Great place for window shopping, lots of places to find food and drinks. Pretty spacious so its not too crowded to walk . Overall it was a pretty great experience coming here.

Variety and size: It was a pretty interesting, complete mall with GSC cinema. Yusobi had 60% sale so I bought a whole load of japanese beauty products at a super excellent price. B1 food court looked interesting, level 3 food is a bit more pricey. Clean and beautiful mall. There is a theme park opposite the road too.Parking: RM3 for the whole 2.5 hours I was there. Busier on the weekends..

Bad customer service here. Please fix it your staff attitude. Too bad. Overall mall just okay. Attitude and how to approach customer please make it improvement. It doesnt matter which position is high but no manners still looks low.

My main visit to this mall mostly is because of grocery shopping and on the side maybe breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner depending on the timing.First stop Village Grocer then followed by a restaurant.... choice is abundant. Definitely something available for you.Great place .

A good place to spend time with family. Got restaurants and a food court. Can do grocery shopping as well as purchasing household equipment. A walking distance to I-City Shah Alam.

The place is happening and crowded mostly on lower ground floor (food and drinks section).

Huge but lots of empty shop lots and many shutting down or moving away. Today’s crowd (Sunday noon nowis also less. You will see the regular brands here

Huge place. Good place to go samsung "authorize service center" which having technician which can fix your mobile phone here for warranty purposes. Easy to get car parking also a lot of restaurant / place has food stall / food truck nearby.

Well designed mall with each level caters for different needs, such as sports, food, health, skincare & entertainment. Food galore. Lots of parking space. Easy access to Federal Highway.

Great mall with a lot of place to seat n eat. Also got fountain inside. Great environment. Got a lot of food n fast food available inside, toilet n surau also available. Got luxe tgv with imax n onyx hall. Love this place.

Worst mall I’ve ever visit. Almost every floor male toilet no hand soap provided. Air conditioning was very slow and feel hot especially at weekday.👎🏼

Surau or prayer room level 4 really need to be cleaned especially floor mat and wuduk area, floor are slippery very dangerous for elders. Telekung also too smelly never washed. Hopefully management take serious matter on this.

Yes its was large with ample parking space. Many shops from here to there. Put on good walking shoe if planning want to explore the whole thing. Public benchs in short supply. Bring your own.

The new neighborhood mall with both budget and premium range retailers. Anchored by SoGo and Village grocer. This Thai derived companys known Central series of malls. Ample parking spaces and clean bathrooms. Modern interior with plenty of food selections on top and bottom floor. Being a large mall that took over the nearby Aeon, there are still vacant spaces for retailers. Tech, phone, gaming, baby stores are available too apart from TGV cinemas.

Friendly receptionist, easy access, loose traffic, not over crowded, tons of choices to choose from. F&B at LG floor near entrance. In short for me, its a pyramid in a loose layout.

Very nice place. They have electric motors for wheelchair users. Its so convenient. My husband & daughter are wheelchair users. They love to spend time here because of the electric motor. They can go round the whole mall with the motor without any assistance.

Most probably the best shopping mall in Shah Alam. A very well planned mall. The car park is bright and its easy to find an empty lot as they do have those parking light indicators for each lot. The amount of food and beverage available here is amazing. You can never go hungry for sure. Too many varieties and choices for you to choose. Even a trip to the washroom will certainly impress you. To fully discover the whole shopping mall you might need half a day. Highly recommended.

A lot of attractive outlets, suitable for all levels and ages. Family outings to this place are a must. The staffs are really helpful and polite

This mall was so big from my pov. I literally used a google to find the location of any lot shop that I want to go haha. If not, I will be lost in there and tired of walking.

Love to go to this mall. The vallet parking is only RM12. My fav mall if I need to buy something from Playstation or Samsung. The mall is huge with a nice architecture. The view at night around this mall is just mesmerizing with lots of colurful lights.

This shopping mall have wow factor, lots of restaurant and branded shops. Near i-city tourist attraction places. Nice to visit it during night time.

My husband sent me to this mall before he go to work on Saturday as we plan to go to another state afterwards; to avoid back and forth on the road. When we arrived the main entrance, the guard directed us to enter from car park because the main entrance is still closed. Then, my husband drop off me at the car park entrance because he was about to late for his appointment. I follow the retails staff walk towards the side entrance, but the guard don’t let me enter the mall and asked me to stand at the car park to wait until the mall is open. Hello, do you expect your customer to stand at the hot car park for more than 1 hour?! Why the mall management don’t welcome the customer to reach the mall before the operating hour? Don’t you have any F&B that open early to sell breakfast like other malls? If unfortunately the answer is no, then you should at least prepare a waiting area with chairs for your customer who arrived before the operating hour but not with this kind of service -.-“

Big shopping mall. Spacious and not packed with people even though on peak hours. Variety of shops and restaurants. Clean toilets.

Central i-city provides a very comfortable and satisfaction shopping experience. Renowned and branded shops are available here. Parking is plenty, you can either park at shopping mall itself or park at the opposite i-soho. A great shopping mall away from hustle and bustle of the KL City.

Great recreational place to visit. Lots of variety to eat and do shopping here. A must place to visit in Sha Alam.

Heaven for food hunters and food tasters! This mall offers variety of restaurants, cafes, stalls and eateries hence you will be spoilt with endless choices. Definitely gives lots of food content for those who need content for their Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Despite we were quite puzzled that the parking was closed (closed parking lots with tapes and conesand we were instructed to park at B3, however it was easy to leave B3 as one of the exits from B3 leads you directly to main road which is really near to Federal Highway.

