Free wifi yet you cant access because of poor signal. Small space! Noisy neighbours! Aircon is too loud too.. TV is not working, aircons remote is not working well too and shower water is cold! 👎

The services are very good and comfortable rooms are found here! Worth the price.

No bidet and we had to request for a tabo. The room had a huge column next to the bed, making the room a lot smaller than expected. The rates were too high, even higher than what was posted online. But we were only informed when we were at the front desk. The front desk was also inefficient, which led to a line of angry guests (us included).

Good for hotel accommodation and function halls. This is also near the market and shopping center.

I have to gree with the other reviews. Theres nothing grand about it. Cleanliness is superb tho. It could be improved tho.

Hotel experience is okay but comfort room inside our room doesnt have bidet

Probably the oldest hotel in Iloilo I guess but still functional, the staffs were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were basic, aircon is not that cold though it’s already in full blast, not enough water to shower you out, malfunctioning of the King’s throne. But they make it up on our last day and we were transferred to a fully functional room where it has more space, aircon is colder and a functional bathroom. Very accessible and at the center of the city. We booked this for an event and was able to negotiate discounted price. Food quantity is okey. Very approachle staff.

For more than 12 yrs, We stayed here every year..hotel is old so with the roomBut the staff are awesome..and the food is fair enough for its price...for safety I must admit I can give this hotel a 5 star....

I just go in this hôtel for the quality from the spa a bit old inside but serious and probably the best therapist I found in Iloilo need to be maintain sorry.. The room massage get deteriorated no improvement in CR or bathroom sade..

Old hotel, but with nice food. Inexpensive when you compare to other hotels in the area.

The comfort rooms are awesome outside the conference hall with its handwash soap and tissues and its clean.The conference hall is also awesone. I like its simplicity and the the ambiance.The water in the room has its bad smell that I cant even wash my mouth totally with it. The refrigerator is not clean that we didnt use it. The foods during our seminar is just Ok. Its the same viand for breakfast.

Well the staff seems to avoid going to the trouble of helping those who request help from them. Even asking for something meager as a wifi password would take a lot of time and effort to do so. Aside from the fact that the wifi is slower than EDSA traffic on a holiday, you should consider yourself lucky if you can connect at all.

The crew and faculty has bad hospitable attitude towards the guest

We like the large place here which can accommodate large potential number of visitors for seminars, workshops or even general aassembly. There is a big function room which can be divided into several clusters for concurrent sessions for seminars or workshops as what we did last summer for the seminar of the SK Officials. Hotel personnel are good and cater our needs.

engineering and some staff have poor costumer service, internet not usable, for data use smart network, room TV not working, refrigerator not working and with little live cockroach, air-conditioning not good,,,

Everything about this hotel feels old and dated. Corridors are dimly lit. Some areas are relatively dark. The beddings and sheets have seen better days. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and helpful. Though that one request for a wake up call was missed. The general environment feels safe and secure. It does give you the essentials - a decent place to rest and where you can leave the bulk of your stuff when you go out to explore.

I dont know how old this hotel is but I really dont mind. The room we had was spacious, and the bathroon was big enough to sleep in (just kidding). And its location is pretty convenient.

The place are nice, but there is no WiFi unlike the other Hotel in the City.

Near the Dinagyang Festival stage and good breakfast buffet but that is all. The rooms are sadly unkempt with cockroaches crawling. Bed linens and towels are way past their age of comfort. Only one power outlet in the room where the TV is plugged. Bathroom is as crowded as an outhouse with outdated and badly weathered fixtures. Oh, thank goodness there is warm water in pitchers that is delivered to you by room service.

The hotels location is not that good since it is beside the public market and quite a distance in terms of walking to the major centers of Iloilo. But it is spacious and the rooms are big. One plus factor is its spa which for me has great value for money. Their amenities are very good. You might want to try their body scrub. It is guaranteed good. They also have a gym so after workout and shower, you can have a relaxing massage. The restaurant is good with food that will not break your budget.

One of the best hotels in Iloilo. It is known for offering quality yet cheap services. Grand Hotel has also been one of the old hotels located in the downtown area in front of the Iloilo Central Market. This hotel has been one of the hotels who accepts OJT students from SUCs which I think is great because they are helping the people in Iloilo. They have a wide function room thats why it is often times the venue for large gatherings of both public and private organizations. Last Dinagyang Festival 2017, one of the judging areas in the Ati Tribe Dance Competition was located just in front of the hotel. It is also walking distance to Robinsons Mall and Unibersity of Iloilo. I recommend this as a place to stay in Iloilo City.

Good for conventions. Some rooms are ready to be occupied but most of it are old and under renovation.

Stayed here for five days. The place is overall nice. It has cozy rooms, large function rooms, a nice dining area, friendly and accommodating staff. There is also a pasalubong (souvenirshop inside it. Great place to hold events.

I have attended a lot of seminars and events here. Their food is ok. Quite affordable packages especially if you are the one hosting an event here.

Stayed here a day before Dinagyang festival and was able to avail the free breakfast. Breakfast is good btw. The actually have very friendly crew, which is great.
