In-N-Out Burger in Grants Pass

Terrible. My 2 burgers, both, had buns burned to a crisp. The fries were soggy and straight up coated in salt. As I was making a quick stop I didnt know till I was on the highway again and I wasnt going back. Honestly, the bun thing was unforgivable. Some employee picked up these crisp carbonized discs and used them anyway. No way they didnt see this.Im not a huge fan of what this chain has become but this was the final straw. I will never go to an innout again.

just got a double double to go. best Ive had in a while. so good I ate part of the wrapper and didnt notice till 3rd or 4th bite

In n O is SOOO GOOD!Sept 16 Friday nite @ 5pm in Grants Pass location.Had a reeeally good meal...while eating had plenty of time to observe: cleanliness of the inside(incl bathroom100% on point, organization of the kitchen crew 100% outstanding, counter manners 100% stellar, food 100% perfection! Color me a happy girl!

Place is ludicrously busy, but handles it well. Theres enough space for the very long drive-thru line, and it moves along steadily. Good fries, and I recommend getting your burger animal style.

What a great experience I had at the Grants Pass In-N-out. Fast service, great hot quality Burger and very little wait time. It reminds me when I was down in Norwalk California and thats the burger I remember. The one at Keizer station is horrible. Incredibly long wait times and cold food thats very sloppy. This one in Grants Pass gives the iconic company a great name. Wish there were more in the underserved communities instead of the nucleus of Oregon.Anyways I cannot take away anything from this location because everything was great from management to employees to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and overall the burger was amazing and I mean amazing.

I love the Grants Pass location! Yes, typically there is a line - however, that is to be expected as it is In-N-Out Burger! The workers are well trained, quick, efficient and always kind! Our orders involve additions and subtraction to our burger order and they always get it right every time. Food is always fresh, hot, and damn delicious!

Good food, the outdoor seating was fairly clean. Busy but what in n out burger isnt. No complaints everything you expect from an in-n-out burger.

Ill start this with, "Im a fan of In N Out." This particular location is very hit or miss though. Unfortunately, I cant count the number of times Ive gotten soggy fries on 2 hands. The burgers are usually okay but this time around they were undercooked and soggy? Not sure how that can even happen. I really hope they improve with training or more work experience. Its a shame really. I typically dont leave critical reviews but with the rising costs on food, little mishaps become a bigger problem.

Yummy! French fries are usually crumbs at in-n-out, but this place was exceptional and fresh!!! Best dish of fries Ive ever had ❤️❤️

We have tried In and Out several times in multiple towns. We always receive the best hamburgers and great service from happy and polite young people. This is a great company and the quality is outstanding.

Love their simple menu; they specialize in burgers and do it great! Burger was juicy, toppings were fresh and tasty. My wife had the double double protein style and was very pleased! The young lady who took my order was friendly and helpful, couldnt ask for more!

Always great quality food and worth the wait, but you really dont have to wait long they keep the lines moving inside and drive through. Much better food then any other fast foods around and you pay the same for the better quality.

I went through the drive-thru today. The gentleman working outside in 100° weather was super polite and gave me an amazing experience in general. They also allowed the car in front of me to pay for my meal which was extra awesome and unexpected

I was pestered by a coworker to stop by and try this place as we dont have them back home. Service was good and staff was friendly! As for the food, to me it was another fast food burger... I did like how simple the menu is in not having tons of choices to overwhelm you.

We stopped here on our way to California. The line was long, but it moves fast. The food was great! My kids loved it. The service was good. And prices are affordable. They have 2 parking for RVs, but there was one already parked and we couldnt park ours. So we had to park at Dennys.

Cant mess with a great burger meal #1 for the price. 7 out of 10 times your burger will be fresh. If theres no long line then get you some

This location was super busy, which is pretty normal for In-N-Outs everywhere. Went inside to order food to go, and to use the restroom while on a road trip.The restrooms were nice and clean. Lots of stalls available which was great because tons of folks were queued up to go.The staff were friendly and doing their best to keep pace with the crowds. My wait time to order and get my food was manageable.I wasn’t sure what to order or what modifications were available because their menus are very simple. Apparently there’s a secret menu you can order from, which I wish I would’ve known about/remembered to look up in advance. It was really noisy so it wasn’t easy to try to communicate with the cashier about different options and they didn’t really try to offer to suggestions. Oh well. I ordered a basic cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake. I received a vanilla shake, which I didn’t realize until I left. Kind of a bummer but not a huge deal, given how busy they were. It was the lunch rush, so I get it. However, the burger was mediocre and the fries were strangely soggy and seemed undercooked. Not golden or crispy. The burger patty itself was pretty small, but the fresh veggies on it were really nice.Honestly I probably wouldn’t have gone here to begin with were it not for the fact that my friends wanted to stop here during our travels. I don’t know if I’ll go back because it wasn’t worth the hype for me personally. (I’ve been before to other locations over the years and have never been especially wowed by any In-N-Out.)If you’re looking for a very basic, Americana-type diner with a hint of nostalgia, this is definitely the place for you.

