Best schiacciata toscana I had!If you are in Firenze its a must stop especially if you are looking for real local flavours and atmosphere. Good quality local products and great mix choices for your schiacciata! Enjoy on the run, or sitting down with a good glass of wine in the mezzanine. Once you try one you want more!

Theres lots of ordinary sandwiches you can get in Florence that are quite excellent. If you want something special and out of the ordinary. This is where to go. Absolutely terrific and the porchetta is amazing! We went there two days in a row and plan on a third and perhaps a 4th.

Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches! The ingredients are great and the layers of flavors are perfect. We got the number one (porchetta with sundried tomatoes, arugula, and a spicy pepper sauceand it was amazing. The sauce on it was dynamic and worked so well. We went to another shop on the block for comparison and there was no comparison. We came back here immediately to try another sandwich because the first was so good. La Rosa with the prosciutto, brie, truffle cream, and arugula was a perfect sandwich. Truly nothing could be added to improve it; it was amazing. We were so happy to find this shop, and the guys that work there are awesome! Highly recommend stopping by this place.

One of the tastiest things Ive ever tasted! The ingredients were top quality and the size was great, no matter whether you got the small or the normal. If you want to try more than one, get the small size, its more than enough!

The panini here are delicious. The meat is freshly sliced for every order and all the ingredients are high-quality. For about 20 euro, my wife and I enjoyed our own preferred panino and a Coke. I would highly recommend this place!

When I say the best sandwich place I’ve ever been to I mean it. This place is legit. I came back time and time again when I was visiting Florence. My wife agreed. The best I have ever had. They are also very kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Very tasty sandwiches. Fresh cut meats and Tuscan bread. Left me nice and full for a low cost. Very great lunch option for when youre in the city. They have an upstairs sitting area as well.

This is a wonderful little restaurant! We got a sandwich which was made pretty quickly and set upstairs in a small little sitting area. Very good food and wonderful staff. Highly recommend

Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten! Unassuming walk in shop. Mostly take out, but a few seats along one wall that gave us relief from the heat outside as we ate. If you are looking for an inexpensive, quick meal, I highly recommend this place!

Vegan and vegeterian options available. Franchesca panini was delicious love the truf cream ❤️ Toilet was clean, stuff are nice, paninis were both the vegan and vegetarian 5 euros each. Will definetly be back.

The sandwiches were delicious. You have many options and believe me when I say you will be fully satisfy after eating one. We took the sandwiches and ate them at piazza della signoria. It was a great dinner.

Simply the best! From the quality of the sandwich to the kindness and humour of the chef and personnel who have to cut kilos of porchetta (or zucchinis for the veggies). Will definitely be back for some Nutella/salt and oil sweet treats! A must when visiting Florence 🤩

Huge variety, cheap prices, very tasty. The shop is very cozy, the people there were eager to explain the menu and make recommendations (in englishand were very friendly. Many many ingredients to choose from, everything had high quality. Extremely reasonable prices for a place in the center of Florence.

The owner was nice and welcoming despite I am unsure what to order having so much options infront of me. Picked my selection. The sandwich is beautifully made and it tastes amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Simply amazing! The best sandwich I had in Italy! Even better than the most famous sandwicheria in Firenze. I had the “Rossa” (prosciutto crudo, brie , ruculla and tartufoand had to come back to another one. Is a must try in town.

Lovely sandwiches and staff! I had theDiscordia Schiacciate (Tuscan salami,pecorino cheese cream, tomatoes, & salad)but you cant go wrong with any of them.Theyre a great price & Id definitely go back again.

Best vegan sandwich ever. They had just the perfect balance of flavors supported by the salty sundried tomatoes, chewy zucchini and spicy artichoke jam. Although they have a few items for vegetarians, their limited options are just so good. Must try while in Florence. And the Tuscan Spritz is also really nice and refreshing on a hot Florence day.

