STRONGLY recommend customers to get a receipt and check it CAREFULLY from cafeteria when check out.In the recent 3 visits, we got over charged (extra foods or price of large meatballs meal but for a kids meal, around extra $5 - $10 dollars each timeby different staffs. First 2 times we got refunded and the third time they suggested giving food instead of refund.

I bought a sofa on Marc, 2022 and I haven’t use too much because we had far away from out of home long time.Today,I packaged my sofa and I went Ikea to exchange for my sofa which is not fit my family ,also the sofa is too much uncomfortable.However, the person who work in Ikea offered me money that kind of a joke and really tragicomic.I have never heard a big company offer money for their customer .I surprised when Ikea ,which is the biggest store, offered me money for my returning furniture .They would refund %70 that is %30 less than my purchasing.In addition, when I bought that furniture the person ,who works in Ikea as sales person ,told me return is possible in a year and it doesn’t matter used or unused .They offered me %30 less money even though I haven’t use it.On the other hand, one of the reason why I choose Ikea without any concern, that is respect by worker and return policy. However, this happening totally changed my idea and my satisfaction, of course.For the following reason,I dont want to lost my loyalty for the company ,moreover, I am not a new customer for Ikea,I hope you guys will help me as soon as possible.As a result,I don’t want to return my item I would like change it more comfortable and enough size for my family.I am gonna share my furniture photos that look brand new.

Spent 1 k. Easy . Lol. The table is way too heavy and taking it back but everything else was very good quality .

Im waiting for the delivery from September 4!Its been almost a month!Delivery was supposed to be yesterday (29 of September, as stated in the contract), but it was not and nobody called me! If you had contacted me, I would have replied "Bring what is available."Also via costumer support told me to wait a month more!And there is no guarantee that some items will not be available again and no one will contact me!Due to an IKEA MISTAKE, you didnt want to order an extra car to deliver my order today or the next day.This is your mistake! Why should I suffer as your client?!

Ikea is always fun! Only thing is I wish they had their food court open a bit later!

Picked up a kallex bookshelf, that went great but couldnt plug in my ev. All the spots where full.

You can get stuff for cheap... Thats about the only positive. I picked up a bed frame, but it was missing several big pieces that didnt have part numbers (which means you cant order them online, like you can with little screws), and their customer service is absolutely non-existent. No phone number for the store, only a 1-800 number on the website that has you pressing numbers for 5 minutes, only to finally put you on hold for 25 more.

IKEA Products are okay for me as long as that’s my choice. But it is very silly and greedy to see such a big store with 1 cashier, once I waited more than an hour to pay and again i had to wait another 30 minutes to get the items to the home delivery department, HMMM Seriously! Can’t you hire additional staff? And they say we care about our planet, funny.

This store is a labrinth but its always a treat to go there. This place is an art exhibit within itself. If youre not into viewing the show room, you can bypass it and head down to the self-service area. Theres even short cuts if you keep a lookout for the signs and not the arrows.Im always on the lookout for companies or businesses that support sustainable living.This is my go to place for affordable sustainable flat packed furniture. Great for the DIY crowd that gets that rewarding feeling after completing a project and marvel at your efforts. I like to keep a uniform look when it comes to an aesthetic I try to achieve, and Ikea offers neutral color options to make that possible. All black bedroom set? Its all easy to find with their app or their in-store kiosks. You can even check their availability online on items before trekking out to the store if you live across the city or out of town. Theres even a pickup option if you want to save time. If you want your own bold custom colors, you might have to go the diy route to paint the pieces before assembling or get a pro to help you out.Plenty of parking, usually wide enough spaces in between cars, unless youre a jerk who parks on the line to be an inconvenience to others. I like how they have family friendly courtesy parking, which is great! Other families like mine are able to safely maneuver getting in and out of the vehicle (especially if you got a strollerand shop together!One of my favorite things to do at Ikea (whenever I have the timeis enjoying the food and comfort at their restaurants. DaimAlmond cake chocolate and crunch is what I like to enjoy with my coffee or tea before or after shopping. I miss their Swedish meatballs poutine though...Do I recommend this place to anyone? Yes. Do I recommend this place to a person with a small car who wants to build big furniture items? No! Get a friend or family member with a larger vehicle that would suit your shopping needs to help you haul your flat pack furniture to your place. Some of these things can be really heavy and require 2 people to assemble some things. It can be a fun bonding project!

