IKEA in Haarlem

Easy to park, one of the biggest branch, lot of collections, check out the second hand product as well near by check-out area.

Its like a maze... But they are all like this.Staff very friendly and helpful.Clean as well.

In the past Ikea was for economically weak people with affordable prices. Now Ikea is for rich people. I needed to move to a new house therefore I needed to buy a lot of stuff in last few months and I regret it. There is JYSK which is a similar shop chains of household items. It is way cheaper and built quality is the same. I would prefer JYSK over IKEA

Since we dont have you in Argentina, it was such a surprise and joy to enter your premises for the first time here in the Netherlands!You have furniture for every budget and such an amazing functional and harmonious design that I always go to your store first, when I need a source of inspiration for one of the corners of my home.You have been present at every stage of my life here in the Netherlands.Here is my latest experience: I needed to replace some Ikea screws and bolts, so I went by Ikea Haarlem. I was promptly assisted and provided with all I needed, without having to pay a dime! I am writing this review as a thank you for the "free goodies"!I appreciate all you do to make peoples every day life more comfortable and beautiful. Muchas gracias!

IKEA is always an amazing place for home based furniture and other domestic items

We got what we needed and had a place to eat as well.

Over the years the quality of the furniture seems to be improving and they are offering so many vegan and vegetarian options in their restaurant 👏 it’s about time! Now time to end the 99 cent hotdogs please.

More relaxed than the Amsterdam store! Plenty of stock, found a lot of products available which wasn’t in Amsterdam. Easy locating the store and the car park area and simple to pre order and collect products. Considering the distance between Haarlem and Amsterdam, would definitely visit this store again over heading into the city.

Pretty standard IKEA. Proximity to public transport is a plus, with train connections to either Haarlem or Amsterdam (Sloterdijk). As with all IKEA stores in my experience, popular color choices for products like dishware and bedlinen are regularly out of stock.

Great food i just miss the battered fish...

Going down and down. They are closing early, the food is becoming more vegan with few options for the meat eaters. The prices went up also.

No gravy for the meatballs , they close the restaurants early and wonder why they don’t have night time shoppers.

Standard Ikea store. Quite some options. And a decent cantine so you dont start browsing on an empty stomach. Sprinter station is nearby and you have good connections either from Haarlem or Sloterdijk

Great food in addition to a great selection of household stuff. Ikea never disappoints.

Friendly staff, very helpful customer service. Typical ikea Swedish products. Nice restaurant & selection of Swedish food products.An direct access to the ground floor is open, no need to go up & walk all the the 1st floor to access the ground floor 👍🏻

Always the best place to be for visualising your home. Love visiting ikea every now and then

It has all you need and more. The only thing was the waiting time at the register, small improvement to be made there.

You always have to go through the WHOLE rout which takes more than an hour only to walk quickly. Even if you want a simple plate, there is no where to directly get it.

Easy to reach location and a little less busy/crowded than the Amsterdam Zuid-Oost Ikea.

Doesnt seems to reasonable prices anymore. Similar furniture for similar prices with better quality in some other places. So the reason I gave 3 stars stuff are friendly and some little items are cheaper. The ones you think you need but never use. Thats it! Seems like end of the Era for ikea..😏

Great location. Felt bigger than the others in and around Amsterdam. Also right by the train stop.

IKEA is always IKEA. The food is reasonable, the furniture is reasonably priced.

This is exactly what youd expect from your Swedish take-away; a blue and yellow box where you buy stuff you put together at home.

Bitro does not accept cash, so I could not eat, this is a violation of art 1 nederland grond wet. NO EXCUSES.

Its nice shopping for household and office furniture

You can find almost everything of daily use with wide range of selections. The prices are really affordable. The place is huge and has a really nice setup to look around. Be prepared to spend at least a couple of hours to explore the place. And finally, you can end your day with nice snacks.

This Ikea location was clean and well stocked with their items. I was looking for a couch and they had a different color for me to sit on and try. The furniture seemed to be well maintained for individuals to try. Bathrooms were also clean.

Still chill during covid times. Less busy.Its IKEA! Enjoy the funny names and get lost somewhere.They just redid the restaurant and it looks great.Lots of parking and a 30sec walk from Spaarnwoude trainststion.

