Rooms are nice, most employees were very pleasant. If it wasn’t for the fact this place has the worst internet I’ve ever experience.I’ve been to over 50 countries in places like Africa and still have never experienced wifi so bad. I ask them if they can accommodate to get me better wifi and the prices are 70$ a day for better wifi which was probably still awful. It’s 2021 and your wifi is this bad you’re not a 4-5 start hotel. Upgrade your wifi, the system you have now is absolutely trash.AC wasn’t really working until someone came up and took the governor off. Cheap hotel for the glamorous looks. I advise if you’re staying here don’t be expecting to do much on the internet. Bring board games like its the 19th century because that’s practically what it is.Come here every year for the next 5 and oh boy do I promise you I WILL NOT be staying here. You should do the same look else where.

This hotel was overpriced. I was satisfied in overall about facilities and the staff but the price was more than what they had offered.

Very clean, broad rooms with a fast wi-fi and a broad choice of international TV channels. SPA and swimming pool are great as well. The only problem is that some staff do not speak English and sometimes you have to wait for 5-10 mins for someone to serve you at the bar; however these disadvantages are inconsiderate to all the good things this hotel has! If you ever visit Dushanbe, Hyatt would be the best choice.

Very bad service. The waiter didn’t even speak Russian and did not know the menu. The quality of staff in comparison to few years ago has dropped very much!

The hotel is somewhat removed from the city center. Cabs run about 12 to 15 somoni and you can have the concierge call one if you have trouble calling one by phone. The rooms are okay. The layout is a bit odd in many of them and the common space is not well designed. All that said, the staff are amazing and helpful with things like ice buckets, irons and other amenities.

Truly 5 start hotel. One week on business trip and nothing to complain. Rooms are very generous and fully equipped (wifi and even faster with cable). Restaurant is pretty good (sometimes some dishes are not available). Breakfast is very good too. Spa is well presented with top professional massages. Gifts shop on the 1st floor with interesting options. 10 min from city center on taxi.

Excellent hotel for my business trip to Dushanbe. Great rooms amd excellent customer service. I had a great massage in their spa. If I come back, which I hope to do, I will stay here again. Their restaurant called The Lounge has a great outside patio with excellent views.

Five star facilities and services. I was particularly awed by the well equipped spa and its skilled staff after a lengthy journey.

Clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast. There’s a souvenir shop on the 2nd floor worth visiting. Lobby toilets could be cleaned better, I felt disgusted every time when had to use it. Window views are terrific!

Good hotel, clean rooms, quality service. It is a little bit of distance from downtime, you need a taxi to go anywhere. Breakfast is good but not with lot of selections. Staff are very cooperative.

The swimming pool was closed. The staff are not well experienced. Ask reception if you want complementary items such both brush and paste.

By far the best hotel in Dushanbe, or even Tajikistan. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay here, and were surprised by the amount of subtle touches the hotel has concerning the environment and health.The breakfast is legendary, and offers a lot of fat-free, healthy choices such as nuts, seeds, and different salads. The service is impeccable too - our bicycles were stored safely inside, we were helped with any of our needs and even got to meet the manager who’s extremely friendly as well. No forced friendliness, either!The rooms are neat, the views very good and the shower of considerable quality. A desk and comfy furniture complete the room, as well as the softest bed we slept in in the entire country. Air conditioning is of course always on!All in all, not of Tajik but rather European price, yet totally worth the money. Absolutely recommended, definitely after cycling the Pamir Highway!

The most affordable Hyatt in post USSR countries. Price-low /quality-high ratio is very rare but here you can catch it.

One of the nicest hotels in Dushanbe with good views of the flag pole. Good health club. The lounge was not serving happy hour when I was there but the bar offered free food and drinks to Club guests in lieu.

Otherwize good hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Some flaws.. like no toilet brush in the rõõm toilets available. Windows are not very clean for otherwize nice views. Breakfast selection too limited for longer stay.

Excellent all around... except they need to create an indoor or covered/heated smoking zone in order to make the minority happy as well.

Poor AC, room temp was 27-28C although it was fixed 3 times. Dinner options were limited

Pros: great service and staff, clean and modern building next to the tea house. Food at the bar is good! View from the hotel of the mountains are amazing to wake up to!Cons: cafe food was okay, The hotel is a bit isolated from central Dushanbe.

Liked dinner in Hyatt, everything was good. Comfortable place to have a rest. A swimming pool is good for children but not for adults, its not so deep as I wanted (1.7 metres maximum).

Nice place to sit have a real cappuccino and use the Wi-Fi. Drinks are pricey and you will pay for that glass of ice water but the staff is friendly, everyone speaks English, and super professional. *I didnt stay in the hotel because its out of my budget.
