No-frills chain specializing in St. Louis-style pies with thin crusts & Provel cheese.
Even the pizza was good, it wasnt that good enough to make me go back again, as the staffs are horrible and nightmare !!The staffs are lack of knowledge on the products and extremely rude. They run away from problems that they created and wasnt responsible at all, including the managers refused to fix the problem, and hided behind the kitchen.
I have order special pizza and TRov and Cinnamon. Overall food taste good but it was cold, delivery must be done to contain food hot and no one like to eat cold food.I can’t rate much because I did not dine in.
Staff was friendly pizza was ok,the cheese tasted weird but it was our first time in st.louis so not really sure what to expect.
Was recommended by some friends to try this place. I would liked to go to the original location. I think we would have gotten better service. The food was okay not what I thought. I will try again but the original location. I was visiting here from Texas.
Im from Watkinsville Ga!! My girl lives in st louis Missouri. She turned me on to this pizza joint!! Its the best yet! Im actually ordering her favorite for her bday! I love you Nicole B.🥶..pizzas AWESOME! A must try! #1!!!!
The 3 of us spent a total of $50.45 online including delivery. My mom’s Chicken Tenders were cooked too hard and I had requested for them not to cook them too long. My daughters pizza was cooked too long, it was hard and cold. My Sweet and Tangy wings were cooked a little too long and were hard. The only thing that was feasible was the garlic cheese bread and salad. Either business is going down or they need to train their workers a little more.
Not a local, but I enjoyed the food. The pizza had a crisp crust and the toppings tasted fresh. Some mild issues with the drink fountain while I was there, but otherwise quite decent.
Good meal overall. Got the St. Louis special. Nothing spectacular but glad we tried St Louis style pizza.
Really tasty st Louis style pizza. Fried ravioli was good also. Employees friendly and store clean.
Pizza is fantastic! Customer service is better! Worked well with allergies. Used new cutter to avoid cross contamination. Thanks so much!!
This was my first STL style pizza. I thought it was good, but not quite worth the price. If the price was lower or the toppings were higher quality theyd be a 5⭐
This place has me on phone on hold for over an 30mins after taking my order twice. They up and when I call back they just keep u on hold. If give them 0 stars but cant. Maybe dinning in is better. Maybe the in store service is better but these people are rude. 😒
Great place for lunch. Off street parking attached to the building. Cheerful and friendly staff who gave quality service. Clean facility. Enjoyed a meal with friends and was able to have a pleasant conversation.
I had the most wonderful experience eating imos St Louis style thin crust pizza deluxe
It’s always a pleasure when we visit saint LouisThe pizza and ravioli is a must .
Chicagoans in for the weekend, giving this a massive 5 star! The supreme is king - were fans of St Louis style 👍
The food was the best there. The favor on the pizza . Was so good. I wish they had on where I love in pa.
Always have to get IMOs when going to STL!
Id been wanting to visit for years but was stuck on the original location. Went to try the baked spaghetti the first visit,it was okay. Second visit got hot wings was disappointed by the size and weird shape of a couple of the wings and had a half salad. Third time tried the ten inch all meat pizza and was shocked by the price $15.00. Last visit shocked by price and presentation of the sweet and tangy wings, that did it for me because most of the staff seemed to be in their own world.
Delicious food and great setting. Clean restaurant too.Customer service needs a little work but overall good experience.
Imos was great as usual. The pizza was still hot when we got home. A great choice for late night snack.
Nice and clean place. Staff were nice. First time to have Imos. Maybe my first for St. Louis style pizza too. I do like the crust of the pizza but other than that it wasnt anything Id seek out. The type of cheese they use is different than typical pizza. I had the 10" Deluxe pizza. It was good but not spectacular.
Unique St. Louis pizza that I have never tasted before! They dont use mozzarella, butOn top of the sweet sauce Imos uses Provel Cheese, which is simply a blend of Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheeses with some liquid smoke flavoring.Coming from a Minnesota Twin City girl. Imos, please come to Minneapolis!
Update....Took a gamble today and lost.Took a friend from Arizona after bragging on Imos and it was trash. Salad was all lettuce, Ravioli was burnt/hard. Pizza was cold/tasteless. When your employees are dancing & playing in the production area your customers sufferEating here is a gamble so days its the best in the area and other days its like WTH. This time it was WTH. The pizza lacked cheese(which is what Imos is known forand wings had very little sauce. Maybe next time I dont order near closing time
Best pizza I have ever ate! Always my favorite! Wish they would bring them to Tennessee!
I love this place! The bad part is that I live in central Illinois and they are based in St. Louis. Years ago they had a restaurant in Peoria which is a 40 min drive. But it closed down so the only time I get to have Imos pizza is when I an in the St. Louis area! But I love this pizza! 4/23/22 - I just stopped in and had another GREAT pizza, the all meat with their unique cheese blend just reminded me why I will always love going here!
We really enjoy going to this Imos Pizza nice big room a dining room day we went on 314 day I got to enjoy a three-generation family over 30 people sit down and have dinner together that was very hard warming to know that theres some place that provides big enough tables 4 families can sit together and enjoy the family meal together very heartwarming thank you for thinking of families with the big tables like being at Big Mommas House sitting at the table having dinner
Our pizza was delivered with plastic on it, then the manager told us we can bring the pizza after we paid for delivery and tip, then further that I was lying and hung up in my face. Not to mention the 10 minute hold that I was left on. The manager here is a joke and extremely rude. I will be calling the GM tomorrow. That’s crazy.
