Unfriendly middle aged ladies at the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen. Dead roaches in the stairway. This hotel is completey outdated and run down. Stay at your own risk

I really liked the layout of the room (though I would have appreciated just a bit more room in the bathroom). The room was quiet, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I actually loved the pinging sound the water made in the shower. Didnt use the workout room or the pool. Close to other restaurants.

Hotel was great, staff was excellent. We were celebrating multiple 50th birthdays and were able to use the lobby area for a surprise entrance, bartender was friendly. Only issue was breakfast, large selection but food wasnt great, eggs tasted powdered and potatoes were dried out.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are awesome and soft. And my favorite part is the shower head in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable stay. They do tell you up front housekeeping only comes if you ask. Keep in mind this location is about 45 mins-1 hr drive from downtown Chicago

170$/night but when the cleaner come to the room don’t empty the trash bin and don’t bother to vacuum and there was a trash on the Ac no one picked it up !!! very limited breakfast selection definitely won’t come back here

Staff was friendly, Room was nice and big with a couch and sitting area, Breakfast was good, I never made it to pool or used the bar. My only complaints were that we had to request maid service, the room was little dated with old AC unit, patched walls and low water pressure. Also the hallway smelled because someone was smoking weed. I would stay there again.

Below Average for any 3-star hotel. Their breakfast didnt have any option for vegetarians. No potatoes or cupcakes. I was looking for cream cheese and they said all of their cream cheese got over and nothing left for the day. Ive never experienced a hotel like this one.

Kevin was such an amazing person. He was so professional, friendly and helpful. He made sure that we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond. Though we had to leave like around 2 AM he arranged some fruits and bagel for our breakfast.The rooms were well maintained and clean. We really liked the location and also the service. Definitely looking forward to book the same hotel for the future trips. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
