There is almost no alcohol in their cocktails and they try to charge a service fee. Do not go. Even if you go, do not pay the service fee. Go elsewhere and tip!

Everything is normal, only the administrator is a little terrible, can’t ask nicely to not smoke at bar, thoughts even the electric cigarette is not allowed, P.S she sitting like a demon next to the door eyes only on us like a security.. not comfortable at all.

Bad customer service.I had to get up to order something because the girls didn’t look at my table, they were only serving the tables with some guys drinking. And also, they charged for it but they never brought what I ordered to my table. It was a bad experience.

QR code for English menu , Coca-Cola comes with no ice in real glass, food is ok. If you ordered chimichanga then you would wish you were at Taco Bell. Thing is Ukrainian people like to drink. Put affordable drinks in front of them and they will eat anything. I don’t understand how they afford this place.

Taste is very good. Especially their burgers are really qualified. That burger menus has generally unlimited drink also with good price. They are really good at baking meat. That t bone was really delicious. Meat prices are kinda expensive. They have really nice Italian red wine. Also they gave me a knife that was not proper to cutting steak or meat. They need some steak and beef knife.

Everything was perfect. Employees are friendly and fast. Also very beautiful girls. Especially the food is great. Beers are very good. Prices are affordable. I recommend adding it to your list of places to visit. If you want to be photographed, they dont turn you down. Its a fun venue.

Not bad. Quite ok actually. Salmon with baked potatoes was good, waiter was friendly.However I cannot fully support the uniform which the waitresses wear. Sorry, but those shorts are kind of way too short. I’m not a nun myself but as a uniform - it is just sexist.

The service is very fast and the food is really tasty. Its a great place to spend some fun time with your friends or family, to talk and to eat tasty food. This is not a sort of luxury or glamour place, this is a very pleasant place, more for fun and chill out.

Firstly it’s like hooters which I wasn’t expecting, very short shorts the girls were wearing which I wasn’t comfortable. The food seems cheap but it isn’t. Their is a compulsory calculated tip of 10% which was not told to us. We ordered stake of 300 grams each and they agreed but on asking for check we were informed that it was 6.5 grams that was divided. It was just so confusing and all over the place. The food was just blend. Waiters were nice thou also the tacos was not good tasted like shawarma and purged me !

The meat was very very delicious, we went as four people and all of us really liked it, we planned eating at happy at least one more before leaving altough due to flight hours we couldnt, i would definetly eat here if i visit sofia again.

Nice friendly vibe, probably the friendliest staff we came across in Kiev. Food was great and served pretty quickly, they advised of a wait in the time it would take in preparing my wifes meal, and also advised on the true cost of a steak when I hadnt noticed that the menu price was per 100g. The best place we ate at in Kiev. 4 stars due to the outfits the girls were wearing. Im no prude but I didnt see the need for hot pants, the place is good enough without the need for such a gimmick.

The food quality isn’t that great but the prices are low so I guess it’s fine. If you’re really hungry, you might not be full with the portion. What really threw us off was the quality of service. The waitresses are extremely rude to tourists and barely speak any English anyway. We tried really hard to communicate with them but they were plain rude and extremely slow. We definitely do not suggest this restaurant.

When the staff brought the terminal and I provided a payment, she said that the payment became invalid, because of the paper in the terminal wasted. She brought another terminal and I provided the second payment.However, after the second payment, I checked my bank account and found out, that I paid for our dinner two times. I`ve asked the staff to refund my money, but she claimed, that she is just a cashier and the refund will be possible the next day when the administrator will be at the restaurant. The next day we called and the staff told us, that the refund will be sent from Monday when the bank will work.I`m still waiting for the refund (for 9 days), but there is no information either from the restaurant and bank. The restaurant representatives even didn`t ask for my contact number for providing the updates.Минулої суботи (7 грудняя та моя подруга відвідали ресторан. Закічивши обід, ми попросили чек і зазначили, що хочемо заплатити карткою. Коли нам принесли термінал, а я заплатив за їжу, працівниця закладу сказала, що платіж не пройшов, оскільки у терміналі закінчився папір. Вона принесла ще один термінал, і я заплатив вдруге.Однак після другого платежу я перевірив свій банківський рахунок і дізнався, що заплатив за нашу вечерю два рази. Я попросив співробітницю повернути мені гроші, але вона заявила, що вона просто касир, і повернення коштів буде можливим наступного дня, коли адміністратор буде в ресторані. Наступного дня ми зателефонували у заклад і співробітники сказали нам, що повернення буде відправлено з понеділка, коли запрацює банк.Ще і досі кошти мені не повернули (9 днів). Відсутня інформація як від ресторану та і від банку. Представники ресторану навіть не запитали мого контактного номера для надання оновлень по поверненю грошей.