The BEST sandwich shop in Florence. Better than any sandwich I’ve had in america. And the vegetarian options are bomb. The bread is incredible, focaccia which is puffy but not thick, soft with a thin crispy exterior, a slight chew and not dry like some other sandwich shops nearby. There is one other place we had with a different kind of bread which is also high quality and fresh, but this shop is very generous with the toppings which are quality and full of flavor which makes it the best in my opinion. One sandwich is enough for two as a snack, but is perfect for a hungry tourist as a meal on its own.Don’t mess around with other sandwich shops and just go here

Best sandwiches in all of Florence! Their sandwiches were delicious and was better than all the other "popular" sandwich spots we went to with no line. Dont forget to have one of their Tuscan Spritz as well.

Great family run business. Wonderful service & food. Very reasonable prices especially considering the convenient location. Sandwiches are €5-6 and ice cold spritz for €5. We highly recommend visiting this great little spot and have been twice during our 3 day stay in Florence.

Dont Let the hype of other panini places makeyou miss this place, by far the best panini in town.Other places are good but Ghiotti is great

This has been my favourite panino place for years now. With many fresh meat, vegetarian and vegan options, you’ll be spoilt with choices. My favourite is the Francesco, which is the truffle and sun dried tomatoes panino. Whenever I’m in Firenze, I have to come here. Aaand, their service is very friendly and good. It has a great vibe if you want to sit and eat upstairs or outside, or even just walk along the streets of Firenze with the dreamy, super satisfying panino.

This is the BEST sandwich shop I’ve ever been to!!! So many choices with great prices and fantastic drinks as well (spritz’s, beer and wine). If you’re in Florence, get over here and experience true Italy. Tell Sara you saw them on Google!!!

My dad said, “I would come here for breakfast” and “I could do this everyday.” THATs all you need to know. Our tour guide from the morning recommended the salami “Sbriciolona” - so we ordered La Verde on Schiacciate. Amazing.

My family and I found this Florence restaurant by chance walking down the alley and looking for somewhere to eat lunch. We were glad that we did! There was a line outside of the restaurant where customers were holding pink tickets and were waiting for their orders to be completed.Walking into the restaurant, there were bar stools lined against the wall along with bottles of wine on shelves overhead. The restaurant also offered a variety of drinks from sodas, water and beer. People were heading upstairs for additional seating.My wife, daughter and I ordered #2 - Lussuriosa (Tuscan Prosciutto (Raw Ham), Balsamic Vinegar Glaze, Walnuts and Red Salad), #4 - Invidiosa (Sbriciolona (Traditional Fresh Salami with Fennel), Gorgonzola Cheese Cream, Zucchini and Arugola (Rocket Salad)and #5 - Violenta (Spicy Salami, Eggplant (Aubergine), Spicy Oil and Salad). It took about 35 minutes to get our sandwiches (which are reasonably priceddue to everything being freshly prepared from slicing the meats to putting the fresh ingredients together. The huge sandwiches were worth the wait! The toasted bread had a crunch to it and the flavors of the ingredients were outstanding!We were so impressed with our sandwiches that we dropped by the restaurant the next day for lunch to have the same three sandwiches again!I Girone De Ghiotti is highly recommended ... 5 Stars!!!

This is by far the best place to grab a quick and delicious lunch if you’re in Florence! I’ve been studying here for about two months and this has become my go-to place right after class. The staff is also super friendly. See you again tomorrow! 🇮🇹🇸🇪👋

Best ever sandwiches. The smaller option for not that hungry people is great.

We had really nice lunches twice from this place. Two helpful tips wanted to share for tourists who are planning to visit;1. If you cannot have a smelly cheese then careful to choose the right sandwiches! Their menu is hard to read as a foreigner so read the ingredient carefully to choose the right one :)2. If you want to avoid lining up, try going around 4pm. Lunchtime usually you need to wait around 30mins.

Excellent panini. Prices are affordable. Quite satisfying. You can change ingredients as you wish.

WONDERFUL restaurant to enjoy a quality panini! The size of the sandwich is large, quality ingredients and plenty of sandwich options, prices range from 3.5-5 euros! Great service by the waiters. We will repeat! I recommend!
