IHOP in Bremerton

This was a by-chance 2nd try for the Silverdale IHOP. Dont think they will get another chance. 1 waitress, 1 hostess. Thats it. There were 6-8 tables, for one waitress. Thats horrible!! The hostess, wanted to do anything but her job. Also, watched her put the dirty dishes bucket on a table not being used. Took her about 25 minutes to clear a table and another 20 before she came back and washed it off. Nothing she did, helped the ONLY waitress. The food was decent. That was the only good thing.

Probably the worst IHOP experience I have ever had. Omlet was worst I have experienced at an IHOP ever. Hash browns were barely warm.

great staff greeted as promptly very friendly order was taken food was great cant speak about how great a service it was. well definitely come back

The food is okay, but absolutely the worst when getting take out. Theyve messed up the meal on more than two occasions, and the front desk people dont seem to care.

Food is good, service is not entirely honest. They brought my wife the wrong side and told her thats what was on the menu. We had to ask for the correct side, no big deal. Eventually, I get the bill and got double charged for kids drinks, telling me there is no free refills, which the menu absolutely said there was. I asked for the menu and our waitress left and stood by the computer only to come back a minute later telling us its a "typo" on the menu and that shed do us a favor and remove the charges. I also verified she was incorrect about the sides and it was, in fact, their mistake. These would have been non events if she would have simply said it was a mistake, rather than lie about it both times and tell us were wrong. If you sit down and get Patty as your server, double check your charges.

Waitress was rude we asked for a specific table and she yelled that it was dirty and if we wanted a dirty table then it was ok.... all we wanted was for her to do her her job and clean it and we would have waited.. thank you red Robins for exceed our expectations...

Chicken fried steak was good, but hash browns were burnt and that put a real damper on my wifes breakfast burrito.

A soon as we got in the waiter was down right rude and even threw the menus at the table when seating us.

Hit up the place to try the minion menu and we were not disappointed. We tried the banana pudding pancakes and banana milkshake. Both had banana slices on it! Ordered gru’s evil steak burger and the spice had a kick to it. Interesting with the Mac and cheese in it. The cinna-minions were good.

Excellent service. Food very good. Waitress awesome. We had 21 people in our party and she handled us well and kept her humor up.

After 2 hours of jumping at the jump park the kids were hungry. Steven was amazing with them. Helping entertain them all while maintaining excellent service to others!!

Meh. Slow service, small portions. Definitely not one of the good IHOPs. I wont return.

Food was ok... service was good, but food quality has gone down.

This IHOP is amazing. We decided to go here and they have awesome people and food, we have been here once before a few months back and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

I always look forward to going to IHOP for breakfast, the staff can be rude sometimes which is why only 4 stars but if you havent tried the Tres Leches Pancakes, do it, SO GOOD

In the land of hungry children, there once was a kingdom of Brinner.Mountains of mashed potatoes with streams of maple syrup and melted butter open into fields of flapjacks filled with chicken tender logs.This. This is where parents go to find temporary sanity. The absolute most amazing part of this, is kids eat free 🥺

Slow service ok food.Walking out there was an open sewer line in the parking lot that just made us want to vomit

Great service. The pancakes are always good. I love the breakfast sampler or the amazing omelettes. Lots of gluten free options(including pancakes and waffles). My sons love the bacon burger and the French dip. My daughter enjoyed the French toast. Very friendly and helpful employees. We really enjoyed our meal. Awesome job!

Tried the omelets for the first time. Excellent choice. Their pancakes are excellent too.

I ordered a breakfast sampler for to go and it didn’t have syrup, butter for my pancakes and utencils.

attended Saturday May 14 . The servers were very nice . I ordered over easy eggs that were way to runny they took them back brought me others then I found a black hair on my plate. My over all experience was awful. The food quality was a 0. Would never recommend this restaurant.Asked me to side my eggs off my plate habrowns were cooked on the outside saugu on the inside. They did return my money but I was so disappointed in the quality.. terrible

If I could I would give them "0" stars!I will not waist your time with the list but I have never had a pancake that was so cold it wouldnt even melt butter. The worst part is they dont care. This place makes me appreciate a 1 star restaurant for at least putting in the effort.

Arrived to find a waiting time of 5 -10 mins. Then sat there for 20 before we got up and left....very obvious under staffed for the day....tables are dirty and not cleaned off.....

Staff can’t do their jobs at all and then blame customers for everything. With service like that it’s amazing this place is still in business.

