What to say, best Indian restaurant in Delhi? Appetizers are mouth watering, main dishes are balanced when it comes to spices, desserts are delicious. Décor is streamlined and stylish. Stuff is professional and quick. The only drawback are the cocktails, we tried two of them and must say they were nondescript.

Beautiful ambience, great tasting food! The chef’s tasting menu was awesome and service was great! The booking is a little tough nut to crack and the walk in just takes a lot of waiting time if it is a weekend..!Enjoyed the sliced mushroom and spinach stuffed Indian bread…Price is on the higher side as expected from a restaurant on the world map!

Not as great as I would like it to be. The menu seems old and has no new innovative dishes. Taste wise they were good hence the 2 stars. But service, ambience and the Chefs tasting menu needs a lot work. We paid almost 6k per person but didnt get the worthy experience.

Built up the place to my wife and cousin sis. And her husband, tool them last night..and left feeling disappointed not at the service but the approach towards the experience as well as the hurried nature of feeding us our entrees all 5 of them at once in front of us.. as if saying, here they are eat and move to the next course.. some of them lacked good flavor while 1-2 parts of a dish felt as making something for the sake of It.There was no proper interaction with any team members , no personality to the dining.I will not take any of my guests there again.. also thanks to the person serving us for the complimentary "daulat ki chaat" dessert.. loved it as Im a fan of it from its origins in UP every winter. Atleast made paying the 25k bill with service charges added without information slightly less painful.

Let me break my experience into 3 high level categories.1. Ambience- 5*. perfect for a dinner/lunch date. Ask for the table with a view. Or outside near the pond(sorts)2. Service- 5*. The service was the best and the servers and support staff were very courteous.3. Food- 5*. Going there is more of an experience of tasting some amazing varieties of food. The Chef’s choice menu is a good start if you are going there for the first time. pics attached of the various delicaciesThe last was the bill which is actually expensive. 17 grands for 3 - (without alcohol). So this is more of an experience you should go for. Worth trying once.

“Indian Accent” one of the most authentic and ethical fine dining. It’s a place to experience. They have many seatings options, by the pool, ground floor, 1st floor. They serve modern Indian and North Indian. The food served is in a very unique style. We opted for chef’s tasting menu, and were shocked with the amount of things we were served in that 5 course meal. The staff was very knowledgeable and sweet. The most impressive part is the amount of times they change your cutlery and the pallet cleanser between courses. Also the warm tissues served. The hospitality team is totally amazing and well mannered. They explain you each and every dish and also ask for your preferences in the tasting menu.We were served:-1. Pani puri with 6 different types of filling2. Dahi Bhalla with namak pada3. Dal phakwan4. Vada pav5. Fish tikka6. Lamb7. Crab with Japanese rice8. Grilled fish in Goan curry9. Chicken meat ball10. Black dal11. Butter chicken kulcha12. Smoked eggplant raita13. Dark chocolate mouse in tart14. Daulat ki chaat15. Old monk rum ball16. Mallow gingerFood - 5/5Revisit - 5/5Ambience - 5/5Service - 5/5

Good food but feels a bit snooty. I prioritize the taste of food over any "vibe" or ambience presented by a restaurant. Like with any fine dining situation, the portions are extremely small. Drinks are pricey and if purchasing alcohol, the total can stack up quickly. I would come back, as long as someone else was paying.

I have been here before and enjoyed it.A classy place for certain. However, I would expect the same kind of classy approach and courtesy when you call them. They either dont answer the phone or they hang up.This aptitude undoubtedly knocks down the good opinion someone might have of this restaurant. My suggestion is to "keep it cool and nice", as there are so many other nice restaurants in Delhi.

Such a fantastic experience!!I treated my family at ‘India’s best restaurant’ for lunch and it was definitely worth it. The magic of the place is in the innovative presentation and distinct flavors with every bite.We ordered from the lunch menu. Having the mouth-watering methi murg in a cornet cone was very enjoyable. After appetizers, we were served the paan sorbet as a palette cleanser in a cute little pressure cooker. The missi roti was served with hand made Makkhan (butter). The only thing I didn’t care much about was the pulled jackfruit phulka taco. Another highlight was a personal visit from the executive chef Shantanu Mehrotra to our table asking how we liked the food. Everything we ate was full of distinct flavors. Our stomachs were full but we definitely wanted to try more stuff! The service was prompt and efficient. We were curious about the pistachio cassata so we got a complimentary serving of that. And oh, it was sooo yummy!!I definitely recommend going here if you can afford it. It’s definitely a luxury that’s worth every penny.

