Hyatt House San Juan in San Juan

Beautiful hotel. I came here for a 3 day trip to visit family and not only this hotel is on point and everything is wonderful, but the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable.

Loved it here! Clean rooms, house cleaning always available, big selection on breakfast! The workers were amazing as well, super sweet. Also, the hotel is in a amazing location (walking distance from San Juan and great beachesdefinitely recommend! Thank you Hyatt for being so welcoming! :)

Dont know what happened,but had to change room 3 times😳 because of air condition isues,were not working properly and room smell humid! Also,halls were dirty and no air-conditioning.Was hot! In-room safe,didnt work. Only good experience was the breakfast, really good and convenient!!👍

Went to San Juan for family vacay I booked everything months before to budget when I get there the room is $500 more than what I booked for. They went down to on the prices supposedly and it was not the original price I booked for maybe a $20 indifference but I felt with it since it was my first time here and I’m not familiar with the San Juan . I look at my credit card the next day and the price was still $400 more they said they were additional add ons they have to put I was super annoyed but again it was my first time here so I was screwed in other words they didn’t go down even though the day before they said. I rented 2 suites 1 the ac didn’t work the other one did and when told to front desk she said yes it cool in here I said no it’s not so they did switch us rooms and the new one was way better. This is the hottest hotel I have ever been to the halls have no ac I felt so bad for the housekeeping there. Breakfast was not all that very repetitive everyday.hard pancakes and French toast. Location wise it was great walking distance from the T-Mobile arena where there’s lots to do! I would not go back to this hotel personally not work the $3500 on 2 rooms.

Decent place to stay, centrally located between new San Juan and Old San Juan. Its close to the Distrito T-Mobile, and they have a shuttle that runs to the nearby beach and Old Town..breakfast isnt anything special, plain and not many choices. Front desk could use some work on customer service. After not having maid service for several days, I went to get some water for the room, and before I could say anything, the lady told me I had to pay for it and what was my room number. Waters are supposed to be provided daily, but evidently they have to give us the warm ones and the cold ones are for purchase. The guests should have cold waters as well. We stay in Hyatts all over the world and this isnt the way we want to be treated. Other than that the people have been nice and accommodating.

Everyone there is amazing! The breakfast was really good , the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean. The pool area is beautiful. Special shout out to Liz, Norma, Sam & Michael and all the staff for making our stay extra special. It felt more like a friends house then a hotel . I stayed here for 30 nights, in a suite and hotel itself was decent. No complaints as they gave a good experience overall. The pool was maintained well. The gym was equipped well. However there was one bald guy in front desk who acted crazy sometimes. But I never bothered him, most other staff were really good. Not to miss, the breakfast was mostly same and rotated but decent. Of course I did skip it after it got boring half way through. Overall a decent hotel. In Asia Hyatt hotels have great staff. Didn’t however find same quality of staff here, hope they maintain Hyatt brand name.

Best service at a Hyatt House by far! Considering my status with the hotel they upgraded my husband and I to a larger room with a view. They also gave us a complimentary cake and card for our anniversary! All the staff are extremely kind and want to make your stay as best as possible. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and we would definitely stay here next time we visit! This hotel is also near The District which has many restaurants and an outdoor stage area where everyone can just relax. This hotel also has a daily shuttle to and from Escambron Beach and Old San Juan which we use almost daily! Shuttle runs every 20 min which was super convenient.

I brought a group of high school students here on a trip and this hotel has been incredible. Rooms were great, Students and staff seemed to thoroughly enjoy the breakfast every morning, and the Customer Service from every staff member from the general manager down was EXCEPTIONAL!!! When I bring students back, this is where I will bring them. Shout out to Ms. Rivera (Millieand her team for making our stay super memorable for our seniors. Please tell Sarah I am sorry we missed her!!! She started it all off right for us and it kept going higher from there!!!

Lovely hotel in the never T-mobile distro area. Very friendly staff. The breakfast staff was super nice - the front desk told us the wrong hours so we arrived late, but he really went above and beyond and prepared to-go boxes for us and asked if we wanted anything fresh. Best service out of any PR hotel so far.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful stay we had at Hyatt House near Old San Juan. Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location. Everything was first rate from check-in to check-out. Common areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping provided Thur & Sat. Nice hot breakfast available each day. Location was perfect - 10 minute walk to the new Distrito T-Mobile food & entertainment area, and a free 15 minute shuttle ride to Old San Juan, with a stop along the way at the nearby beach. The courtesy shuttle runs all day, which was awesome. Hop on the shuttle, spend the day at the beach or shopping and dining in Old San Juan, and shuttle back or Uber (which is readily available and inexpensive). There is also a Longhorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden right next door if you need a quick bite, or you can walk over to Distrito T-Mobile and eat at one of the nice restaurants. Special appreciation to Norma at the front desk and to our shuttle driver Juan Carlos; they helped to make this a really memorable experience. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay at Hyatt House again.

We just spent a week here & loved our stay! We had a bay view room which was beautiful, especially the sunsets. The staff was friendly & attentive to our needs. It is in walking distance to restaurants & the marina which has jet ski rentals. Hot breakfast is served daily & was delicious. The most convenient aspect was the shuttle which ran every 20-30 min 7 days a week to the beach & Old San Juan. The driver, Juan Carlos, was one of the highlights of our vacation. He was so friendly & informative. We will miss him!!

American Airlines lost our bags and we didn’t check in til about 3 in the morning. Sarah was absolutely amazing with accommodating us and making our stay as smooth as possible. Unfortunately we missed our flight home, with already checked out of the hotel Melanie helped us get another room with a great rate & also made us feel very comfortable in the process. The hotel & room were both great & clean. Sarah really made an amazing impression, give her a raise ASAP !!!
