IHOP in Reno

This place tell me my service dog is not welcome i place plenty order bifore this lady came pritty bad a titude tell me i am mot welcome is service animal welcome is not real dog ar not welcome especialy my is a service dog

There was a hair on our hash brown. Service was good but I think other IHOP locations are way better when It comes to food and service.

We were staying at the Peppermill but went here instead of the inhouse places - very glad we did. Great food and great service. Highly recommend.

I had a great breakfast with a friend and am looking forward to trying dinner there tonight.

A huge fan esp of the great deals they always have running, syrup so good I wanted to buy it from them, and very polite staff just to put the cherry on top.

The server was so kind and had awere food great quality so happy with the service

The waitress was excellent she was stuck there by herself, but tried to keep up with everything. The crepes which we specifically went there to get was undercooked. Everything else was great.

Staff was very helpful food was good even though it was busy they still payed attention to each person

Food is good, vut staff is rude. Asked to be sit in the back and they said it was closed. So I when to an other store.

I love this place. I had gluten free high protein pancakes and they were divine.

They are shaking this place up! New staff and the food was pretty good. Brandon was a good waiter, very attentive. I like how this place is compared to how it used to be with the slow service . Of course thanks to the reviews its usually almost empty whenever I go but that should change since they are making changes.Personally, I like being seated right away when the kitchen isnt busy. But if they dont start getting some business I dont see them being open much longer. Wouldnt that be a shame.

Dawn was our waitress, she got everything done right!! She is from a vets family and was awesome with my wife who cant have gluten. She was timely and organized and did everything with care in getting ourselves and other customers seated at a clean table in a timely manner! The food was also done right and tasted like the staff care about their jobs!!!! Thank you! We will be back for certain! Thank you!!

Bad service, no one took our order after like 20 minutes that we were seat, not even our drinks. After that, they bring our food and it was cold, like 100% cold, we only asked for pancakes and they were cold.

My only complaint here is with the parking. Great little place and staff.

IHOP used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered a steak omelet that was mostly potatoes and eggs. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was very rude. I will not be going back. It soured my mothers day morning.

Out of the 4 restaurants visited during the stay, this restaurant had the fastest service. Customer service skills were excellent. The casino restaurants were very slow. Breakfast was very tasty after eating the casino food.

Went in on a weekend with a bunch of family and was taken care of by a very Courteous and attentive staff. I would highly recommend eating there.

Supposed to close at 10pm I got there at 9:35pm and the door were closed already. I usually don’t leave reviews but dang I wasn’t happy about it.

I have been wanting IHop since I spent 3 weeks in the hospital. It was wonderful. I had a spinach omelette with mushrooms.

Service was excellent and friendly. Their Big Steak Omlet had changed to a ground steak, when I commented about it they gave me a side of steak. Excellent!

Admit they were busy but as other people were seated they at least were given their drinks and orders were taken it was as if we weren’t there so we left went to McCarran and it was much different

ok i never review so here it goes my wife and i went in yesterday at 5 to see a girl 18 by the name of Emily do an amazing job. Now the food itself a little on the 3 star side it happens. As for the location which i live next to. there was alot of homeless around. tryong to get in. As for the girl who tried to skip out on her bill Emily did everything in her power to try to stop her.

The only folks who acknowledged an 83 year old man was the cook. The servers were rude cause he had a walker... Guess what walkers fold up.... Will not be coming here again

Well we parked and checked in but it was a hassle just to park in the compact and shared business lot. It was also a almost 2 hr wait so we went to the mall food court instead. Probably wont try again so im not sure on service and food quality.

I went to the IHOP on s. Virginia by WinCo, and it was a Saturday at around 11:30 am, they were so busy, but the service was out standing, they were hussling around that restaurant, I had a to go order, it was perfect, You go IHOP, I give you 20 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟⭐

NEVER AGAIN! I went there last week, and it was absolute worse. Their manager, Dawn was no help. I had a complaint and she just really didn’t care. She just said she can only give me what they had in the restaurant and I asked for a refund, she kept nagging and just wanted to give me whatever they had.

Ordered 2 breakfast samplers. Maybe 4 bites of hashbrowns (syrup container for scaleand no cheese on my friends eggs that we paid extra for. Her bacon was barely cooked. Sure looks better in the restaurant compared to the delivery. Also on your menu you should add a place for extra condiments such as syrup & ketchup.

After a full afternoon shopping nearby, always a good place to stop when time is short and everyone hungry. Owners have done good job updating the tired and worn look. Menus were laminated so staff could clean between customers. Pancakes tender but no flavored syrups :-( on table. After dark, it would help to have more light to see building and turn-in from Virginia Ave. Staff have a smile, are friendly and accommodating

The service was amazing here. There was a wrong order and they solved the problem rather quickly and exceptionally. The food was cold when it arrived at the table though and that’s a bit of a disappointment. Everything else was good especially the hot chocolate with amazing whip cream. Pancakes aren’t too bad and they’re okay. The bacon is definitely salty and crunchy if you like that that. Overall not bad of an experience.