In a word... BRILLIANT! This place does an entirely different take on Indian cuisine. Indian Accent intends on transforming Indian cuisine from "comfort" food to fine-dining. If youre celebrating a special occasion or just wanting to experience Indian fine-dining, this is the place to be! The mushroom shorba amuse bouche served with blue cheese naan and the chatpata popsicle palette cleanser were some of the highlights!

In this restaurant, all the food quality is so good but my favorite dish is panipuri. favourite snack from the street vendors are highly likely to be unhealthy. Apart from the means of preparation, the ingredients of a street-side pani puri are high in fat and sugar, which can never be good for your health, let alone when you are trying to lose weight..

Unfortunately overrated. Having now dined at 138 Michelin starred restaurants, the quality at Indian Accent just doesnt live up to its world ranking of #82. Though the service is excellent, and the setting luxurious, the quality of a restaurant ultimately comes down to the food (and specifically the taste), and far too many dishes here just werent that good. There were at least 3 dishes that I found unpleasant to the palate and that I chose not to finish. And there was only 1 dish (the crab ricethat was 5 star delicious. Considering the total number of dishes served total (per my pictures), that just isnt a good ratio. Additionally, the two Indian friends I dined with felt that the majority of dishes mirrored local dishes that you can get around Delhi, except better tasting and at lower cost.I do appreciate the effort Indian Accent is trying to make to be great, and overall the number of courses you get for the price is phenomenal compared to U.S., European, or Japanese fine dining restaurants. That being said, Id rather pay more to be wowed and pleased than to not be, so unfortunately would recommend passing on this to others.

Chefs tasting menu is finger licking good. Wine pairings were not the best but each dish is the right size and both have visual and palette satisfaction. INR 8,000 without wine pairings and INR 12,000 with. We wanted to go back to this place as it is open for lunch during the weekends. There are two reservation slots 7.00pm and 9.45pm in the weekdays

Always speechless when it comes to the brilliant Chef Manish Mehrotra, and his outstanding food. Its my second visit and Im as blown away this time as I was last time. Best Fine-Dining Indian food ever tasted. All the items were amazing. Server recommended great items and guided us properly with portion management. Loved the ambience and food quality. Easily a restaurant worthy of at least 2 Michelin Stars, if Michelin ever makes a guide for India. What can be better is menu explanations and more time spent by the server on the table rather just asking for order every 30 seconds. People coming at such restaurants, go for the experience more than the food itself.

Chef Manish, Executive chef of Indian Accent has brought the restaurant to No. 66 In Asia with his culinary skills and modern Indian food. The food hunters across india were gathered for lunch with the greatest chefs in India for conversations. The 14 course or even more was just mind blowing. I couldnt have imagined this to happen again, from daulat ki chaat to samosa to galauti to crabs to shikanji and what not. After hearing a lot from the friends. We have decided to go and check out the menu ourselves. It was indeed quite a treat. You got a free book at the place and they will charge Rs.1000 per person cover when you are booking place for yourself. Once you go to the hotel and share your reservation details I will offer you a wonderful fantastic place to get around and relax. Of signature welcome drink along with a cheese cookie is quite the light come down your hunger initially. Further we ordered creamy chicken meatballs for appetisers and Backed Paneer coriander pesto. And I must say the food was mouthwatering at the same time absolutely amazing. Then they also offered us small chicken in a cone. Before you start with the main course, they will offer you a signature masala lick lolly to refresh your tastebuds.I would like to mention one of the only drawback which are able to figure out is the absence of fresh juice. Surprisingly, they have a full fledged bar but they are offering caned juice.Apart from all these things we had an Amish amazing main course as well as enjoy it I am very superlatives service from the FNB team. I can’t wait to plan another one.

