Extremely rude behavior and bad attitude from the reservations.. they never call back..Not recommended at all.Lack of communication and no reservations follow up..Wish there is ratung less than one star👎👎

The place is a rip off. We tried different expensive cocktails but they all turned out to be the worst we had in Amman - watered down with cheap juice and sugary syrup, you don’t even taste any alcohol (the kind of stuff you find in cheap all-inclusive resorts). The DJ and music are average and so is the atmosphere. There are lots of better places in Amman. This place is sadly a waste of money.

Very overrated and double standards .. they say couples only and the place is full of guys, literally a sausage party.Went there with a group of friends for 2 consecutive days, our bill was 600 JD and 400 JD. The crowd is weird, few are classy and the others are just weird.2 days later decided to go their at the bar and they said to me couples only although the place was full of guys.The valet will park your car as VIP in front of the door and you will get fined by police .. مسخرة

The customer service is extremely bad, unacceptable lack of communication. Theres no follow up of the reservation possibility. Very overrated, and no sense of classiness what so ever. I dont recommend it, there are hundreds of places in Amman that exceed Iguanas service and atmosphere.

Cool place … Roof top in Amman …i was invited with a group of doctors…. Cocktails were good… we didn’t eat because we had dinner on the fifth floor… friendly staff… music was good ….

Worst reservation system ever, people on the phone are misleading and don’t not get beck to you . It’s seems that you need to have some sort of subscription to get a reservation.

Unprofessional staff, i went there with a friend to explore the place and spend sometime. it was mid day and the place is almost emptyThe front desk staff did not allow us in the place suggesting that the entire place is fully booked which is not true, Subsequently he said its only couples which is also not true. Honestly they are working hard to push clients away!!!I am not clear why a lounge would lose potential customers in such Unprofessional way ??!! And act as they are (the one and onlyplace in the world for such average or even below average place.Pls train your staff as every customer count and every positive review help to grow businessI will never try to visit this place again

Yesterday I was at Iguana, other than the fact the waiters were rude, my friends and I got food poisoning. Horrible night out, did not sleep all night because i was vomiting.

The worst place Ive been to in Jordan. My friend and I got food poisoning, the waiter added extra items to our bill, and the vibe of the restaurant is horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO A SINGLE PERSON. Especially the food, stayed up the whole night vomiting.

The staff is very rude and over priced, the DJ is very nice, but they dont play Arabic music, too much

As someone who visits Amman on a regular basis and goes to countless rooftops similar to Iguana, I can only say that by far they have the worst service and staff Ive encountered in Jordan.

The place is nice with a nice view, but rude staff asked for napkins a couple times ignored me 2 times and third said something in arabic and left did not even bring napkins. The food was neither good or good looking I was very disappointed specially that the prices we’re a bit overpriced i was very unsatisfied. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend!

It was a pleasure having Mohammad AlKhaldi to be our waiter. He was very friendly and professional and gave the place a very nice image!The DJ there on Tuesdays is DJ Dia who is both professional and soothing.Highly recommended on weekdays!

Let me start with the positive part about the place, it has nice ambience and open space rooftop where you can have a nice feel of the outdoor atmosphere of Amman’s great weather and it has nice musics vibes . However, the management have a very weird policy of charging money on the mixers!!! Seriously?!? This is very odd and never witnessed such incident in any of the places that I went to over the past 20 years. We had a bottle of alcohol drink and the price of the mixers and 2 small nuts were almost the same value of the bottle. At least inform your customers that such thing will exist on your final bill and not to get surprised with the unjustified amount!As usual, the waiters will say sorry and nothing will change.For me I won’t go back again to this place and won’t recommend it to any of my friends.

Called to book a table on the rooftop and was greeted by the host who asked many questions that were personal which took me by suprise and frankly were very unproffesional. I told him i felt uncomfrotable answering these questions and he responded by saying there are strict rules where only 30 Yr old + couples are admitted.I told him that these rules contradict all customs in hospitality Ive come across as well as my personal experience with this establishment, since Ive previously walked in (multiple occasions with no booking and not exclusively couplesand saw many different kinds of guests that were clearly below 30. He ignored me and said these regulations have always been in place since we opened. I then thanked him and took my business across the street to the Deck Lounge where we booked a table with a hospitable and caring host and had an enjoyable outing with friends.To the management: this is no way to make your customers feel welcome and a serious look at the behaviour of your client facing staff needs to be made if you hope to keep customers coming back.

Setup and service are good, drinks as well... Food not that good we tried New York chicken... Crowd is mix of 20s to late 40s... A bit chilly at night get a jacket and scarf.

First of all it has appalling service, second of all a waiter offered to take my jacket to hang it for me, as I was leaving and asked for it, I see him open a door where they keep all their cleaning appliances and my jacket was thrown there rather than hanged.

The terrasse is fine... but OMG the staff...Really pushy, you cant seat where you want even though you are the first client. They come to take "last order happy hour" 25 minutes before it is off, they bring the bill straight away and come back 30 seconds after asking you if you gave the money... then every 3 minutes...Truly bad place...Erf

I agree with a prior poster, this place does not even deserve one star. I came here a few weeks ago, and had a nice meal without any problems. I came back three weeks later with an American friend of Nigerian descent, and we were denied service, supposedly because the restaurant only serves "couples." Not less than 30 seconds later, a group of four men walked in and were seated in the restaurant.I was appalled by the racism, and called out the waiter for his actions. He was unable to provide us with a justification. I will not be coming back here.

They do not even deserve a single star.Mediocre food and beverages, rude and incompetent staff, and the view is awful.
