I like IHOP for breakfast 🥞🍳 and to spend time with my Family.The staff is friendly, food is good and reasonable, and the restaurant is clean.

Horrible service. First there was no one to seat me and when I found a seat, no one bothered to serve me. After sitting there for over 10 minutes, I finally asked the waitress, who I also had to ask for a menu, about getting assistance. She told me she had to ask her manger who could serve me. Needless to say, I left.

Did not like the employees gathering at the door, talking loudly with each other about personal stuff, constantly on their phones like it was a social gathering, plus the store looked dirty. It was noisy and distracting.I ordered steak tips and scrambled eggs, parts of the steak were undercooked!!The only person working hard was the older woman who waited on us (party of 2)

My family loves this place! I am a little sad about changed at the menu after the pandemic IAnd we will love some of those can be back at least as special!!! Place!!!!

Wait 30 minutes for drinks, another 30 minutes waiting for our order never came we left the place empty stomach.

We had a great waitress, the food was good! I do miss the multigrain pancakes..

Pam the GM and Tiera rock this store. Maybe problems in the past but give them another try. great staff and food.

We just wanted a bacon temptation omelette. It comes with cheese sauce, but when we received our food, it did not have any. The server argued with us saying it did not come with any then said if it did, it was already put on it. I am staring at the omelette without any cheese sauce as she tells me this. She then says she will be charging us extra for the cheese sauce.... That comes with the omelette. They are basically running a scam. Dont bother.

The waitress was warm and friendly. She was able to assist us with all of our needs. The food was brought out in a timely manner and was enjoyed by all. 😊

The best IHOP in the area! It is clean and the service is great.

On 5/23/2022 I stopped by Dallas Hwy IHOP and ordered 2 Colorado omelet, no beef add spinach. I got home and those were the worst omelet I have ever seen or had. The spinach was on the top of the omelet covered with hard cheese. Just messed up my appetite for the day, I would have taken it back but it was too far away from where I live.

I was visiting my niece in GA and received outstanding service at this IHOP!! The waitress did an exceptional job serving us and the food was really tasty. The restaurant was very clean to include the restroom and prices were affordable with my senior discount ❣😊😅

Food was great. But prices are on the rise, like everywhere else.

I am incredibly disappointed in the experience I had with this location today. Placed an order for curbside pickup at around 10:50 and was told it would be ready by 11:09. I got there around 11:12 and had to call around 11:30 because it still hadnt been brought out. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes at that time. Mind you, this was an order of an omelet, some bacon, and a French toast combo- nothing extraordinarily complicated. Another 15 minutes go by and I called again because I still hadnt gotten my food. I was told "just a few minutes" again. I ended up actually walking in to get my food only to find out that it was waiting to be taken out. It wasnt hot, so I know it had to have been sitting there for a few minutes. I am so disappointed. It should not have taken an hour to pick up a small to go order when the place wasnt even busy.

Staff very attentive. Food as good as you expect, so no complaints

My favorite dish at IHOP is the harvest grain and nuts pancakes. I was disappointed they are no longer offered on their menu. Our waitress said they had been replaced with the protein pancakes, but theyre not the same. 🤔

So...I decided to visit this IHOP location on Mothers Day. I knew this was going to be a busy day for this establishment like all restaurants but I didnt think it would be this bad. This location is equipped with a drive thru but when I drove thru and reached the window, no one came to the window. I sat in line for about 8 minutes and no one approached the window but yet I can hear staff talking and laughing.If you are going to have a drive thru service then you need to get to the window and take customers orders. Management need to remove all of the notes that you have over the window (which Im sure was done intentionally so that customers cant look in). The notes say: Dont bang on the window, Dont be on your phone when at the window and No To Go Orders on Sat/Sun. Give me a break and do what you are getting paid to do which is serve food to customers.On a good note, I did get my IHOP on this day but went a few miles down the road to IHOP on Cobb Pkwy in Kennesaw and the service was superb and not sub par like IHOP on Dallas Hwy.

Worse food ever!!!! Food was cold, bacon was brunt, eggs undercooked, pancakes probably was the best part of the meal. Ask for hot syrup which was cold maybe they was short of staff not for sure.

The food was delicious oh, the service impeccable, and the establishment clean.

Not busy, but still slow service. Food was sub-par. You are better off just going to Waffle House.

We asked for a chocolate chip waffle, which was chocolate chips on top- great! We were charged us an extra $2 for this and severely disappointed.

We had a fairly large party and we’re seated immediately. The waitress was great and everyone’s order was correct. Now the weird part - my Belgian waffle had several bread bag ties cooked into the waffle… The waitress was as shocked as I was and replaced my waffle immediately. How does that happen?? I was surprised that I was still charged for the waffle, especially considering they charge $10 for 1 waffle. Won’t be ordering waffles from here again.

Couldnt get anyone to wait on me, staff sitting around talking at the back table. When I asked they acted like it was a big surprise so I left. Unfortunately I cant give zero Stars!

Everyone loved ❤ their meal. Didnt leave anything. Server was sosweet and professional. We , my family and I discussed makind this location our regularI hop location.