Staff was wonderful! Took care of my needs. Only bad thing was the ranch tasted sour.. was told "it has a lot of vinegar

My kiddo and I used to like this place a lot more. Recent visits have been less than enjoyable.Most recent visit wait staff was awesome and place was clean. The problem being our food was cold and was delivered after another table who came in just behind us, but ordered at the same time. We got our food long enough after they did, that they were finishing up and leaving.On top of everything my meal was to come with 2 pancakes. Sampler plate. Everything was delivered to our table by the manager and he told me he would be right back with the pancakes. They never came. Flagging someone down was difficult because of how busy they were. When I managed to get the managers attention, we were finished eating and I asked for the check. I asked that the check be adjusted due to the fact I only received 2/3 of my meal (no pancakes). He said no problem, then returned and said he took off 2 dollars. TWO DOLLARS! Are you kidding me? Why not take off the amount you charge for 2 pancakes?We were irritated and just left after telling the waitress thank you (she was nice).We will be finding somewhere else to eat if thats how management chooses to run this place. He never apologized about situation either.

we went here on 4/9/22 at 7:30pm guy said he would be right back to seat us and never returned. Went across the street and had great service and food.

Really bad service. The worst ihop I’ve been to. Found 2 bugs in my omelet and upon alerting the waitress was told it wasn’t a big deal and the meal would be replaced. No thanks!!

The service was terrible. I ordered the colodro amulet and pancakes. I got the amulet but she forgot about my pancakes. I had to remind the waitress about the pancakes. By the time they came I was almost finished. Then I waited on my check. I had to go to the front in order to get someone to call my waitress. I was not impressed.

There was only 1 server and 1 cook working so it took a little longer. Our server let us know upfront. He did an excellent job! The food was good!

I need that restaurant Manager contact with me immediately about the unacceptable, ridiculous experience i had with the lady yesterday. I ordered through uber eat around 8:15pm . On the website it says your restaurant is open until 9pm. I got there the to pick up my order at 8:45pm but they already closed the restaurant and lock the door. I knocked the door and told lady i m here the pick up my order from uber eat and she said they closed the grill 45 minutes ago. Why did u close ur grill at 8pm if u are open until 9pm. Also she laughing which was really annoying also when i get upset she raised her voice to me. When i told her cancel my order then i can get my refund from uber eats she said she dont know how to use her machine and she told me to come inside and try to cancel my order on the restaurant order screen!!!! Really!!?? . That was completely ridiculous and unacceptable

Great service today! We had a large party on a Sunday for breakfast. With holiday, covid shortages and being really busy, Rick and his team did a great job for us! We appreciate all your hard work. MERRY CHRISTMAS:)

I brought my adult daughter here for lunch and had a great experience. I had the senior sampler and everything was absolutely perfect from the egg to the coffee and everything in between. My daughter had a breakfast burrito that was huge. Our server and very attentive and I found the restaurant to be immaculate. Thumbs up to the management and staff at this restaurant. I highly recommend.

Place is OK with friendly staff, not too busy with a mixture of people, good food, nice portions and a fresh ambience. The menu has a generous selection and the coffee was nice. Only downsides are that it takes forever to pay and they declined my first payment. When I called the credit card company about it I was told that they entered the expiry date wrong; how hard was it to read, were your fingers too fat? I wouldve thought that theyd used the contact-less method or swiped it; very low tech business + I felt uncomfortable with them taking my card away for a while. Its embarrassing when other people look at you and think I have no money to pay.

IHOP is always amazing. The service is top notch and the food was great. Our server kept the drinks coming while we waited for our food (which wasnt very longand was extremely polite. Bathrooms were clean and barriers and hand sanitizer were everywhere.

This location continues to disappoint me. At this visit the waitress was rather unpleasant and seemed to be "bothered" anytime we asked for a refill on our coffee craft, or for condiments. The portion sizes have decreased while the prices have increased. The breakfast Platter that I had was luke warm. The sausages were just above room temp. The pancakes were so cold that the butter didnt even melt. And were seriously small and we werent given any syrup choices. We didnt dare to ask for much or even speak up about our food/service for fear of retaliation. I think for the same price and better service and portions one should drive the 1500 yards and go to Sharis which basically shares the same parking lot, because then you can at least have a piece of pie adterwards.