Pretty horrible delivery experience by Alertlogistiek.nl, on behalf of IKEA. The delivery guy had unacceptable abusing behaviour to me, when I asked to take a picture of the delivery because I saw a box with potential damage, closed with different (blacktape. He said: this is not damaged, this is "your gift" and he aggressively opened and through the box on the floor. The box had plates (fragile cargo). Likely he did not break something. In addition to that, I received a damage product that I wanted also to report but unfortunately I couldnt reach out to IKEA via phone. I was waiting on the line more than the time that they were advising and nobody picked up the phone.Spending thousands of euros at IKEA and being a family member for years, unfortunately I did not expect this kind of service.

Nice big shop with many parking spots. IKEA what can I say more.I like the self scan possibility but very busy always, so I am very happy with the new option scan everything with the app and pay on check out. Minus point is mostly the food shop, finding baskets is a challenge, finding someone at the register is even more difficult. Very annoying there is never info, a small sign would be useful before you load the shopping on the counter and the find out that you have to put everything back in the basket because you have to move and pay at the food corner. Improve this and a 5 stars could be possible.

Busy and empty food shop. Also so many things not available in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Not use to this. But if course IKEA is great to do up your house.

Worst service ever. Having designed my kitchen with Sterre, she then missed 3 appointments to call me and actually order it. After being told theyll call you for a week and nothing happening, I called them again, only for them to tell me half my kitchen was now out of stock and then they accidentally deleted my design. If youre looking for an ikea kitchen, i would recommend the amsterdam branch, where they are actually capable of placing an order.

Better than other Amsterdam region shop. Good access and layout. Doesn’t take cash in the food store, but self checkout is great.

Making a gaming room for my boy. Made a list of items online. No need to squeeze through the crowd. Awesome that checkouts have cash machines so my boy can see where his savings is spent. Great experience. Just one minus that not all items were available at every Ikea store. Online shopping also has limitation as some item are not delivered in every area.

We ordered one Malm bed from the store in which the slatted base is included. They forget to add the item number of that slatted base and delivered without that. When we raised a complaint, they send one more bed instead of the slatted base. Now they are asking us to pay 70 euro plus shipping 40 just for that slatted base, Even though they made a mistake.

The worst IKEA experience ever!!! we spent a whole day shopping and at the moment when we wanted them to deliver the articles at home,the executive tells us our pincode does not fall under their list and hence no delivery option.AND this piece of information is not provided at the entrance or anywhere else.IKEA is not a franchise model and promises delivery anywhere in Nederland from any of its store in Nederland and even if for this store there is limitation for places they can deliver the employees must be in a position to offer some solution.But they act just like machines not humans🙄 and forget that there is brain we can use.

Much nicer layout and better parking than the Amsterdam-Zuid location. Usually have decent stock of products. Two self-checkout lanes specifically for people using the IKEA app.

Typical good IKEA store where you find everything you need and things you didn’t know you need but you do. It has 2 large parkings: one with 2 levels right next to the store, although due to corona regulations, it’s not close to the main entrance anymore; second one between the train station (which is very close to the storeand a new main entrance.Staff is very friendly and vegan hot dogs are very good.You can always find some discounted items in the sale corner.

Typical IKEA, has all that is expected. Good parking. 30 minutes drive from Amsterdam. We actually cycled from Amsterdam to Haarlem/IKEA it tool us two ours and it was lovely.

IKEA, the place for everything in your home! I played with their application for designing a custom wardrobe. It gives all possibilities and variations, and tells how much each element costs.

Great to come for breakfast, lunch or dinner (maybe a snack), also if you join their ikea family app - you get great discounts.

I really like the Ikea products, but I very much dislike their routes trough the shoppingmall. Getting where you want to be fast is simply impossible. So thats 2 stars off the 5. The staff is really helpful. Hi 5 to the guy who helped me buy the kitchen I was after. Good price too value ratio on the products. Just fix the annoying maze style walking routes!

Had an amazing day.Ikea is not only shopping, it is a lovely way to spend the day.We went there with the car, not a lot parking space left because it was really busy in the Ikea because there was sale. But managed to found a spot.Inside I really like the way the store is organised, the little rooms and homes build in are really helpful by looking for things for you own house.The restaurant is great, had a nice meal.The workers are nice to everyone and are able to help in every situation possible. For just answering questions or for looking for the right table for in the living room.5 stars