These burgers and fries are pretty darn good. I do reccomend getting a double double to make the meat equivalent to a regular burger. The patties are super thin. BUT its pretty yummy. Above all, the customer service was superb! Both times we visited we were met with amazing friendly service. You dont see that much at fast food places. Also, their shakes are super yummy. Its a great place to go for a cheap eat!

I usually love In-N-Out, but this was horrible. The burger wasnt room temperature, it was cold, like it was fresh out of the freezer. Even though it was cold it was cooked, and I was too tired to turn around and complain. The tomatoes were so sour I had to take them off, and the patties tasted like theyd been dipped in brine.

Service is fast and perfect everytime. Love this location.

When I arrived the drive thru was backed up. I went inside and was able to order right away. A young man named Harlan took my order and was awesome. My first time at in and out and fumbled with ordering. He was very patient and helped me get it straight. The whole crew was great. They worked together very well and seems to enjoy the work.Shows signs of good leadership. I havent eaten my burger yet but I will be back just because of the crew. You guys rock.

First time here. Awesome shake, good burger, but not happy with the fries. They were like the shoe string dried up fries in a can. They werent fresh. Of course we didnt try them until we were already on the road, so no way of turning around since we lived in the Portland area.

Honestly, one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Plus their milkshakes are killer. I dont even like burgers and it was genuinely so good. And those prices? Literally cant beat them for the quality youre getting.

Love! This place is busy busy! The first time we went the parking lot was filled to the brim with people slowly crawling waiting for others to leave and the drive-thru was a mile long. We left and came back an hour later and there were a few spots open. The menu is simple. The food was delicious. We did have to wait a while for our food to come out but they did a great job keeping it hot and fresh still. Hands down one of the best burger places we went to on our trip.

I have good memories of eating at these restaurants. This time was mostly a good experience, but the food was disappointing.I eat plain burgers. This burger kind of tasted like pickle even though it was only meat and cheese. It wasnt super strong, but it was there. The meat and bun were tasty, but that tinge of pickle flavor is really unpleasant for someone who doesnt eat pickles.The prices are impressively low given the quality of the food.Will eat here again, but was disappointed this time.

You will always get it made your way with love. These people love to work here and it shows with the best attitudes of employees ever. Fast food and the best real milk shakes around Again In n out get my five star review and they deserve it to.

Indulged in animal style burgers and fries on our way back from picking up our newest rescue pup! So good! The only time we eat fast food is In-N-Out.

Excellent service. Was in the way of a woman mopping. Told her I was sorry. She smiled and said thank you for coming in. Every staff took extra effort to make me feel welcomed. The burger was excellent every aspect from the crisp fresh vegetables toasted bun, and cheesy burger patty. Best service and value for a meal. Bets some 4 star restaurants.

First time trying the grants pass restaurant. Nice place. Good food. Bigger then the one in Medford.

Very clean and the workers were very nice! Bathrooms were spotless and very large. There were even 2 RV parking spots making it possible for us to park. Excellent restaurant!

This place was incredibly busy especially the drive through. The parking was very tight. The store was clean and people were friendly. I thought it was funny that people kept returning from the soda station to the counter to ask for straws. They would cheerfully give them straws but never refill the straws. Strange. The food was good and consistent from other locations I have eaten at.

Great as always. Cant go wrong with a 4x4 animal style w/ chillies and animal style fries light well plus a Scooby snack (put it on the fries they turn into roadkill fries. Just do it who cares about calories youre at In-N-Out.

Convenient location, friendly staff and short waits make this one of my favorite In & Outs. Always fresh food, clean restrooms and plenty of outdoor seating. Our meal was delicious!

Adorable, perfectly made burgers nestled in a bag. Veggies were fresh and the burger tasted great. Everybody had a modification and the drive-thru person was super chill about it. I forgot to get double patty, which greatly improves the bread to meat ratio, but it was still good. Oh, and they didnt just throw the fries on top of the burgers. Like, I super appreciates that. Seriously, at this point, it the little things.

Workers are awesome, full of fun energy, and friendly. Food is good. Nostalgic feel eating options for dine in car. Highly recommended. Opening crew do an excellent job getting ready for the busy day. Must try.