This location and ihop in general have always been my favorite. Not after this last trip. We were there at 7:08 (they open at 7). One cook, one waitress. Waitress tells us shell be with us in a minute. She then proceeds to do morning prep work for 5 mins while we stand at the door. What???? Do they not get there early to do all that? Why not sit us first and then do your work? Anyway, not a big deal just odd. She seats us and we order drinks. Looked over the menu for a few. Couldnt decide because everything sounded so good. Decide on a bacon temptation omelet BECAUSE of the white sauce in the description! Food comes fairly quick but I notice, no white sauce. So I ask her. She tells me "we dont have any" uhhhhhhhhh. Why didnt you freaking lead with that when I ordered?! That was literally my deciding factor!!!!! Pure disappointment. Go to leave and pay after our meal, she again makes us wait for her to do work (that should have been done before opening). I realize its not HER fault they are under staffed but this trip was nothing but disappointing. It sounds petty but had she told me about the lack of sauce when I ordered, all would have been forgiven. She straight up just didnt care enough to do her full job. :(

This was THE WORST breakfast I have ever tried to eat!!! Terrible, we had a40-minute wait, and when I got my breakfast, the pancakes ,x,were so "COLD" they would not even melt the butter on top of them! The piece of ham that I got was "ONE BITE!!!! I was never so disgusted by everything and all in one place, in my life!!! I will NOT EVER visit I-HOP AGAIN, not ever!!!

Very long wait. Food was average, OJ was room temp. Got the wrong order. Staff was very nice. The waitress was great. Wont be going there on a Sunday morning anymore.

If there were negative stars they would definitely get them........3 people working....only 3 tables. Less than 6 people in whole restaurant.......the cook tells the waitress that he wont serve us....she has to break the news......cant even give us a guesstimate of serve time.....never coming here again.

This had to the worst unorganized staff I have ever experienced. After waiting 45 min when there were only 3 tables occupied is pathetic. I watched over 40 customers leave because of the wait time. I can just imagine how much profit they lose every day? I have been to many IHOP’s in my life but this beats them all for service. To be a good professional business the management should either replace the wait staff or make them go to classes on how to be more proficient. I noticed that every table that left had not left a tip on the table and then they wonder why? So if your hungry and have no patience then don’t go to the one at 1800 Virginia St.

My girlfriend and I went to breakfast here this morning. Food was good, and even though they were short staffed and only had 1 waitress she did a really good job. Some customers were inpatient and rude to her, like they were getting upset to "wait" 5 minutes like god forbid... but she was doing the best she can with what she had🤷🏻‍♂️. I forgot the waitresss name but she was very professional to us and the customers and had a very enthusiastic vibe!! 👍🏼

The jalapeno kick burger is amazing. I think ihob was a good substitute for the name when they were promoting their burger. Definitely a must try burger if you like a little kick to your burger.

This IHOP location is a great place to go to for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or really any meal you want. The service is fast enough taking into account the amount of people inside the restaurant. At certain peak times such as 12-1 PM, there is a bit of a wait so watch out for that.

Good food. Friendly service. Dont be in a hurry when you come here

Fast service, food is good for the price, and family deal pickups are a must when in a rush. Overall amazing although the front desk staff can exaggerate the estimated time if you show up a few minutes before your pickup order is ready. (Food was ready perfectly on time!)

Came here on a Friday morning around 9am. The place was empty, yet our waitress was super slow and had us wait about 5 minutes to get us seated and another 30 minutes to get our food. I understand that there were only two waitresses, but other people arrived after us and got their food faster than us. The food was cold and tasteless. Probably will never come back here.

Good food. Service was a little slow because only one server was on duty.

It was good guess its not all can eat pancakes though .....order eggs any way you wand it be over heated over easy on eggs oh sweet tea is safran too oh well server was very nice any way .

A bit crowded but still good i got the strawberry & banana pancakes. They were ok but the bananas cooked in just made them warm and mushy so kinda had to pick them out

A very good place for breakfast. Their hot chocolates and pancakes taste too good. The interesting part about this place is that you can refill your hot chocolate for free. Customer service is fast and the quality of food is good. Overall very good experience. A very popular chain of breakfast and dining across the US.

First of all, they sat my 6ft. 220lb. Husband, my 2 pre-teen children & myself at a 2-person booth. Never have we been so cramped at a restraunt. I came for the dark chocolate Belgium mousse pancakes & my kids, for the Grinchy pancakes & hot chocolate with green whipped cream. They had no green whipped cream & pancakes looked a bit brown. The Belgium mousse & chocolate chip pancakes came with what looked like chocolate syrup, poured in a small pile in the middle of one part & a small outline of a circle of chocolate syrup on the other part of the cakes, with what appeared to be chocolate syrup messily poured around the edges. When I asked the waiter to please bring me back the pancakes in the picture - the one with the mousse, he said the picture is for show & that what hed brought me in the first place was all I would get from them. So we walked out & went to another local iHop on North McCarran toward Robb Drive, where we received exactly what we had been wanting. I am sharing 3 photos, consisting of our meals at this iHop, versus the iHop we ended up at. The thumbs down in the photos are of the food from THIS iHop, the thumbs up being from the N. McCarran iHop.

The place is small, no elbow room. The employees arent friendly but the food is good. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich.
