The servers are friendly to start off with, but the ice cream is a bit mediocre I feel like, and the maintaining of it may be a bit lack-luster, when they tried to receive my chocolate ice cream, it was so frozen over, that they had to put it hot-water which didnt make me feel all to well, the toppings didnt look two fresh but were alright, but it was an alright experience

Ive never actually eaten at the place, just had deliveries. But the atmosphere is nice. They deliver on time and the ice cream is awesome, so long as you have the money.I especially like the flavour that tastes like Baileys but without the alcohol. Their toppings rock too.

Good place with great customer service. They have a weird "song" they sing once you walk in; "Welcome to Icy groove". Didnt like it all, and most people dont actually but it creates a sense of appreciation too. Price of the ice cream is bit high though.

Icy Groove has a variety of ice cream flavors that are nice... But I think they lack integrity, it has to be from the management, I went with my friends and we bought 3 scoops of ice cream and they tricked us into getting toppings and we had to pay close to double of what was supposed... I nearly walked out on them to reject the whole purchase until I remembered that in Nigeria a lot of businesses lack integrity, I paid & left to come no more

If you want good ice cream and smoothies in Owerri, Icy Groove is the place to go. The staff is nice. The ice cream is creamy and they have quite a variety of flavours to choose from. However management has to be careful so as not to run the place down. Seems like the fact that theres no competition in Owerri is making them lax. The seats are torn and held together by tapes. There were not much toppings for the ice cream unlike when theyd just opened. And I noticed today that they dont have a convenience (not good). And the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.Icy Groove, youve got to do better.

Well, its a really cool place. A bit small but their ice-cream is pretty amazing but if you want something cheapie cheapie this is not for you (just go for your fan yogo). The ice-cream have various flavors and toppings (as you prefer as well as smoothies. And the customer service is not that bad.