The amusement park for adults! Would have been 5 stars except they did not have the Sannahed in stock in the size I wanted. I went there specifically on a mission to get that item, so I was somewhat disappointed they did not have it. Other than that, fun store to walk around and browse.

visit yesterday around 6.30ish and not busy. Can find almost everything for the home you need!! Nice arrangements too.. Food is cheaper and taste good!

Employees were so rude at closing time. We did not know the store was closing and instead of just letting us know they were rude about it. Overheard them being rude to other patrons as well.Also found the store dirty compared to how it used to be. Everything in showroom is dusty.

I stopped in for lunch, I must say the hotdog and drink combo meal is pretty good for 3$ The hotdogs are not too bad either. If Im working in the area, Ill definitely stop in again.

Valerie from the bedding department was AMAZING!!!!! Daughter is looking for a mattress and Valerie took the time to go over everything with us. Even showed us some bedframes. Her friendliness, kindness, expertise and patience will be the reason we will go back to buy the bedding when our daughter is ready. Thank for this exceptional service!

Love how easy is to buy something and put together. But after COVID store got out from tracks. They usually don’t have stock and when you subscribe to be aware when it arrives employees don’t have idea were the product is…. The same happened with sofá that I planned but the price was double of was showed online and on store planning… and tried fix 3 times and still was wrong, until I give up.

Their reliance on customers using smart devices (such as your phoneis too much. Scanning a QR code, to then get a barcode, that will be scanned at the checkout, is highly frustrating. Then after the checkout, nobody tells you where youre picking up your stuff.The last visit made me so mad it ruined the rest of my day.

I love checking the "as is" section here. Lots of space for my kiddo to run around, lots to see and good prices on sale items. We also love that we can literally get full meals for the 3 of us, plus drinks, for $30..... like yes pls!

You will find all home related stuff on cheaper prices. Quality is good. I bought 2 futons and my friend bought bed from IKEA. Easy to install and yes dont forget to read manual because if you miss the step you will face difficulty. Otherwise all good.

If youve been to an Ikea, this is more of the same.If you havent, this is the kind of store you can spend hours in. Get a meal in the food court and keep going. Then when you finally pay, grab an ice cream.

He is always a great place to kill some time poke around see what kind of neat things you need. Took my plants from there because they mark them down when they are either near dying or out of season and then a little bit of rescue work and you get a wonderful plant for a great price

My experience for home delivery was absolutely terrible.1. The delivery fee for Regina SK is $200.2. My home delivery date was an estimation for July 1st between 9am and 9pm.- I think it’s absolutely unacceptable to expect someone to wait around for a delivery for 12 hours- I waited until 5pm and called IKEA to confirm that the third party delivers on holidays and I was assured that they do and have to deliver it on July 1st as stated.- The delivery never came and I was never notified as to when it would be rescheduled.- I called IKEA the next day and was told the July 1st delivery dates was actually when the distribution center was expected to receive it which was not indicated in any communications so I wasted a full day of my life for something that was never going to happen even though an IKEA representative confirmed with me that it would.3. TForce Couriers that you partner with was absolutely terrible to deal with.- Nobody could confirm with me when the new delivery date would be.- I only found out that the delivery date was now going to be July 4th because I checked their website. I was never notified by anyone directly.- I was told that once they processed the package I would be called to schedule a delivery time.- I was never called to schedule a delivery time and was instead called by the delivery driver that he would be at my house in seven minutes! I was at work and needed more time.- Delivery driver told me he would give me a half hour so I left work early to rush home to be ready for the delivery drive and he ended up taking an hour anyways!I can’t believe I had to pay $200 for the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. With all the technology available to us that has simplified these types of experiences you would think a delivery company and IKEA should know how to schedule deliveries. I can’t believe this is the level of customer service that IKEA is comfortable with.

