Amazing place to see. I have been to Iguazu Falls three times and hope to see them again. As a Canadian, I have never visited Niagara falls and have no desire to do so having been to Iguazu. Iguazu has to be ione ofthe top 10 natural wonders of the world, surrounded by a totally natural environment

Utterly spectacular and grandiose system of 275 waterfalls that spray a fine mist across the Iguazú jungle. Boat trips are available to bring you close to get “blessed by the falls”… either way, a visit here is one you won’t forget in a hurry.

Foz de Iguazu on the Brazil side has fantastic panoramic views of the entire falls covering both Brazil and Argentina side falls! The viewing decks, trails and helpful signs makes your trip to this natural wonder memorable! Power of nature, amazing wildlife, attractive flora and fauna of this region and very friendly people on both sides are the highlights of this world heritage site! Amenities inside the park ad transfer arrangements from and to the park are world class!

This is the city of loud motorcycles which require repairs, and of "discos" for teenagers. The culture here is that of a spring break destination for children. The police do nothing to maintain control and allow drunk drivers to make noise until 8 a.m in the morning. If you come to enjoy the nature and sounds of birds, try to stay outside the city. The Argentinan side of the falls is spectacular! Its really beautiful, clean, and with lots of different views. Well attended.

The name Iguazú comes from the Guarani or Tupi words meaning Legend has it that a deity planned to marry a beautiful woman named Naipí, who fled with her mortal lover Tarobá in a canoe. In a rage, the deity sliced the river, creating the waterfalls and condemning the lovers to an eternal fall

This is nature well and truly on Steroids. It seems unbelievable how so much water (over a 2.5 kilometres viewcan continuously keep falling. It truly is a jaw on the floor sight. The walkways above the river give you the ideal scenario of being able to stand above the face of the falls. Also from below you can walk up towards it. AMAZING, and a must do.If you’ve seen Niagara, the perspective of these falls is: Iguazu is twice the height and 3 times the width of Niagara, (around 6 times bigger).Added to the water spectacle, the trees are full of Monkey’s hundreds of species of birds, and thousands of huge butterflies. I also spotted many South American Coati’s (Racoon type animalsas well as some Turtles in the river. The place is the Tops. You really do need more then a day here.

Perhaps the best place I have seen so far in life. Absolutely beautiful and outstanding. I spent a whole week there staying on the three different shores of Argentina,Brazil and Paraguay. The climax of the was the tour around the dam and it interior. Well worth a visit for all and some amazing sites.

On the Argentina side of the falls the scenery is not that great nor are the facilities provided. There’s not sufficient manpower to control the crowds and it’s hardly possible to see a uniformed staff to ask for help or information. However, part of the falls are visible and you can enjoy the scene.Once you cross the land border into Brazil the full impact of the vast falls becomes apparent and one can enjoy the full day exploring before returning to Cross the border back into Argentina!

Amazing place to visit. The park presents lots of activities for different tastes. However, just the trails are included in the park entrance ticket. Its better to visit off-season, otherwise the park gets super crowded.

Incredible waterfalls in all directions - from the Brazilian side enjoy a panoramic view of the falls from an accessible walkway. Access from the Argentinian side is a more immersive experience with trails winding up, down, and around so you get views from above and below. Allow plenty of hike as there are also some really beautiful bush walks in the area.

Incredible falls, especially the Brazilian side. The Argentinian side is also good and still worth a visit. My wife and I visited both the Brazilian and Argentinian side of the falls in November 2019 — we enjoyed both days but overall thought the Brazilian side was more impressive. The Argentinian side actually has more to do — train ride, more waking, more food options, etc. — but overall the views are less stunning and expansive relative to the Brazilian side. I recommend going to both sides to fully appreciate this natural landmark.

The falls may be reached from two main towns, with one on either side of the falls: Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil and Puerto Iguazú in Argentina, as well as from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, on the other side of the Paraná River from Foz do Iguaçu. The falls are shared by the Iguazú National Park (Argentinaand Iguaçu National Park (Brazil). The two parks were designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1984 and 1986, respectively.

A MUST see place, when you go to Brazil."My poor Niagara...." said Eleanor Roosevelt upon seeing the Iguassu Falls.Truly you can see the beauty of Gods creation. Waterfalls side by side.Go for the speed boat ride, which is really fun and exciting, as it takes you near the falls. Be prepared to be wet. Bring a raincoat and plastic bag for your camera, mobile phone and wallet, as surely the splash of the waterfalls will really wet you. After the ride look for the video they have taken. They will deliver the video to your hotel the next day, should you decide to buy a copy.

This side of the falls is amazing. They charge 700 pesos for entrance and if you want to enter the next day you must stamp the ticket and you pay half price 350 pesos to get inside again. The have a train that takes you to the trails. Theyre 3 trails 2 take 120 minutes each and one 90 minutes. All 3 worth doing as each gives a different perspective and view for the falls. Food in the cafeteria is not the best.

One of the best experience that I had lived. Iguazu falls are amazing place to visit. There is organized, clean. That place has buses going to falls. It’s more organized and empty the view of Brazil that view of Argentina in my opinion.

We visited in late September and saw both the Brazil and Argentina sides of the falls. As a traveling family we found the bus and trails easy to use and to find our way around. Buying a ticket was a bit tricky, but the staff were helpful and its quicker if you use an automated kiosk. Our kid was not fond of the coati for the first few hours, but learned to ignore them. It was easy to fill a whole day at this location, and we stayed about a mile away to the north. The falls are tremendous - make sure you get out on the boardwalk and up close to the edge where the elevators are. We had been to Niagara recently also, with this location being as impressive and probably more scenic with the jungle and vast number of falls.

Amazing experience coming here - one the best natural landscapes I’ve seen. Entrance fee is $600 (pesosbut is worth it because of the views and the train tickets being included. A return ticket from Puerto Iguazú is $170 which is also good value.

Beautiful place north of the country. Must visit if in Argentina. Its the 7th largest falls in the world and well organized for a solo visit as well. Take a basic, no frills tour, as visiting on your own could be a bit stressful, though not impossible. Solo visitors especially, tour recommended.
