Cèntric, espaiós i còmode!Ampli apartament amb acabats nòrdics i rústics. Habitació molt generosa i llits comodíssims. Potser hem trobat a faltar alguna superfície per a les maletes. La zona de les golfes tenia més espai del que esperàvem. Quant la cuina/saló-menjador, és prou espaiosa per encabir la cuina americana amb taulell per fins a 5-6 comensals i un gran sofà llit queen size. El bany, molt bé, amb una dutxa de molta pressió i rentadora.Sens dubte, molt recomanable! Bona relació qualitat-preu.

Wir waren zu dritt vom 09. auf den 10.06.2022 zu Gast. Wir kamen gegen 01.00 Uhr nachts an und der selbst Check-in lief ohne Probleme. Gebucht war ein Apartment, das theoretisch für sechs Personen eingerichtet war. Drei Betten hätte man dann aber in einer engen Dachschräge über eine sehr abenteuerliche Leiter benutzen müssen. Dies betraf und jedoch nicht. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, sauber und bot eine schöne gemütliche Einrichtung. Neben zwei Schlafbereichen (Zimmer und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmergab es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine exzellente Lage im Zentrum von Akureyri, unmittelbar bei der berühmten Kirche. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war im Bad vorhanden und der große Parkplatz am Eingang des Hinterhofs war während unseres Aufenthalts gratis (Ich glaube von 16.00 abends bis 11.00 Uhr morgens).Ein Stern Abzug gebe ich, weil das Apartment doch sehr hellhörig war und einer der Nachbarn gefühlt die ganze Nacht hin und her gelaufen ist. Zudem war uns trotz vieler Erklär-Mails unklar wie der Check-out laufen soll. In einer Mail meine ich gelesen zu haben, dass der Check-out im ICE Store im Erdgeschoss erfolgen soll, wo man mich entgeistert anfuhr, dass man mit den Apartments nichts zu tuen hat. Ein Telefonat mit dem Vermieter brachte die Lösung -> im Apartment lassen.

Visited May 2022 in the superior apartment. The apartment is accessible up a flight of stairs and there is no lift, so you will have to carry your luggage up but this is not a big issue considering the steps were just a few.Very good location in the center of Akureyri.Space is clean and well equipped with a washer-dryer, full kitchen, television.However, the WIFI wasnt working and when I contacted the host, I didnt get a response.

We were arriving late and I called. A great guy named Gudbjorn helped and was so patient. The room was incredible; the area is perfectly situated in the heart of Akureyri. For pics and videos go to @travelingcop on Instagram

Overall nice superior suite. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. Theres a tv too which you can watch and pretend to understand icelandic shows. Bathroom is also nice but the radiator is in the shower which is strange. There is also a ladder to the attic beds which have low height. The attic has a window you can close with the cover too so its decently dark in the attic.

Fantastic location and room was mostly clean (lots of dust comes in through the window if you leave them open). Access is tough if you dont have wifi readily available because they send the code on the day of. No coffee or tea provided and difficult to get a hold of the owner/booking company when we needed to. The washer/dryer was almost impossible to figure out and the dryer function didnt work well so we had to hang our clothes all over the apartment to dry. Overall decent stay!

Appartamento molto bello in pieno centro comodo a tutti i servizi e le attività presenti in città affacciato sul corso principale dove ci sono ristoranti caffè e negozi appartamento molto bello dotato di tutti i Confort tra tuoi lavastoviglie e lavatrice Unica pecca È il gestore ci ha fornito indicazioni sbagliate per un altro appartamento abbiamo aspettato più di una ora e mezza e al momento in cui siamo riusciti a contattarlo non ha voluto riconoscere il suo errore si è mostrato estremamente gradevole e sgarbato la nostra la fortuna è stata aver trovato il modo di contattare la commessa del negozio sottostante a cui si riferisce lappartamento tramite i gestori delle Guest House vicini Altrimenti avremmo dovuto dormire in macchina purtroppo la gestione di questo appartamento si è mostrata assai approssimativa è superficiale i numeri di telefono forniti al momento della prenotazione regione sono tutti irraggiungibili anche le email indicate sono inutili poiché non risponde mai nessuno

A very confortable and well equipted flat in the center of Akureyri. Nice views and close to everything. Very recommendable.

Camere spaziose, pulite con vista sulla via principale.Cucina attrezzatissima e bagni puliti.Prezzo nella media ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Consigliato.

Location is very convenient, located near good shops and restaurants. Room is clean and spacious. Service provided by the shop attendant downstairs is good (the shop icewear and the apartment is owned by the same company so u get a 15% discount of the shop products as well), but the shop is closed on Sunday so there is little service on Sunday.

Von außen etwas düstere Stimmung und etwas schwer zu finden (versteckter Einfahrt auf der Rückseite des Ice-shops). Drinnen dafür schön hell, sauber, W-Lan. Habe meinen Aufenthalt hier genossen und würde wieder hier nächtigen.

The pace was clean. The kitchen had every appliance, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Check in and check out was simple. I would definitely recommend this place.