I was passing through St. Louis on a cross-country road-trip, asked a security guard outside the Wells Fargo building what the best pizza joint was. He said Imos, and he wasnt wrong. I think they only do thin-crust, because I didnt have an option when ordering, but man, it was the best thin-crust Ive had.
Went here every day while in st. Louis. Really good pizza!
So, had a pepperoni and olive pizza. Its a bit like a mix between a hot pocket pizza flavor and pizza roll.St Louis Style just ISNT pizza. But its VERY good. Super thin and crispy.Toasted Raviolis were amazing, too.
Just moved to the city and decided to order the Taste of St. Louis special. Chewy thin-crust pizza and rock hard raviolis, not really my thing. Unless I ended up with a bad batch, who knows. Ill give it another shot in the future. Those cinnamon things were great.
We like to eat Imos Pizza when we are traveling through St. Louis. This location is one of the nicest weve seen. We enjoyed the pizza as always, but tried the toasted ravioli for the first time. It came in a box deal that was affordable for our family of five. The manager was really nice. Our order was misplaced and delayed, so he brought us an extra pizza for free. Next time we are staying downtown, we will be back!
Food was good. I bought a house salad. I wish that we could add additional toppings to the salad to give it more pizzazz 😂 And if you are wondering why I ask you not to cut my pizzas its because the pizza cutters are used on various pizzas without washing them. We dont eat pork and we have food allergies in this family so NOT cutting the pizzas is ideal for us so we can enjoy your pizzas. Thank you for accommodating me in my order. 🥰
Imos is a local tradition and in my opinion, an acquired taste. I know generations of St Louis citizens grew up on this thin pie. However, for me it just doesnt work. I think its the provel cheese.
Had 10 inch size of a St. Louis-style pizza and a dish of baked spaghetti (lunch special plus extra order). The spaghetti tasted awesome with its thick noodles and sweet & juicy tomato sauce. It just tasted way better than I expected. For me, the pizza was for sure unique and tasty but momentarily, I felt like its kind of Italian Mexican fusion pizza. It came with thin crust pizza dough. Food here has something that still attracts me. I would go this place again if I have a chance to visit St. Louis again in the future.
Very unique pizza style, the crust is very very thin like a chip. I had the veggie 10’ pizza and was very juicy and fresh. It was very filling for one person, the pizza is loaded very veggies and was piping hot when served. I ended up stuffing myself as it was delicious :D
I wish they had no stars wroth pizza I ever had n my life frozen pizza taste ten times better DO NOT WASTE MONEY i wanna dispute this whole order off my card
Its unlike any other pizza. The provel cheese honestly makes me think of some pizzas Ive had in France. I get the love for this pizza, if you grew up on it. But honestly, theres much better pizza in the world. This rightly deserves its own category. Worth trying though, because it IS unique!
Staff greeted and took my order fairly quickly. Everyone seemed to be having a good time at work. Order was ready in no time. One thing they needed to pull the trash it was running over and it sit beside the soda machine.
I had low expectations for Saint Louis style pizza but this place exceeded them. We ordered a small deluxe pizza the toppings were great and the cheese was melted perfectly.
Very good pizza, exceptional service, very pleased!😁🤠 Would definitely recommend!
Hot and delicious. We ordered when we got there and ate inside. We didnt wait long and the pizza was HOT when it got to our table. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Only weird thing was we didnt get plates with our order. No biggie, just ate off the pizza tray. Will go again.
When in St Louis, eat like the natives do. We wanted to try a St. Louis-style pizza with thin crust & Provel cheese (a cheese blend). And Imos is rated #1 in the city for Provel pizza. It was a fun experience, one well remember, but well remain loyal to our NY style pizza.
Amazing flat pizza. We built our own and it was yummy. Strange that it’s not cut in typical triangles...but it was so good...we didn’t care. We had a combo with Buffalo style wings which were delicious and huge!Easy parking and friendly and helpful staff. This is St. Louis pizza done right!
Came about 5 pm Sunday. The place was fully staffed with about people. I was very relieved to see they had a private parking lot being the place is down town. The restaurant seats 80 ppl and there are 4, 32in TVs that yu can watch the game on. My order was took very quick and the wait time was normal.
This pizza was extremely salty, Delivery super fast, got 8.95 special with 2topping maybe that’s y the quality was so so........,
First taste of St. Louis style pizza with provel cheese and I liked it.☺ We enjoyed the lunch special with garlic bread. We will come back next time were in St. Louis
I had been looking forward trying St. Louis style pizza for a while. Imos brands itself as the square beyond compare and it didnt disappoint. Its utility pizza for sure but the provel cheese simple topping if thin sliced pepperoni were a great combination. Their sauce is on the sweet side but is complimented well by the thin flaky crust. This location is close to City Museum and would make a perfect post playground snack.
The food is very good and the place is clean. Borderline pricy, the lunch special after taxes runs you over $10. There will always around a 15 minute wait to get you your food if your dining in. The people that take your order are apparently trained to be like QuickTrip, offering as little personable greeting as possible. No free wifi. Bathrooms are joined with the apartment complex.Bottom line: food is great, service needs improvement.
