Idadija M in Skopje

Scam!We went on a lunch with friends from abroad. The food was nothing special. The staff, assuming that we were foreigners, came up with the bill 70% higher than the real. They put several items on the bill that we didn’t even order. Their position was that there was some mistake with the computer, but come on it is an obvious scam.. stay away from this place, there are much more correct places around!

I hade the best grilled vegetables (Macedonian PlatterIve ever eaten – was super delicious. Service was friendly and helpful, with menu in English. Good prices too, 250ml of the house white was €1.5.

They served us with moldy bread! Average quality of food!

Went here to try traditional Kafana and I think we got what we asked for. Food was very good and the location is quite nice, it gets a bit loud with the cars unfortunately.Our waiter was great but he was working alone and because of that we sometimes had to wait a little for our turn.Do what we did order a bit of everything and share among everyone at the table.

No clarification if something has pork, it says on the menu that its chicken but neither the waiter tells you nor does it say in the menu that its wrapped in pork

We had the best dinners in this place during our period in Skopje, its definitevely worth a shot if you are looking for traditional macedonian food. The ambiance also is very friendly and has a taste of sincerity. Just try it!

One story, two restaurants, two facilities...the oldest restaurant is Skopje and Macedonia Idadia is basically split in Idadija III and Idadija M...strange..and pity..

Staff is great, food is great, cheap as well. They have this promotion for 150 denars when you get a big burger patty with cheese (šarska), some fries, salad and a beer 0.3l. Thats really really cheap!

One of the oldest Restaurants in Skopje, located in the heart of the “Debar Maalo” area in Skopje. Restaurant with a long tradition, offering local food and drinks, delicious and tasty. Old school tavern. The waiters are professionals and usually know what you need as soon as they look at you. All the food is well prepared and with fair prices. You should try the barbeque, especially the ribs. The only thing that could improve is the cleanliness but this way it has a more authentic feel.

Strange that this place got this good score. In international standards this place does not cut it. The starter was a salad, only without salad and almost only cheese. So I assumed that is the way it suppose to be, but the main course was suppose to be a burger with fries. Tasteless. Place was cold and the owner even had the nerv to perform maintance on the electrical and sound system while he had customers. Cleanliness, suspect. Service below average.

Very good food, friendly service. Ribs were a small portion but very well done. The kabab looked delishous, a must. Dont miss out the salad that comes with a very generous amount of sprinkeled cheese.

Service is slow, restaurant is very small just a 3-4 tables so I recommend reservation, food was basically OK, but nothing special. It was relatively cold inside.... So, if you hungry try to find some other restaurant near by.