I loved browsing the selection here. The cafeteria is great as well, good food and good service. Thinking of getting my furniture from here in the future. Definitely lives up to the IKEA name

We just stopped by to buy cutlery then had some ice creams and snacks. I am glad that they have table and chairs near the snack counter! My kids love the cafeteria too. One of the few options I can bring kids for shopping and lunch without worrying too much.

Poor food in ikea restaurant, I have to say. Parking is easy and employees are kind. Thats all. Probably, I will come back for my bed frame and something else.

I bought a few items, but the best is the butcher like knife for $27. What a nice tool! Read instructions! But its great and is finished nicely and is balanced properly...

Have been to your store several times in the ladt few months. Twice this week.I was told you would have an item coming back in stock today. I came to the store right after work to find out it did not come in and when I spoke to your associate and let her know about the issues all she did was shrug her shoulders. I felt she really could care less if I came back a sixth time to spend my money.

Good price for most items and big selections!! love it!!! Had food there. well, not very satisfied tho.. kind of expensive to eat at IKEA. lol.. Kind of stupid to bring girlfriend and have a meal for two here, which costed me $40 and I was still hungry.

Such a great store and shopping experience, I try to go at least twice a month and I love how they have replacement parts for furniture on site. Very nice customer service too :)

When you buy products if returned they dont give your money back only store card by default unless you insist for your cash back.They dont have their own delivery, they hire third party which they dont take any accountability for If anythings goes wrong with the delivery, you deal with third party companies yourself or nothing. The third party delivery campaigns dont have customer service just voice mail and you cant even leave message.The ikiya Canada phone line customer service employees horrible theyre unprofessional and confrontational, its shame how they talk to customers.Ive spent alot of money buying several large items which two of i want to return or exchange.The pickup for the return items was not free i paid to make the arrangements which no one showed up to pick it up! i was told the pickup will be between 9am to 9pm i waited all day at home no one came to get it, when i call them they told me "someone did come no answer" that was LIE! Which they later found out theyve made mistake with delivery arrangement.Unbelievable. Such horrible experience overall👎

Love coming to Ikea to look around. Big and clean, wish we had an Ikea where I live. The cafeteria has a nice view. But there was a lady worker in the cafeteria who basically forced my mom to give her a good review on their pad. Unfortunately when we went a lot of the items we wanted were out of stock (maybe because of Covid?)

Avoid buying anything from this particle board over priced garbage retailer. Sadly if you do purchase a kitchen etc, please make sure you read Your contract upon delivery. There is a 72 hour clause in the contract stating if you do not take account of your purchase and all the items and anything that is missing you are on the hook if you have to return. I lost at least $800 on items they did not deliver but waited three months for a construction crew to assemble my kitchen Reno. Absolutely criminal they can get away with it. First off who is going to take a count of over 300 pounds of boards and screws handles etc. it’s insanity! Took the kitchen back kept the appliances and now the dishwasher broke after six months. Avoid this company at all cost.

Do we ever need more of these storesMy local one is a 5 hour drive so I never went to it didnt think it was worth the time and gas to do an 10 hour round trip.Now the fact I can do my whole kitchen for a ½ of the price of local cabinet shops still isnt enough to make me spend a whole day going to the store. Loved the store loved the prices. Went to this one in Winnipeg because it was right next to somewhere else I wanted to go. Come on Ikea expand a little please.