One thing about Central I-City I personally like is they have loads of picture spots, in between ahop lots, also seating / waiting area. You can find few every floor.Also, kids’ toilet. Good for educational purposes!

nice place to hang out, shopping, dine in and bring kids to kidszoona. the mall is spacious with many choices of shop for all you need and wants. bought the kids at kidszoona and they love it. sogo also always make hard to resist sale. like to buy my kids dress there. quality and affordable.

Big and well maintain establishment. Safety precaution on all area and shop. Easy access via i-City ramp or Klang-Shah Alam route. Spacious parking bay and suitable for single, couple, family or handicap driver to access the mall. Nice and organize shop with most of them are high end brand. Every floor have got some unique art display for the shopper to enjoy. Well done to all the staff and management. Keep it up the good work!

I city serves the klang and shah alam folks. On the klang expressway from kl, it looks so tranquil and difficult to access. We went to Pandamaran for seafood lunch and find our way there with much difficulty. However once we stepped inside it is so alive with shoppers to our surprise. It is well managed mall with a vibrant ambience, breezy ventilation and good lighting. Being a Sunday the parking spaces were limited as we have to drive around twice before finding one. Anyway there many food outlets and shops selling a vast range of goods. There is even a man made warefall. A nice place to spend time inside the air cond mall especially with the current hot spell which drains us physically and mentally.

With the exception that there are several empty shop lots in Central, the shopping mall as a whole was quite enjoyable to visit and very comfortable. Wonderful ambience. Parking is alright and available, though on certain days, like the weekends, there will be heavy entry and exit traffic. Central is a welcome change to the very conservative residential areas of Shah Alam - at most the city of Selangor is often boring. So Central is a great place to hang out with the family and friends.

Soft launch at the moment, still many lots vacant , looks promising since shah alam area lack such megamall , major brands for food are here, plus cinema, shah alam residents need not travel far away to pj and kl

New mall.Great layout design.Kind of cozy.Not much tenant yet.This place seems promising.So far FnB outlets are OK.They have fast food chains, starbucks, sf coffee all.The anchor store is OK too: Sogo and Village Grocer.New norm. People here easy and relax. All adhere new rules.Easy to park: ample parking.This place has potential.

A mall that close to the entertainment park and it got a very beautiful view too. Lots of thing happen here at night so dont worry and go here to enjoy this place

Its one of the newest shopping mall in the Klang Valley. Frankly speaking, its just another friendly neighborhood shopping mall.Its location is quite strategic and accessible from Klang, Shah Alam, Subang, Puchong, etc...This shopping mall is proud to have Sogo as one of its main tenant.Petronas has set up a Street Smart there which is regarding road safety for all road users.The mall has a very good tenants mix - having popular brands of F&B Outlets, Fashion & Apparels labels, Electrical & Electronic shops, etc...Do drop by if you are in the vicinity...

The mall is spacious and clean. A welcoming new addition to the area for people who work and live nearby. The exterior ambience of the mall is pleasant.Plenty of F&B and apparel variety. Good hangout spot for families and youngsters.Husbands and elderly people will appreciate the comfortable seating area.The washroom is clean too.However, shoppers have probably seen the tenants here elsewhere, in other Klang Valley malls.The mall is big, but theres only 1 ATM. Unbelievable. It was out of service during my visit too. Nearest ATM is at a nearby Maybank where you need to walk a distance and cross the roads. Inconvenient.Coming here from the city is a little inconvenient. The nearest LRT station is yet to completed.Hence, anyone who takes public transport need to stop at KTM Padang Jawa and take a cab/Grab.

Why I love this mall because theres a lot of chairs and tables for people to sit. There is flea market in lower ground every weekend. Every time its different people whos selling different items. Theres one section on the LG floor that contains stalls that sells authentic thai food that made & sells by thai people. You can find shops in the same category side by side so its convenient for consumers to weigh in options before buying. Overall it is a really friendly customer mall. You guys definitely should check it out.

Fantastic new mall in Shah Alam. Must visit. Hugh place with large restaurants and equally large retail stores. Great for spending time here during the weekends with your family. Lots to do besides shopping. Theres a cinema on the top floor and a food court at the bottom floor...retail stores selling every item youll ever need. Recommended.

First visit to this newly opened family mall located along federal highway in Shah Alam. It is huge in size, consists of Sogo department store, tgv cinema, village grocer, and mixture tenants. Also, it is connected to the I-city theme park via the "centralwalk" link bridge.Ground floor is a place for food lover, it has huge crowds of people, queuing for their favourite cafe, food kiosk and restaurant, you will never leave the mall on an empty stomach.Overall, its worth your time to pay a visit.

The mall is about 60% open now, and really I only noticed because I knew I would review it. Otherwise it is a very good shopping experience now, that will only get better. The selection of food is fantastic, and the supermarket is well stocked. There are many attractions close by with a water park and playground outside. Well worth a visit!

This newly open mall is pretty great. However i think it needs more parking space. Its near to the iCity and the waterpark.Being new i guess people wanted to check out the new mall in town. So traffic to go there is quite congested since there are only 2 ways to go there.Not all shop has open. Maybe 60% is open now. They have a lot of restaurant and great shop for shopping. They have village grocer for groceries and Sogo departmental store.

Still very new shopping centre. Just open few days ago.Not many shop available yet. But i think it will be one of the attractions for locals around this area soon.For now parking is free. Have quite good selection of food stalls and restaurants despite the condition as a new shopping mall.But don’t expect much choice for other things.And they have a cinema hall too.
