The hotel itself is quite OK, with slightly pretentious design :But the breakfast is nearly awful... It needs to be improved!

It is located in centre of Yerevan image valley. Prices are also cheap and hotel is very well maintained. The only problem is the size of the room. We took twin room and the size of the room is very small for two people. Two queen size beds are placed separately for two people. Overall hotel is good.

Good Hotel if the price was within your budget, rooms are big but breakfast is a mess the whole stay we went once and it was horrible, the food was bad with less variety and they were not able to handle the number of people. Staff rarely smile :)

A clean and very spacy hotel. Close to the city center

Hotel di buon livello situato in centro, in una posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni del centro città. Non ha piscina e spa come altri della stessa fascia situati in periferia ma la sua posizione ottima compensa la mancanza. Colazione internazionale ricca, sala per la colazione un po piccola, stanze larghe e confortevoli, bagno ampio ma nella nostra camera il box doccia non era ben sigillato e lacqua usciva. Altre piccole manutenzioni sarebbero necessarie, per togliere limpressione del lussuoso ma un po vissuto.Personale gentile e cortese. Nel complesso una buona soluzione per il pernottamento.

Location is very good and perfect. Everything is between 2 to 5 mins walk from hotel. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are very spacious. The rooms don’t have any view. Perfect place to stay in Yerevan for business as well as leisure. Don’t have pool and spa facility.

Отель хороший. Но есть несколько моментов. Я не поклонник стиля - все в золоте, под золото и типа золото. Слышимость в номерах отменная, особенно ночью. Сантехника мне попалась рабочая, но кран не прикреплен вообще. На обе стороны вид из окна - дорога и малюсенький внутренний дворик. Цена номеров высоковата.Из того что понравилось. Персонал - выше всяких похвал, всегда улыбаются, помогают с искренней радостью, все нюансы были решены моментально. Кухня - прекрасная. Уборка в номерах - хорошая. К персоналу нет ни единой придирки. Есть два очень симпатичных лифта. Банкомат - обменник сразу в холле. Есть своя парковка.Пробыл в отеле 8 дней и остался доволен.

Un buon 4 stelle abbastanza centrale. Servizio attento e premuroso oltre che professionale ( non scontato in questo paesese siete fortunati potrebbe capitarvi alla reception qualcuno che parli italiano. Avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione nelle camere che comunque sono nella maggior parte ampie e fornite di ogni Confort. La sala per la colazione è un po troppo piccola sottodimensionata per il numero di camere presenti nella struttura.

Old style hotel bad rooms bad furniture bed...but amazing stuff very professional and endless kind at the front door.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are daily cleaned, the breakfast is copious, beds are hard, I like it.

No lift but this is a gorgeous hotel.

Неплохой отель, и вроде не новый, но в номере обнаружила старые дырявые сероватые полотенца (от долгой стирки). В остальные дни полотенца были ещё старее и серее.Сервис в номерах мог бы быть и лучше. В день заселения ставят 2 бутылки воды (бесплатно). В остальные дни воды нет. Либо она платная. Нигде в других отелях такого не встречала.Что касается еды - неплохие завтраки.Расположение отличное. В центре города. Все в шаговой доступности.

very nice hotel stay. please keep in mind, they provide medical mattress which is bit hard. they will replace the mattress with soft one on request. health club access is available. neat and tidy room. good house keeping. easy to reach location. very friendly staff.

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay. The staff is polite, the rooms clean, and the overall hospitality is definitely looked after.The only problem is the lack of small details (i.e. •they sometimes forget to replace the towels•they forget to add new plates to the rack during breakfast until you tell them•they offer different kinds of tea and a kettle in the room, but no spoons).
