Ruta 101 Km 142, N3370 Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, Argentina, Ygatimi
Expansive park with train rides to massive Iguazú Falls & a visitor center with an exhibition.
Fascinating place with beautiful vistas.
Largest waterfall complex in the world does not disappoint. Lots of wildlife, thousands of photo opportunities.
It is incredible and definitely worth the trip. But it would be great if they could make the walkways bigger, it is truly to crowded to really enjoy yourself properly.
One of the most amazing places Ive been around the world. The small park at the entrance is kind of overkill and not much to view, but the access right up into the falls is fantastic. The trail through the falls here on the Argentinean side is a great way to feel like youre part of the actual nature.
Get there erly to avoid the crowds. You can do the trails with 1-1:30 hours less than described if you are without crowds. The crowds are too many and they should regulate better the amount of people they let in because u can end up waiting a long time if you go during peak season and time
An awesome place to experience Gods Work of Nature with accessible catwalks, paths and walkways to get you as close as possible to the falls at 3 levels and friendly professional tour guides especially Marisa.
Amazing trails and views, cool passenger trains, and of course amazing waterfalls. Iguazu Falls is one of a kind in the world and a must see if you can. Be sure to go to both sides, as each has its own special view. Also, be prepared to interact with animals!
Great park! The waterfalls are amazing. We took a boat ride, that comes very close to the falls. There are some nice trails to walk and watch the falls. The park is very clean and has a good buffet restaurant
Amazing. Niagara pales in comparison. Plan for 2 full days. Take the Gran Aventura boat ride for a true thrill.
For all the milling millions, unparalleled beauty, total shock and awe. And its the third time Ive been. Nowhere do you feel the raw power of nature like this place. The River God graced by Toucans.
Amazing! AR side trails have steel mesh walkways which flex (easy on the feet). Grand Adventure is so worth it (sorry kids under 12). BZ side has great views, walkways are very hard with staircases, wear soft grippy shoes. Bring a cheap rain poncho to both sides, you will thank yourself many times over.
A must visit! Take the shuttle and walk the path and be sure to go out on the bridge. You will get wet but it is worth it or buy the poncho or wear a rain coat. Would love to do the Argentina’s side some day.
Come see this natural wonder of the world! Amazing place. It feels like you’re on the set of Jurassic Park or Avatar.
My second time at this place and it’s never enough time. It should be at everyone’s must see list. Amazing!
Absolutely much better than expected. Its one of the 7 worlds best natural places, and worth every minute and step. I strongly recommend staying 3 days, 2 in argentinian side, one in Brazilian. In the argentinian please walk the "sendero Macuco". In both sides, take the boat excursions and go under the waterfall!
It is a must place to visit at least once. A day with nature. One must do all three major trails - upper, lower and the main one on the top.
Majestic! Must see if you’re in the area. Definitely take a raincoat because the mist will soak you. We went on a beautiful day. It started off chilly and raining and as soon as we arrived, it cleared to blue skies and multiple rainbows. It’s humid as well, so it feels warmer while you’re there. The walk is nice-it will take an hour give or take depending on how often you stop for photos. There are tons of plant species that are only found here as well. Take the time to notice them! God’s fingerprints are all over this place. A wonder for sure.
An amazing experience!!! We visited the Brazilian side also and both are mesmerizing. From this view the Falls can be viewed from above, while from the Brazilian side you can enjoy them from the water basin. There are short and long hiking trails, wheelchair accessible paths, and bathrooms along the way. Great place for children and adults.
One of the most stunning places Ive been to even though one day was foggy it was still breath taking!!Boat trip is a MUST DO!
Visited the Argentinian side for a full day with a private guide. Everything about the experience was memorable. It was hard to believe there was such an astonishing place in the world that I had never even heard of a month before! The water was high when I was there, so nearly every fall was active. The wildlife was also a delight. Ive never seen so many butterflies in my life, both numbers and diversity. Plus beautiful birds, monkeys, and a mother and baby capybara rolling in the mud. My only regret was not staying over a night or two. So much to take in.
107 BRL entrance ($30 CADto enter from the Brazilian side. Nice friendly walking trail, mostly flat. You can see birds and these raccoon things walking on the same paved trail sometimes also.A straight forward hike, and there was a path where you can walk across the waterfalls for a panoramic view. Most people working there can speak English. Would recommend. You can follow my travel tips on YouTube & Instagram @ iVuDang
A definite must see from all nations.Get close up and personal (wet toowith these famous stunning waterfalls
Amazing place, make me feel like a kid when i reach the devils throat
Definitely a great experience. Well managed park. Lots of wildlife, just open your eyes and take your time. I recommend doing the devils lookout at the end of the day as last, there wont be as many people.
Incredible natural phenomenon, and good trails to get different view points of this world wonder. If nearby a must visit, and worth a destination trip for 2 days to see Brazil and Argentina sides.
Amazing park, had really good weather there and the boat ride was also really nice.Entrance fee is around 3000Boat tour 9000 which is kinda expensive but if you wanna experience everything you should do it!
Second time here and its always a blast coming backAs usual the place is busy.Recommend wearing comfortable shoes as youll be walking a lot.Buy your tickets online!Signage around the parks are well indicated.
5 stars is for the nature. Infrastructure is less impressive with ridiculous prices, bad food and less than pleasant staff. The circuits take about 30 minutes each, maybe 1 hour with a lot of downtime, 2 hours no way. So dont plan too much time. Can bee done easily with the Brazil side in one day, no rush (but start in Brazil).
