Manama , Bahrain 🇧🇭 . .يقع بيت الشعر في حي القضيبية بمدينة المنامة ، وهو ملتقى للشعر و الشعراء ، و كان فيما مضى منزل للشاعر البحريني الكبير إبراهيم العريض ، الذي كان ولأكثر من نصف قرن أهم شاعر و أديب في البحرين . ..يستطيع الزوار استكشاف المنزل المكون من طابقين و ذُو طراز معماري تراثي مع بعض اللمسات الحديثة الجميلة ، و رؤية محتويات مكتب العريض الخاص و الاطلاع على مجلدات دواوين الشعر الكثيرة التي تحتويها مكتبة البيت ...زرت هذا البيت كمعلم من معالم البحرين الثقافية و الحضارية و ضمن جولتي في التعرف على ما نملكه من عناوين لارثنا الحضاري الذي يمتد لآلاف السنين .

Nice cozy place. There is conference rooms and small library you can sit and read books. And also you can walk and see decoration of the rooms. Entry for free. Pictures inside not allowed.

The Ibrahim Al Arrayed House is dedicated to the art of poetry, which plays a central cultural role in this region. It is named after the famous Bahraini poet Ibrahim Al Arrayed, who was Bahrain’s foremost figure in poetry and literature for over half a century. Opened on 3 April, 2006, the House of Poetry has become a cultural center for events relating to poetry. It also houses a large collection of books and works by the foremost figures in the field of poetry of the region, forming a base for researchers and lovers of poetry.
