Restaurant service eas bad

Rooms are need to be renovate. You find cracks on the walls. ACs are old.During my visit I found salty water at rooms washroom and also at restaurant washroom. Dish line was out of order.For breakfast they will not allow you to take more than one egg.View from sea view room was great and also they have nice greenery inside.

AC not working properly and further are too old .wash room is also in very bad condition price is too much high. Food taste are not so good but food price is also high.not recommend.

Really environment was keep and calm.Nice natural view.But water supply was not satisfying to me.Except this everything was ok.

No room service available through telephone you have to go downstairs to call them.The room feel so humanity.

Step in to the Restuarent to have some fresh seafood, to the disappointment neither seafood nor 75% of the menu available. I finally compelled ask from the staff what you have pls offer. Lousy place. Won’t recommend even to my enemies!😞😫😫

The rooms are mediocre but the establishment is neatly kept. The staff are very welcoming and tries their best to help with the limited resources available. It’s a great value for your money if you have your own transportation.

good place for family living, but no intercom service, slow internet connection. Food was not testy but expensive.

Very Nice Location for people who doesnt want crowd. Stuffs are friendly. Clean atmosphere. But poor management.

Poor hospitality and low class hotel. Complimentary Breakfast is poor and low quality food served. Wifi not working here. Service is very low class.

3 star resort right on the marine drive and minutes away from the Inani beach. The rooms are mediocre but the establishment is neatly kept. The staff are very welcoming and tries their best to help with the limited resources available. It’s a great value for your money if you have your own transportation.

nice place for weekend. Food also good. Besides this main road and opposite to it you can enjoy beach . Besides the resort some others types of local shops are available where you can buy your Daily necessary products. The staffs are also good mannered. Over all it is good place for family and couple.

I didnt stay there i just go there resturent.very poor service and when i was go washroom their door was not open i got stuck in toliet like 5 to 10 minutes.

It is a very well furnished resort surrounded by a well decorated area. Beautiful architecture and all around greenery makes it an amazing experience. There are comfortable outdoor sitting space for a gathering or just relaxing inside the premises. There is a beach in front of the resort which surely adds to the whole experience. Dining space is big plus given the fact that it is not a very densely-populated locality and their menu includes variety of local sea food you must try.

Food was not up to the mark but pricy. Service stuff s are good and friendly . Units are expensive compared to others. Garden area is good, cottages are separated good privacy. Close to the beach but beach entry was not good. Very quite beach area, please dont go to the beach area alone. But se view is good from some of the balconies.

The management here absolutely sucks. There are so many problems in most rooms and the staff just behave as if they dont care at all. Not worth the money at all.

The manager has provided superb hospitality to me and my family. We were is trouble to have our lunch while staying at Royal Tulip Resort due to expensive price. Then suddenly I came to about this place. It is close to Royal tulip and serves best food at reasonable prices.

Good place to stay. Better for honeymoon. Beach is very near from the place. Relaxing place and food is awesome. They have garden. At evening 🐦 create melody atmosphere that what i love most .

Place is good but the bathrooms are not well furnished. Near the beach & local market. Food is average & highly priced.

The location is awesome but the services are not satisfactory. Toilets are poorly designed and water force very low. Food is high priced and not tasty. There are a lot of scopes to improve.

View is excellent. Sea can be enjoyed from the room or balcony. But breakfast doesnt have many options.

Good place to spend time in quite and peace. Have accommodation of around 100 people. Good place for Group outing workshop or gathering. Foods are average, staffs are good but need some training regarding management. Rooms are average no sea view but very near to beach. Far from city crowd.

Horrible maintenance. I had to ask for a soap and drinking water. Bathroom comod water with waste was not cleaning. I complained and no actions were taken even by 02 hours. Paratha, piece of egg, dal and a piece of halua was the only breakfast option. Airport pick and drop was on payment. They charged me 2500 for pick and drop. No wifi in rooms. It is better to stay any other high end hotel at coxsbazar with the same rent.

Its a good place to stay for a big group, like at least 15 people. Its away from the main city. So the place is very quiet and very enjoyable for the people who stays in the noise of the city all the time.

My review is only for the restaurant. Price is damn high compared to food quality. I ordered for mix vegetable, rice and pomfret curry. The served pomfret was long time frozen that was spreading smell like dried fish. One bowl of mixed vegetable pricing Tk. 120 was made of potato and cauliflower only !! All I paid for the lunch was actually for their wider space and loud music buzzing outside to attract guests. I saw another guest was shouting with the restaurant authority for an unknown issue. I wasted my time and money.

Most of the staff are friendly but the room amenities are old. Restaurant food are expensive but not that quality. The beach is just in front and the environment is very calm. Strangely there are few or no guests at all time ! Overall experience is not good.

The place is really nice to stay. The food and service here is not so good like the stay. Particularly the service is really poor. Manager and stuffs should do a course on how to talk with the customers. The thing is you cant expect any service from them. If you just stay there and chill, its good place.

I paied extra money for sea view room but I didnt get that. Room had very low graded furniture. Bathroom had low graded fittings and water pressure was very low. Telephone was dead. They had to change the TV because it wasnt working properly. AC was not working properly. Once I had to call for help because I couldnt open the door with my key. The door to balcony was too tight to open. Though food and the manner of the staff was good overall it doesnt worth 5600 taka per night.

Good place to stay with kids and family. Have 6 banglow type 3 storied building with total 48 rooms. Have playing garden. Just opposite to Inani beach.

The resort is a bit far from the main Cox bazaar city. Its pretty calm and quite, no dust no pollution. You will love it if you are fond of peace and quite places. The rooms and wash rooms are clean and the buildings are surrounded by green. The beach is just a minute walk from the resort. The only reason I am giving it a four star is the food. I didnt like their food that much but other than i loved the place.

The rooms are over priced and not in very good design. Restaurant is very late to serve food. Even to take order. During rainy season to move from room to restaurant you will get wet. There is no elevator for 2nd floor. So its not a wise choice for elders.
