IHOP in Las Cruces

Waited too long to be seated. Prices skyrocketed. Iced tea very watered down, I did not get a refill. This place has gone downhill. BLT was not made with "love"..😒 atmosphere.ugh

Its the best late night spot to eat, mos def! Its always clean, the food is top notch & the staff are always awesome!!

It was packed when we went, staff was not attentive to the front door tables were dirty. But food was still tasty

I like IHop. I would have rated it 5 stars but......the prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller.....still..... I had great service,the food was delicious. I guess portion size is a sign of the times.

Pretty good service. All of the order was right except where I asked for eggs over-easy. Might have been a communication error but I think it was because the waitress wasnt using a notepad. Noone was rude or seemed unhappy. Overall we were satisfied.

Nothing like the waiter spilling hot coffee on your leg and not caring. Also didn’t listen to orders, items were missing from our food and seemed annoyed we were there. Only asked if we wanted refills as we were leaving, never filled the coffee pot but probably a good thing since it was never emptied from old coffee. Truly disgusting don’t come here.

Food was okay. My waitor had horrible customer service skills and lacked enthusiasm. I get he was a bit busy but no need to be rude and rush customers.

Good food just to expensive and some of the waitress are not so friendly and helpful

Second time we have walked out of an I-HOP. Two other small tables that came in later than we did were served their meals. We will never go to an IHop again.

It was delicious and the variety was amazing. The restaurant was clean, the food came timely, the waiter was awesome. They were very attentive. 10 stars 2thumbs way up

We order to-go from this location often and our order is wrong 7 times out of 10. Either ingredients are missing or entire parts of the meal are missing. The food is as good as expected, but it seems like no one is checking the orders to make sure they are correct before sending them out.

My kids favorite place to have breakfast! We always have eggs, sausage and their tasty french toast which we love!

Clean quality you will expect from a IHOP.The food was good. It was not crowded.

Fabulo! Great first date. Food was on point. Everything was so good except for the mini cups of syrup broke my pancake syrup drenching heart. I get it. Trying to save by cutting costs. Ill let it slide.

A fun experience and the food was tasty. Our waiter was surprisingly entertaining and even called a friend over to do a magic show for us on our way out.

Whoever the waiter was on April 14th during the nightshift that waited a large table with a a bunch of scraggly boys, and our family.. you are literally GOD.You do not have to go to the grand canyon to see a wonder of the world- for one of them was waiting our tables that night.

Takes forever to get food. Then you get it & its not good. Plus you see only one waitress but even if theres not many people theres no excuse for over cooked food or the wrong food comes but it takes forever to get to us so weve been disappointed many times. Hope they get a new cook! & more waiters!

Ordered just a bit no sides and a cup of coffee to go. I was taken care of very well and my server was just great. He would come and check on me. Thank you

Our waitress was great!!! Very friendly and attentive to our needs.They only have buttermilk pancakes, even the omelette have buttermilk in them. So if you allergic to buttermilk youre out of luck.There they stopped serving boys and Berry syrup, my favorite, big bummer.

My son and I ate really good for a good price. My son had a sirloin steak hash browns and an eggI had an omelet hash browns pancakes toast and coffee and the waitress kept checking on us. The food and price were good and reasonable. We will go back

The all you can eat pancakes with blueberry syrup was good. And the sampler appetizer was left a little to be desired. All in all the service was good.

This restaurant has delicious food and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was not crowded when we went. The service was quick and efficient. We got our food right away. The prices are very reasonable.

First of all I like the cleanliness of the restaurant. Secondly, the wait staff are friendly, courteous and informed about the dishes the restaurant serves so that if someone has a question about the food they can answer correctly. The noise level is pleasant so groups can visit easily.They have a full menu with good variety to choose from; breakfast, lunch and dinner items are on the menu. They have specialty items to keep the menu fresh once in awhile which I think is a bonus.Overall, IHOP is a good bet for having an enjoyable meal.

Waitress was nice and timely and the food was cooked well! What more can I say, I usually have pretty great service at this IHOP location.

We had Estevan as our server and he was so great even though it was so late! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Food was also really good!!! Thank you Estevan for your hard work and service!

Came here for Christmas. The place was packed, yet we received fast, friendly service.. Breakfast came out quick.Server was attentive to our needs. Coffee was perfectly brewed. They also have flavored creamers for your coffee.