An amazing park, very accesible and a lot of walking, but always with great views as a reward
The waterfalls are amazing. No doubt about it.It is a beautiful nature and you see some "wild" animals, that unfortunately have become so used to people their natural behavior has been eradicated. The problem for me is the absolutely ENORMOUS amount of people they let in at the same time. You cannot speak about an experience in nature when it feels like a crowded day at Disneyland. The "food" in the food court is a definite NO! It might have been the worst and most overpriced meal i have ever paid for.
I highly recommend to see both sides, Brazilian and Argentinian, to make the experience complete.Avoid January, February and March, it is too hot. Argentinian side is less developed and you will notice it, but that is ok. It is the jungle after all!
Awesome place, beautiful views but food and activities are expensive
Hands down the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life. On a scale of magnitude, the only thing I can think of to compare it to is the Grand Canyon.
an amazing Park! a very powerful experience. Greatness of nature!
Simply incredible, absolutely go! It is crowded! if you wait around at the photo areas, theyre usually on a tour and they will eventually clear out.
Nice place to spend at least 3 hours there. A lot of walking even with the train ride. Get the tickets there paying in pesos because it costs much more using credit card since the currency exchange is not worthy.
A really amazing place. The words are unable to describe the beauty and power of nature.
First recommendation: go as early as possible, as the day gets really hot really fast!If possible, take a guide with you (if you can make it private even better and not that expensive)It took us about 6hs to make the full coverage of all the paths.Very much worth it.Take sun screen and bug repellant. Water and other drinks can be bought in many spots, but dont forget to hydrate all the time.Be ready to walk quite a bit. For me it was close to 12km.Make sure that you pre book the tickets online. They are not selling on location, only pickup.
Amazing natural park and waterfalls.Things to consider before visiting:- Expect to spend the day in the park.- Make sure to get sun screen and a hat.- Get extra clothes or bathing suit if you plan to do the jungle/boat cruise.- You have to book online.- You pay 2800pesos (foreignersonly for entrance.
While the place is nice, the customer service is terrible. Their processing system was down so they couldnt accept credit cards, and charged us double to pay in cash. Also some walkways were closed with no notice whatsoever.
One of the wonderful place to visit and specially take boat ride. One of the best day I spent in Argentina. If you are visiting here visit Iguazu.
Place is great. Must do the Devils Throat. Food and toilet areas found throughout the park. Also at the entry you can pick up insect repellent, sunscreen etc if you didnt bring any. On top of this, Id recommend the boat ride into a waterfall on the Argentinian side. Well worth it.
Really a truly spectacular place to visit, a free train takes you to the top and a walk over the boardwalk over the river takes you to the very edge of the water falls, you can expect to get very wet for the spray of the water. The other walking trails offer amazing views of different areas of the falls and you can expect to see wildlife including monkeys, Coatis, catfish, crocodiles, lizards.... and if youre exceptionally lucky there are wild cats in the park, puma and leopard. You can easily spend the whole day here, we did it in 6 hours and could have easily taken 9 hours, especially if you have children.Just be ready to rest for the evening because the walking is tiring!
What a place! Rightfully it has got worldwide acclaim as it really doesn’t disappoint. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go to the Argentine side of the falls but the Brazilian side was also very impressive! Not sure we would advise doing the boat ride at €50 per person as it feels very brief and not really worth it. Would return to see Argentine side at some point in the future.
You have to see this beautiful beautiful water fall once your life!!! Very well organized national park. You can walk around with animals (monkeys, coaties, different types of birds), plants, and beautiful views!
This park is very nice. Just be aware there is a lot of walking so make sure you wear good shoes. Also the food here is not very good so be aware of that. Other than that the park is absolutely amazing they have three main Trails which will take you basically all day if you want to walk all of them. If you want to choose one of the walking pass I highly recommend the lower walking path. And devils throw I would take the train. And once you arrive there there will be a very long path to actually get there. Long story short when youre visiting here be ready to walk.
Nice Place, really worth visiting. One suggestion. if getting train ticket after 1 hr. then dont wait just walk through green trail and reach next station and from there you will get instant ticket to devil neck. walking to devil neck is not recommending use the train its free.
What can I say about this national Park other than it is a wonder of the world and I can see why. The waterfalls are so spectacular and massive and the sub tropical forest filled with amazing animals. I would recommend wearing walking shoes or hiking boots and dress comfortable. Definitely bring water to stay hydrated along the way. The trails are extensive and quite scenic. If you arrive early in the morning you will see more of the wildlife as they tend to hide when it gets hot mid afternoon. Entry fee is reasonable and there is a great hotel on site as well that serves a great lunch.
beautiful park, we arrived in the morning, and flew off in the evening.one day is enough to see the park from the side of Argentina.I recommend that you first look at the upper route, then the other two. because it gets very hot during the day, on the first route there is no shadow almost anywhere
I loved the place, could stay there and admire the view for hours. It is very popular within tourists. If you want to avoid the crowd, go in the early morning and spend lunchtime walking. We did attend trials, all give different views. I highly recommend the 3.5km trail, it ends in a hidden waterfall where you can swim if you dont mind cold water. Dont miss the Brazilian side, it can be done in 3 hours and Argentinian side takes 1.5-2 days if you want to do all trails.