We love the food and waitstaff is friendly but the kitchen is always a disaster. It takes forever for the food to come out. ALWAYS THE SAME JUST DIFFERENT EXCUSE. If waiting time doesnt matter to you than youll be very happy. If you want to get in and get out steer clear of this location.

This is not the first IHOP weve eaten at, but the worse. Talk about up-charging! You want extra butter thats any extra cost (over $2.). You want to exchange regular buttermilk pancakes (that comes with your mealfor a fruit topped one, its full price rather than a small up-charge. They mixed up my order from sausage gave me bacon instead; before they gave me my sausage they had to take the bacon away to throw it away. They burned the edges of my crepes and charged for berries to cover them, they were supposed to come with them. They charge you for everything extra. Do not recommend the restaurant 😒.

wao, friendly staff and Great environment. I went there by myself and with family. They have yet to disappoint me with the service and food.Just amazing place for home away from home

Great food. Excellent service. They just have a difficult time with staff quitting and/or calling out on the weekends. The other personnel do a great job making up for the shortage but I can imagine it damages morale.

I made an online order at 10:23, and it said that my order would be ready at 10:39. I got to curbside for pickup at 10:42. I called and texted to say that I was here, but no one answered or came and this was during my first 10 minutes. I ended up going to the drive thru to see what was going on, and was told my order wasnt ready and it would be "in just a few more minutes ". I waited another 20 minutes before my order was actually ready at 11:09. The only reason I gave it 3 stars because the food was good, and the woman at the window gave me something for my dog to eat.

Now that they have gluten-free (gluten-friendlypancakes, I love picking up food here. You can use the drive through instead of going in, which is so convenient and appreciated during COVID to reduce contact.

Good food but they are short on servers (like all the restaurants). Our server was great but she was overloaded with tables. Be kind and tip your servers - theyre out there working and not sitting at home.

Great experience but one exception was the host had no smile and didnt seem happy to be there. We all have bad days I understand and maybe this was one of his days but you are representing the company.All the other staff was so very nice.

It was a very very very long wait for our food and you could tell our server was not trained properly but the food was the saving Grace out of this experience. Everything was well plated they took special care of our allergies the food actually looked fresh and appetizing. So if you go there be prepared for very long waits for servers who do not know the menus and cannot keep up with more than two tables. But at least you will get fresh made to order food

We were seated immediately which was great. Our server was ok, not as attentive as we had to always track her down for drink refills. We placed our order but it took 1 hour to get our food. They said a chef quit. But we had to keep asking for updates as the waitress didnt really jeep us informed. There were some guest that did come in after us but were served their food before us. We dont expect fine dining service at these type of places but at least some type of communication and assurance when things go wrong would have been nice. We get it, things happen and we totally understand (were pretty patient ppl). We did discuss with the manager and they gave us a discount on the food for the inconvenience.Food was good though when it finally did come out.

Mr service was good. Food was typical of ihop. The only reason they dont have 5 stars is because of where i was seated in comparison to all the places to be seated. But Im sure that that is also due to the staffing shortage.

Great service. Especially for the amount of take out orders I had. Food was hot and fresh and my family was really pleased. And it wasnt crowded at all. Staff was really friendly as well.

The food was delicious. They are providing all syrups and condiments in individual servings and there are dividers between booths. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The kids loved it and their kids meals looked like the menu pictures.

Food was good. Good service from Kelis and Bethanie at our table. We were part of a large group and sitting at multiple tables with multiple servers. My son was sitting with his teammates and did not get his food (the adults were at other tables). His server did not know what happened with his food. We did not have to pay for his meal; however, his teammates ate....and he did not. I give the staff credit for getting us seated in a relatively short amount of time.

It looked closed down because outside lights were off and shades were pulled down. Staff is helpful, food is good. Staff wear masks but seating is not spaced out. Hostess tried to seat us next to an occupied booth even though there were only four other parties in the whole place. She gave us another booth away from others when I asked.

Very disappointed. Chicken was super hard and burnt. I dont know how the staff was comfortable with serving that to anybody. They must not care too much.

This location is still rocking even after covid came knocking. Employees have mandatory temperature testing, mask, disinfectant sanitizer, and are not allowed to work with any symptoms. Paperless menus are available if you have a QR reader on a smartphone. Safety is #1!

Customer service needs to get better, our waitress forgot about us multiple times her excuse was Uber orders. We order a side of onion rings for entrance it came with our food and it was ordered 15 to 20 minutes before. I dont wanna hear sorry sorry and sorry. And the pace was empty its no like there was a huge crowd. Train people please. Thanks

I love this IHOP. Great food and serve. Today they are having some sort of event where Santa is here for photos. I have never had anything off the holiday menu, but today I did.

This location is consistently great in service, pleasant in spirit and good hot food for the weary travelers.

This was our second visit at this IHOP and it had the slowest service ever. Very simple order and 30 mins wait. I asked before coming in and they said no wait. They have 50 servers but like 2 cooks. The seat you and the wait begins. Never going back again
