I Pita Tou Pappou in Irakleion

Αισχις, Χαλιά, Η διανομή κάκιστη , 1 μισή ώρα να φέρει δύο πίτες , το φαγητό ήταν κρύο, και κακοψημενο και λίγο σε ποσότητα για τα λεφτά που το χρεώνουν, και χρεώνουν και 1 ευρώ για τη βενζίνη του διανομέα σε κάθε παραγγελία, γιατί η βενζίνη τους έχει αξία και η δική μας βενζίνη δεν εχει

Το ντελιβερι είχε την απαίτηση να βρεθώ στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας κατόπιν τηλεφωνήματος του, ενώ μένω στον τρίτο. Η χρέωση για την υπηρεσία ντελιβερι συν 1€ καλύπτει το αυτονόητο, να φτάσει στο διαμέρισμα σ. Αν δεν έχεις χρόνο να εξυπηρετήσεις σωστά λυστο με τον υπεύθυνο σ, προσθέστε χέρια να βγαίνει η δουλειά , δεν απαιτείς από τον πελάτη να έρθει στο μηχανάκι σ. Αν δεν μπορείς να ανέβεις στον τρίτο τότε ζητά να σου δίνουν ισόγεια ή κοντινές αποστάσεις να μην ιδρώσεις. Κι εμείς δουλευουμε κ σεβόμαστε τα χρήματα που μας δίνουν. Πρώτη φορά αισθάνθηκα ότι δεν αξίζει να δώσω φιλοδώρημα. Αν εγώ έχω κινητικό πρόβλημα κ δεν μπορώ να έρθω στην είσοδο είμαι υποχρεωμένη να το εξηγήσω στο διανομέα; Που για το "Χ" λόγο δεν κάνει αυτό που κάνει ο κάθε συναδελφος του! Τραγικό! Αν μπορούσα θα ερχόμουν στο κατάστημα. Χαλάτε την εικόνα ενός συνόλου με την απροθυμία σας. Να το λάβει υπόψη η επιχείρηση στην επόμενη πρόσληψη και αξιολόγηση προσωπικού. Η ταχύτητα που θα με εξυπηρέτησει να εμπεριέχει και την ποιότητα, κυρίως στην συμπεριφορά. Απαράδεκτο συμβάν που δεν μου έχει ξανά τύχει!

Καθαρό φαγητό και πολύ νόστιμο. Οι όποιες αλλαγές έχουν γίνει σε ποσότητα και τιμή, οριακά δικαιολογούνται για τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Το προσωπικό σε ακραίο βαθμό ευγενικό και ο χώρος ανανεωμένος.Υ.Γ.: Παλαιότερα, καθήμενος εκεί, είχε συμβεί ένα ατυχές γεγονός (γιατί τόσα χρόνια μια φορά έγινεμε μια πίττα. Αμέσως ο υπεύθυνος θέλησε να το διορθώσει καθ ολοκληρίαν και με επαγγελματισμό.

So the pub is great we apent abouy 60€ for all 6 of us so about 12€ /person and we bought papu,s pitas that includes feta cheese in addition to any "Pita" on the menu for 1.4 euro.The food was amazing and the person serving was lovely, she regularly checked on us to see how we were and if we needed anything else.

Δεν συνηθίζω να κάνω κριτικές για μαγαζιά αλλά το σωστό πρέπει να λέγεται. Ίσως το πιο value for money σουβλατζίδικο αυτή τη στιγμή στο Ηράκλειο. Και μέσα στα top 3(κατά τη γνώμη μουαπό άποψη ποιότητας. Γρήγορη παράδοση και καλές τιμές.

Besides the fact that they mixed up out order and we were given something different from what we ordered, the service was quick, the employees were kind and friendly and the food even though it was not what we ordered was quite tasty and was served in reasonable portions.

Very tasty food. Thankfully (for me at leastyou can order pita without fries. They have two types of pita - Greek and Arabic, one is much thicker than other so if youre not starving and want fries in pita, better take thinner one.

Great food overall and not expensive

Large Pita for 3€ but obly bread and potatos, no lettuce, few tomatis and onions, plain sauce.

We just wanted a little snack. So we stopped by and got the chicken pita and drinks. It turned into a wonderful lunch 🤩

Very good food but incredibly late and often overlooking staff. You may arrive and have 3 tables serviced before youre even looked at, or you may want to pay up and despite the waitresses noticing you three times over, they wont come until ten or so minutes have passed. Incredible food but equally bad service in terms of punctuality. Unless waiting twenty minutes for souvlaki is your thing.

Tasty gyros. Portions are rather big. Service polite and efficient but atmosphere can be a little chaotic on busy days.

The yellow sauce, which we expected to be like curry tzaziki or something like that was pure mayonnaise, and unfortunatly very much of this.Not so good pita for an original greek restaurant.

You can find Gyros-Souvlaki and all the classics of a Greek grill restaurant also more choices such as tortilla gyros etc