Great service til the end but tbey were very nice with only 2 people working the floor, so really it was fine. Food was good too.

Had dinner at 3pm yesturday. Parking lot was empty thought they were closed. Hubby was craving pancakes and i ordered a burger. The only complaint was my burger was really flat like a smash burger, different from what was depicted on menu. Overall ihop is my go to breakfast spot. Affordable, convenient location and delicious. Located off I10 exit.

The staff was nice, however they were short on staff only one cook ,so took about an hour for us to get our meal. Rhe manager did come over and apologize as well as explain.

Short staffed location. Party of 15+ waited (without exaggeration1hr and 30 min to recieve food.I know its difficult when your short staffed but, as a manager, give the customers the courtesy of letting them know they might be a longer than usual waiting time for food.

Fast and friendly service and the Place was clean. Only 4 stars because the avocado that was served was very brown and not suitable to serve which leaves me wondering about quality control. I didnt make an issue of it considering maybe fresh supply might be an issue. Overall good experience and friendly server.

If it wasn’t for the manager on duty, this would have been a 1 star review! This is our usual spot and it’s normally really great with great service and food. Today was not the case. Our bacon came out burned and then raw. They scraped off what I didn’t order and placed the new food on top of the unwanted remnants, my son’s food that was ordered when we first sat down wasn’t even put it and then came out after everyone else’s food and “extra charge” items had to be asked for 4 times before they made it to the table. The icing on the cake would have to be the, I guess, new policy for military discount. I would only be upset with the cook, but the server (Stetsonseen my over cooked then undercooked food and still brought it to the table as if everything was okay… I’m so disappointed and really hope they get things back in order.

Place looked very understaffed (make sense considering current issues). Server didnt fully understand or remember parts of our order. She was nice and tried her best but I think she was new. I dont blame her, just hope she takes her time to make sure she gets things correct. Experience wasnt good, comparing it to the before times, but wasnt too bad. If you go during Covid times, dont expect everything to be like before. Be nice to the staff, especially the ones that are trying. Hopefully things get better soon.

Stopped for something more than fast food. Service was really friendly and the food was cooked fresh. Everything tasted great. Coffee was hot and fresh. Server kept me topped off without disturbing me. Food came pretty quick and I did not have to ask for syrup, which I have had to do at other restaurants. Tables and floors were clean. Will definitely stop in again next time I am in the area.

We just went here and the service was great. They made a few mistakes with our order but the waiter fixed it quickly and was very attentive. He made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Great food and great service are what you except, and is what you have always gotten... However, the food has gone downhill. I got cold mushrooms with my surloin tip order, my wife got half raw waffles with her chicken and waffles, the side of hash browns was burnt and my son got chocolate chip pancakes instead of his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff we were still given a bill of $45.76 with no adjustment. I didnt ask for another plate of anything, just to make them aware, but some reduction of my bill should have been done without asking, the manager stopped by once he was aware and still nothing was adjusted. This is absolutely disappointing.

When you go to an IHOP you expect a certain kind of atmosphere and quality of food and excellent service. Well thats exactly what we got here. The food was delicious as to be expected and the service was outstanding. They were pretty busy that morning but that didnt matter because we got our food in a very timely manner and it was prepared correctly and nice and hot. Great job.

I love ihop in general but there was a 5 dollar surcharge when we replaced the beef to chicken in our bowls and omlette which seemed super expensive just for this one change.The staff is good and food was nice but not a fan of this surcharge for no reason. Doesnt make sense!

We try to order online and it wouldnt let us so we called to try to place our order on the phone nope dont try that it didnt work really rude people kind of ruined our whole breakfast dinner appetite but we still got it ordered it wouldnt take her promo code so we ended up paying $15 more then if they took her promo code thanks IHOP bunch of Thieves like the government

Loved the french fries, mozzarella sticks, mashed potato.

Love this Ihop... better than the other one... staff is usually better at taking care of our needs and are quick to bring out food and others necessities... usually dont have to ask more than once

Great service, great place and great prices. Really enjoyed this visit. I ordered from the senior menu and my caughter from.the breakfast menu. Loved it!!!!!

Wonderful breakfast experience!! Those double blueberry Pancakes are to die for! Wow! Mmmmmm Good!