Seriously so good, even for it being in OR. Cali locations just have a certain feel to them. Animal fries is a MUST! And grilled onions on the burgers. Food goes too quick to get a good picture.

17 year old Grandson had his first experience at an In-N-Out, having a Double Double with onions, Animal Fries and a Vanilla Shake. He was in Heaven! Hubby and I both enjoyed our selection as well. They were fast, courteous. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. Just be careful where you park, if you are planning on going in to dine. The drive-thru winding line vehicles make parking your car and leaving difficult. We used the drive-thru, and took turns running in to use the restrooms.

Well the food is always worth the wait. The line was not that bad, however the car ahead must have ordered a lot. This is too be expected as it is a very popular hamburger joint. The only warning is you must know going here it will take longer than other places. I highly recommend you order off the menu by saying , "I would my cheeseburger "Animal Style". And for the most part the service is polite there.

I am living on the East Coast now, but In n Out has always held a special place in my heart. Their customer service is sublime, the food is as amazing as I remembered, and Ill come back each time I can pass through on the way to family.

We always stop at Grants Pass to get In-N-Out Burgers. We always enjoy our experience here and always get wonderful service and food. Lots of different things to choose from on their menu. You can’t go wrong with ordering a double-double cheese burger with fries. Not sure if it’s on their menu but you should try the animal fries at least once.

Its one of those places you feel compelled to go to when you are nearby. Since we dont have them in Washington, whenever I travel to somewhere these are I have to stop. Honestly not a fan of the fries but... The burgers are good and the whole idea of the secret menu is fun and the staff is always super polite and engaged.

We had always heard about In-N-Out Burger, but never got the chance to try it. When we moved out here from Maine, we made sure to hit this place as we drove up from California (long story). It was not only incredible, but a very inexpensive meal. I know people always argue about which burger chain is the best, but you really cant beat the price and quality you get here.After living in Portland for a few years, we couldnt resist any longer and made the four hour drive down here JUST FOR IN-N-OUT. Was it dumb? Yes. Was my tummy happy? Also yes.We get a couple regular double doubles, a couple double doubles animal style, and animal style fries. Cant really go wrong!

Always amazing service! Dont be afraid of the long lines. They know what they are doing and will get you through it in no time!I love how knowledge and considerate every employee is of gluten allergies. Its nice to feel safe eating fast food. And, its also delicious!

It’s just another in n out right? No, the Grants pass in n out is my favorite in Oregon. It’s rarely crowded, they always get my order right and are very friendly. I don’t eat burgers unless they are from in n out, I actually get a grill cheese(no pattyand sincerely wish they had a vegetarian option but still I get to enjoy it’s amazing flavor with every bite. This location is clean and due to the pandemic you can’t eat inside but we come inside to order and take it to go. The drive thru can get long at times. Overall I always enjoy a good in n out burger because it brings me back to eating here with my mom and brother as a kid, my family loves a double double and some animal fries with a Neapolitan shake. Thank you for your consistently good food and service! We will return.

When it rome...we had traveled into Grants Pass, OR & were self sufficient for food but it didn’t stop us from stopping here before going back to camp. It was quick, clean and efficient. Our group was 5 but we made it work with the specialized seating for COVID. Our order was taken and was delivered in a timely COVID manner. We have one within 60 miles of our home that was just opened but super disappointing but this place was not in the lease. I would highly recommend stopping if you are traveling I5 and in the Grants Pass, OR area.

The best cheeseburger Ive ever had to date. Who knew only 3 choices would literally b all ud ever need. Now I know wat they mean by In-N-Out 😋 n I aint mad at it. No complications, no stress over choices n menu items. Love it

I was so impressed with the food. They offer a lot of off menu options. I suggest googling their off menu items before you go! I had a burger (Protein Style I had animal stule fries which has grilled onions and burger sauce on them.

This was my first time at an In-N-Out. I had heard many mixed reviews but thought it was pretty decent. The burger tasted fresh and the fries were okay. I like the simplified menu which makes it much easier to decide what to get. I also tried a shake and it was very creamy. The service was also outstanding with a very clean restaurant.

Loved it!! We drove all the way from Aberdeen, WA (6+ hours, but took us 8+ with 4 kidsspecifically to eat here! Service was awesome and some firefighters came in from fighting the fires and everyone clapped in solidarity when they walked in in support of them! It was an amazing moment to be there! It seemed to me that their meals were taken care of from the manager and definitely showed me that they care about who they hire to make sure they care about the community in which they serve. Thank you for making our visit worth the trip without even knowing it!!