Decent quality items, at affordable prices. Store is very large with a nice showroom/display area. Only reason for deducting 1 star is the sometimes lack of stock, and the every so often issue with fitment of the products (doesnt line up, have to make slight modifications). Still one of my go to stores for furniture.

Dropped by IKEA on Tuesday, May 3-2022.Is still how I remembered it , haven’t been here in 5 years as I’ve been I’ve seas.They still carry the cork coasters that I love and such a cheap price. These are the best coasters I have ever bought.Dropped into the food court and had lunch.Then picked up these delicious thin ginger cookies on my way out 👍

I used to like coming to Ikea but its different now. Maybe my standards have gone up but I definitely dont believe that when I tried to have a bit of a lunch there. We tried the hotdogs and poutine. Both were stone cold and saltier than the ocean. Could not finish either. Disgusting! The products are just ok. Some interesting storage ideas but I wont be back.

Its a nice store but theres literally no furniture in stock. Been waiting for my headboard for 2 years to come in. Looking for a sectional and only 3 types available. Its ridiculous I mean covid has now been a thing for a long time, no longer an excuse.

It is tough buying at IKEA during COVID-19. The unit that we bought a year ago, some parts got discontinued, therefore, little was being produced and shipped. There were some parts in Calgary and there were some in Ontario, but they wouldnt ship those parts here. Nature of the beast, thank goodness for a year return policy.

It’s huge and mostly clean and has almost everything! I enjoy coming here and looking around for random things to go inside your home or yard. Careful with the items, some are made delicate and some are made strong. Good prices and they help you find what you are looking for and if not, they definitely find something similar or better

Always love roaming around Ikea. It is therapeutic. The attention to detail that they put into each setup they create is beautiful. Its a visual overload just walking through and so much home decor inspiration everytime Im there. And the food at the 2nd floor food court is amazing. Always have the meatballs. There was this one time that they had strawberry champagne cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake Ive ever had.The cafeteria downstairs is very cheap. You should try the ice creams with ligonberry from there. Was just $1.5.They have a swedish brand called Almondy that sells gluten free almond cakes and theyre exceptionally good. If you find the chocolate and caramel one, definitely get that.Swedish coffee is also very good so you should definitely consider picking up a bag of coffee when youre there the next time!

Sometimes you will find great deals on furniture, kitchen wares with good quality. Only one issue they have very high delivery and assembling charges..difficult for person like me who only use public transport

Very long line all the time now theres pandemic. Not sure why theres a line up when theres no way you can stay for food or shopping is pretty straight forward since the displays were all the same. Slow service. Its hard to get assistance. Not sure if they dont have enough staffs by the floor but I never found one to help me. The website always says the item was available but the store doesnt have it at all. The website doesnt offer delivery too which sucks since I only need the extra shelf. Parkings not bad.

Love IKEA! Everything you need for a clean, pretty, organized, modern home. We come here every single time we are in the city. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Love that they are doing things that are better for the environment and how innovative they are! Everything was where is was supposed to be (correct bins and aisles). Their show rooms are perfect to get an idea of how good everything would look in your home. We’ve purchased multiple furniture, textiles, desks, and more they are always great quality and well worth their value. Would highly recommend this store!

Not so much a review of the food, but the sale. The food is good, especially for the price, but Thursdays are special, and Thursdays in November are REALLY special.It is a movie night now, used to be a games night. BUT during November they have this deal where they will deduct your cafeteria bills total from your furniture bill, provided your furniture bill is over 200. My daughter had a list of stuff totalling about 250, so she took my wife and I to dinner, and bought cookies, chocolate bars, crackers and candies for stocking stuffers in the cafeteria.. sure enough, when we went through the registers for the furniture area, they subtracted the total of the food court bill, making everything we are and bought up there free. A great deal !!

Great place to find random things from kitchen tools, bedding, kids toys and room decor, amazing candles. Very clean, well layed out. The restaurant is amazing, salmon is spot on. Offers a babysitting area for 1 hours for children as long as they meet the requirements.