My fourth experience was better than my third, which did not go well. The non-service at that time left a lot to be desired. The service and friendliness was much better. The wings were good and the ribs were tasty although the portion was small (one rib all meat,the second was mostly bone). Expect some difficulty in communication if your English.

İ ve ordered hamburger menu with limitless pepsi. My drinks finished and i asked for another one start waiting. After 5 min i asked from someone else then after 10 minutes again.. They didnt bring. In this process only 4 table were busy and there were 4 girl waiter waiting and speaking with each other without doing nothing.. and they are so shamelessly add their %10 tip to my bill like they deserve it. İ ask about it and they tell me its for service i tell them what service ? U didnt even fill a glass of coke in 20 minute in empty restaurant.. I think what they think service as showing two buttcheeks from minishort because thats all they can do. Poor quality food and drink. Chicken burger was reconstituted meat, not a prime breast fillet, soft drinks failed in the post-mix phase, flat as anything, no sugar-free drinks available. Service was good, but didnt make up for the poor quality food and drink.

Beer was decent and the burger I got was pretty solid. The bar snack plate was pretty bad, the smoked cheese was good but the sausages and pigs ears were so salty and pretty gross, but I usually like these things.

Its not delicious, burned meat, and hot beer and coke. So expensive, theyve bring a steak (most 300grtheyve charged for 500gr. Im strongly advice to avoid this place.

A nice place, food is delicious, craft beer is good enough. Uniforms of waitresses are eye-catching. I wouldnt call this place a cheap to eat. Atmosphere inside is cosy and very alive.

Fusion eating at its best; family dinning meets strip club service. Short shorts were an interesting twist on this wholesome dining experience. The venue was a tasteful mix of Irish pub decor with an American sports bar menu; backed with Ukrainian techno.

An excellent place to eat some American food, great burgers, nice bear, the atmosphere is really enjoyable. Price is not that high, they have a decent menu to choose from, the staff is good and fast.

Very good service, tasty meals and nice ambiance. T-Bone and borche soup was delicious. Prices were also very good. T-Bone and other steaks are 98 hrivna per 100gr.

Burgers are delicious, but maybe a bit on the greasy side. Guacamole is oh so good. This place has an insane amount of special offers lol. Staff is friendly, but service took kinda long, because the place was full. The overall experience is pleasant, except for it was sort of hard to converse - there were already several drunk parties when we arrived, whose members shouted at the top of their lungs, so you had to shout too to be heard by your pals.

I recommend this place to visit. Everything you wish in one place (beef, burger, salads, cruft beer and cocktails), plus hookan. Middle range prices. Burger with fri-potatos, little salad, drink: approx. 160 hrn

The Happy Grill is a good choice for both food and beer. Staff are friendly & competent. Prices are reasonable. I will return. Most staff speak English.

I tried borscht soup and t-bone steak. Borscht was okay, steak was cold, chewy, cold and gummy, not tasty at all... The carbon piece which should be hot to heat the meat, was also cold... Salad comes with the steak was not fresh at all. French fries were cold and not different than a fast food restaurant... They also charge you 10% more (for tips, I guess..). some said that this money is for the expenses of doing the dishes etc, however, why guests should pay more to eat from clean plates. Many places better than this place with better prices. Avoid at all cost...

Ordered sirloin and porterhouse, med/rare from, as stated in menu, marble beef. Cooking degree was okay, meat was not, porterhouse was acceptable but full of tendons, which is not what Id expect from marble meat. Sirloin was barely eatable, hard as a sole and blund knives only added to the problem. The place offered free icecream, which was not good at all, with lots of ice crystals and melted whipped cream like if it was awaiting to be served for too long.We were offered a discount card with 20% off on it, but neglected - the check had a compulsory pre-added service fee of 10% in it and I hate restaurants which have such a trick in their policies. It never helps the quality.

Excellent pork steak, perfectly prepared. Corn dogs a disappointment for those hoping for that nostalgic taste, but suppose to be expected. Sides great. Drinks excellent and well priced. Lovely atmosphere and good service. Prices as can be expected.

Its like hooters in America but better! The ribeye steak I ordered was perfect and the side sauce was amazing! Highly recommend to people visiting the city.

The worst Bar I visited in my life. We came here for some lunch. We were 8 and there were no other visitors at that time, and now I understand why. We ordered burgers and we were waiting 1+ hour for our burgers. Just burgers... As the last straw was 10% extra fee for service automatically included in a bill. 10%! for waiting 1+ hour for stupid burger...Strongly not recommend this bar.Худшее заведение, которые я встречал. Включить в счет 10% за обслуживание это просто верх дерзости.