I have to say one of the nicest IHOP, Ive been in. The service was actually great. I didnt feel pressured to just hurry up and eat, like most places. We all know it. The uncomfortable chairs ,speedy waiters pressuring you. I gave them a 5 star and will stand behind it. Great place to bring the family for sure.

Our server was very helpful and accommodating. We had a large party and she was the only person working the front of the house at the time. Amazing job! 👏 The wait was over 30 minutes but she let us sit down at tables with menus. We liked that! 👍

Recently I visited friends in Portland Oregon, where they invited me to a mom and pop breakfast amongst other events. Needless to say the breakfast spot did not disappoint. Today I woke up with the urge to have a similar experience, so I went to IHOP in Silverdale WA area. It’s been 3 years since I have been to an IHOP, but today did not meet my nostalgic experience from before.They gave me a paper menu, which the copy they gave was fading out. The server told me I can use the QR code if I wanted but in reality I just wanted the old big menu with pictures in my hand. I ordered French Toast with coffee. I sat for maybe 7 minutes, and the server came back with the French Toasts. The taste felt as if they were microwaved. Did not have the home cook taste. I decide to stay there for a few minutes, enjoying my coffee(since I paid for itand I realize that IHOP no longer has the home cook style anymore but a streamlined tasted. I felt as if I was just another number, like when you order a drink at Starbucks and they Baristas say “next customer.”For those interested in breakfast/brunch spot or what you are in the mood for, IHOP does not have the same taste.

In order to a write a review I have to give at least 1 star. I wish I could give it -5 stars. I love IHOP the food isnt bad for the price I always love IHOP. Im giving this a 1 star because of the waitress named Amanda (around 40, brown hair and skinny). She gave the worst service I ever had in my life. She make comments to my wife "You have glasses you can read the menu". The menu had very small print because they put it on paper. I asked if they had dr pepper. Her reply was " we never had Dr pepper". I was expecting her to tell me what they do have but she didnt. She said "You want a coke? We will go with coke then." After that I told my wife "lets go". But she wanted to pay for the drinks. I said "Dont pay for anything lets go". I left and she stayed to pay for drinks. While I was waiting for her the rude waitress snarkly said "leaving?" She didnt make a scene. Hopefully Amanda gets fired and never works in the food industry again. I was in the food industry before and that service would not happen in my facility. She would be gone on the spot.

Its IHOP. Cant go wrong. Our server was awesome. Not very busy for a Saturday morning/lunch hour. Clean, clean, clean. Thank you.

Loved our experience there! Its been a while since weve had a good server going out but at IHOP Steven was our server and he was absolutely amazing. Loved his energy and was caring/ attentive. Would 100% go back just to be seated in his section.

Capacity seemed high. Server was nice and friendly, but it seemed rehearsed vs genuine. Booth had food on the seats still. Food was good for the most part. Forgot cheese on the eggs and didnt refill kids drink. Not the end of the world, just not 5 stars.

My husband and I came for Mother’s Day (we are expecting soon and was craving some pancakes.We waited around 5 minutes for our table, our food was excellent- we ordered a decent amount of it, it took no time at all to receive it. The service was amazing as well. I don’t remember our servers name but she was wonderful. Overall a great experience and the best one I’ve had at any IHOP I’ve ever been to.

Lots of requisites healthy foods to eat thou pricy but yummy..Great meeting place with friends. Nice & respectful staffs they have, thou they need more staff I guess?

We came in on Sunday to have lunch for Mother’s Day. We didn’t have to wait. We were seated right away. Our Hostess made sure the table she picked for us was wiped down clean before she had us seated. Shortly after our nice waitress came and took our order for drinks. We were notified when one of the meal was going to take longer than five minutes and was offered an option. I also loved that she checked up on us while eating to see if we needed anything else and refilled our coffee! Over all a great dining experience. The food was perfect and so delicious! Will come back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always love eating here. Friendly people and good food! Love their pancakes and their bugers. You definitely have to try their burgers as well.

Sunday afternoon I took two friends from church and went out for lunch the IHOP.The staff was extremely friendly food was delivered exceptionally well and quickly of good quality we were not rushed to leave our tables the waitress was very diligent to taken care of our needs we never had a need for anything for she took care of it I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I thought my omelette was pretty big. It tasted pretty good. I had the spinach and mushrooms omelette, it had a little too much hollandaise sauce on it but overall pretty good. Service was good.

Had a very good time here, our server ( nickwas excellent and made sure we were good. The food was amazing i had chicken Florentine crepes and it was delicious!