🐑🦆🍲Indian Accent is a celebration of Indian cuisine where rustic and urban flavors come together to concoct a dainty spread that any foodie would relish. We got the meat-based chef tasting menu, where the lamb dish stood out. Perhaps the best lamb we’ve ever had. Presentation was impeccable for all the courses. Little touches like serving kulfi (dessertin a tiny pressure cooker, an indispensable piece of cookware in any Indian kitchen, accentuated the spirit of Indian culinary style. Damage to wallet for a party of 2 was around $220(INR 15.5Kwhich included wine. Would recommend reserving a spot for one of the 2 dinner services a couple weeks ahead as this place fills out fast.

Dining at Indian accent is definitely a luxury experience. I visited this place with my friends to celebrate our post covid reunion. It is located inside The Lodhi on Lodhi Rd. I would highly recommend on calling ahead for a table booking. They asked us to pay booking charges which were later adjusted against our dining bill. We tried chefs tasting menu which was a 6 course meal of small tapas portions. They suggest an ideal order to eat to optimise the experience. Starting with Sindhi dal pakwan all the way till dessert, soft baked chocolate with basundi, each item was better than the last. Its hard to pick a favourite but mine would be Bihari tash meat with sattu roti. With each course we were left wanting more until our stomachs gave up. Initially we were skeptical about portion size but by the end we were all full.

This was truly an exquisite experience. You have to get there only by appointment- there are two rounds: for 7.45 and 9.45 - book your slot in advance. The taste, quality and quality of the dishes are unmatched. We loved the ghee roast mutton boti - succulent pieces of mutton with thin slices of roti - this was our highlight. We also loved their butter chicken kulcha! It made us full by the end of the meal and surprisingly it was not as expensive as we thought - although we did not go for alcohol. It’s a testy in the Lodhi hotel so google map Lodhi for reference

The Michelin star place offers some exotic food options. Located in the heart of Delhi, inside The Lodhi Hotel, this place is the best Luxury Dine in Experience one can get. Right from the greetings to table selection to the information about dishes, it offers the best in class experience. The feedback is taken from master chef himself towards the end of your meal. We tried the Chef tasting menu, which offered multiple good options. The Kulchas are really great. Place is a quite costly, but worth remembering

We came here for our date night and everything from the menu, service and ambience is tastefully planned. We opted for the veg tasting menu and that has quite a huge variety of dishes, with each one presented beautifully from the next with exquisite taste. The spiciness was just perfect, we were absolutely lost in the experience of each dish, with the staff being very courteous and polite. They also can customize the entire menu to be vegan which is commendable. We would come here again another time to try the new menu, we loved our experience here.

Excellent dinner last week. The restaurant is certainly one of the very few fine dining restaurants in India. And apart from modern Indian food, what really sets them apart is their service. Its possibly the only restaurant in New Delhi, where the staff is attentive and one never has to repeat an order. Or call for a staff members attention. They ve been trained for a Michelin level service. What one pays for at Indian Accent is a lovely, quiet and amazing atmosphere in a beautifully lit and minimally decorated restaurant. Where everything from parking ones car, to the restrooms and of course the ambience is fantastic.A perfect choice for a special occassion with loved ones.

I have visited Indianaccent since its inception, I have always been nervous. It is my favourite grand restaurant in the country, bar none and I have always wondered whether chefmanishmehrotra would manage to surprise his regular diners with a new menu, when the previous one was so brilliant. And thats the whole thing. Now that Indian Accent has acquired two siblings in New York and London, where Chef Manish has to divide his time AND make periodic new menus, it is remarkable how fresh and sassy the ideas continue to be. His inspiration is from street food, homecooking and Tamil Nadu where he has family. One of the plates shown here has a humble vegetable in a South East Asian avatar but because the vegetable has been mentioned on the menu, few Indiancustomers want to try the dish! Not only do we go in for food fads and ignore ancient Indian grains in favour of quinoa, we also ignore Japanese stews on amenu if it contains desi vegetables!

This should be rank in first 10 best restaurant of the world. Tourists visiting Delhi , who are food lovers , must visit this place. It’s amazing with excellent ambiance. Tell them your taste and Go with their suggestions, you will never go wrong. Best part is that every member of the team had detail information on every item on the Manu.
