects of life in Vero Beach, FL. Definitely check out this awesome place!
Sehr interessant. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Führung. Hat auch den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Wirklich lohnenswert.
Great informative tour!
Its the size of a small gift shop. Few plaques and informational boards. The staff is nice but it wasnt what I expected a museum to ne.

Small museum with information about local hostory.
A jewel of a museum, staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Treasure coast has a long history of citrus production documented here in a thoughtful display. Located in the Vero beach art district.
Interesting pocket sized museum.
Amazingly organized and well displayed. People are very friendly and knowledgeable about the citrus industry that is apparently going down around here because it is more lucrative to sell the groves and getting somehow a building permit - thats a shame.--- Dont forgot our past - the only way to learn!
A lots informationGuide very friendly and know about history of citrus industry
I am really happy that we stopped here. I was pleasantly surprised by all the things I thought I knew about citrus but was wrong. Very interesting. Free to visit but a donation would be helpful.
A very nice good place to live
Great museum, I gotta come here more often!
We were greeted with a smile and hello! Our guide Julie showed us the heritage center and explained the history of the building and area, then on to the citrus museum! She was passionate about it which kept us interested! Enjoyed it very much!
