I Love Salad Cafe in Chumphon

We ate a breakfast, lunch and a dinner meal here during our stay.I would have to say the best was my chicken, Avocado and bacon baguette. It came with salad and the baguette had been lightly toasted.They have a good selection on the menu and the meals are priced well.

Total lecker, alles frisch zu bereitet.Die Dame die uns bedient hat war auch total freundlich.Lohnt sich aufjedenfall mal in die Seitenstraßen rein zu schauen.

Good Healthy Food

Had the tuna crepe, and my partner had the glass noodle salad. Both were delicious. Value was not the cheapest, but it is on par with restaurants around it. Would certainly go back here. The ingredients are noticeably fresh.

I tried the mush room burger and it wasnt really tasty to be honest, it comes with a few really dry bad fries and small salad, for that price you can get something way much better on the island. Also the location its not nice at all

Really excellent salads, great choice and ingredients and enormous portions. The sandwiches are very good too. Great value too, especially considering being on an island. Will definitely come back again.

Huge delicious salad for lunch, came back for brunch, huge omlet packed with veggies. Lovely staff and a cute kitten. Great menu too! Coming back for dinner!

Instead of choosing a premade salad from the menu, they allow me (not sure about other gueststo choose what I want from the display and charged me a flat fee of 250 baht, which is like $10 cdn. Well worth it for the topping I chose, which are a big handful of leafy lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, pickled king mushrooms, salmon, beets, chia, pumpkin seeds, Mediterranean salad topping, a bunch of other pickled vegetables with vignegret sauce.

We went to eat there but we couldn’t stay! This place have a serious flies issue. So we ended up taking the food take away! The salad smash and the sandwich were okay, the pancakes were bad. For that price, you can find better. The woman was nice though.

I had the loaded cajun chicken burger. Extremely dissapointing food: flavor was very bland, chicken didnt taste like cajun, the burger was very dry. The burger certainly wasnt "loaded", barely any avocado (just 2 thin measly strips), very little cheese or sauce. There were hardly any fries, and the fries I did get were tasteless.I will avoid this place!!!

Great customer service!! Nice place to eat, offer plenty of options to vegetarians as well as meat eaters. The food is American style.

Great place if you crave something truly healthy after all the pad thai! Super friendly staff, good vibes and good salad. Its a bit pricy but stuff like good avocado is hard to get on an island like Koh Tao!

We had a vegan salad and the mushroom burger here, with two shakes and the guacamole with nachos. The salad was great and the burger tasty, but the burger could be spiced up a bit more. The nachos with guacamole were a bit disappointing, the crisps and dip were both a little plain. Everything tasted really fresh though!

I dislike writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this place gets one from me. I went here several times, as they advertise their healthy food policy, which is great, and which I strongly support. First time I ordered the avocado smash, which was ok. Next time I ordered the beetroot burger, which did not have the burger texture at all. It was more like a thick porridge floating on the bread. I should have stopped here. Last and final time - I ordered the tuna crepes- which was served with several ants crawling around in it. That was enough for me...

One huge good normal salad! Finally I satisfy my desire of vegetable. Great value salads with lots of extra tips olive oil included. And vegan burger and much more. Good price too.

Enjoyed our dinner here, I really missed a place where I can create my own salad, and they have big selection of veggies. The mushroom burger is also delicious. The vegan dishes are marked on the menu.Would have been back if I had more time on the island. Good service as well

Very nice place tasty food, you have many options for all kind of eating. Vegetarian and vegan too.

So we went to this amazing i love salad bar and we had an eye one the menu.We saw there was an amaaaaazing cheesecake and also there were truffles and they had carrot cake.So i was a little bit in doubt what i should take. I picked the aaaamazing cheesecake cause i was very curious about the aaamazing cheesecake.So when it came.. i had my regrets immediately. It looked awful and tastes even worse.. not sweet at all and you can’t call it a cheesecake..Then we told the staff that we didn’t like the cheesecake and they were just there telling the ‘cheesecake’ is aaaamazing.Definitely would not recommend.

El sitio está al lado de la playa. Nosotros comimos una hamburguesa de pollo con todo lo imaginable y una ensalada y estaban espectacular. Los platos son grandes y las chicas que atienden allí son muy amables y sonrientes. Buena comida, buen servicio. Lo recomiendo 100%

Prix raisonnables. On apprécie de manger autre chose que de la nourriture thai ! Cest bon, les produits sont locaux et frais !Un petit coup de coeur pour la salade poulet avocat et pâtes au pesto et surtout... Le carrot cake maison !!

We had multiple meals here while on Ko Tao, all were great. Very fresh ingredients, many vegetarian and vegan options done perfectly. Really enjoyed the chickpea burger. Lots of flavor and real coffee and espresso. Very kind service. The owner was very kind as well.

Grandiose Salate und die besten Baguettes die ich in Thailand gegessen habe. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und das Essen ist hervorragend. Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen und wenn man in der Nähe ist und länger in Thailand, also nicht Thailändische Küche erkunden sollte, der muss hier einkehren.

It all looked very good. But i hate salads actually 😅 all my friends loved everything they had. If you love veggies, go! If you love meat, its not a recommend.

Breakfast​ : Today, only instant coffee and no avocados. Friendly poeple and nice and quiet terrace away from the big street full of motorcycles. Food is gorgeous but we are the only 4 costumers and 1 breakfast was forgotten and one order was wrong. And guess what, the bill was wrong too, solly solly hihi

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und lokale Produkte verwendet. Für den großen Hunger kann ich morgens die gesunden Bananen Pfannkuchen empfehlen und abends den Sommersalat mit Mango und Avocado. Auch meine Freundin war von ihrem Chicken Burger und dem Beilagensalat begeistert. Außerdem sollte man unbedingt das Banana Split probieren!

Delicious & fresh food, including lots of vegetarian & vegan options. The beetroot burger with feta & mango and seaweed chips is one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Many creative options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Their opening times are inconsistent though.

Great food, value, and staff. I usually get the Penne pasta with avocado and sliced almonds, and the breakfast lassie, which makes for a healthy and filling meal for a great value. The staff always take care of you with a smile, and the place has a family atmosphere that is sure to make you feel right at home. Be sure to also try some of the delicious deserts like the raspberry jam pancakes or vegan chocolate cake.
