Hungry Jack's Burgers Murray Bridge in Murray Bridge

Hungry Jacks is, well...Hungry Jacks. Its a fast food joint. Not much really to say. Burgers are slapped together and sliding apart by the time you open them. Tables are unclean and sticky. But isnt this what we would expect from a fast-paced burger joint...

Went in the store, for several minutes didnt get served or looked at. My daughter was adamant to get hungry jacks. Went through drive through, took another 10 minutes, while watching other people getting served inside. Dont ask for much , a privilege to go there honestly. I wont personally go there again, shouldnt treat people like that. If I go there again I wont be going drive through, they can go inside themselves.

Have tried to get delivery 2 times no delivery at this time. Rang them and was told to try again in half a hour to a hour. Tried again and still cant get it. So went and ordered else where.

Out of all the hungry jacks stores in Adelaide Murray Bridge is the best one! Always cooks the freshest and tastiest foods. Never burnt or dry.

Delicious food friendly staff, would rate them 10 stars but they nearly forgot the salt free chips in my order so I cant give more than 9.9 stars

Place looked dirty, costumer service average asked for a medium meal got charged for medium got given small. Burger felt cold…. Disappointed

Pre order online go via drive thru and youll still end up in the waiting bay forevvveeerrrr... Such a shame

Did my first menulog order and they got it wrong yet again. Said no lettuce and no special sauce but to add bbq sauce. But they did not do one thing right with my order. So expensive too. Please see attached photos of my receipt that was atrached to the bag. A waste of $24.34 as food went in the binattached

I asked for the roadhouse chicken grilled burgerAfter taking home i saw it had bacon in itWhen i went back to request for a change they were insisting all roadhouse burgers have bacon it n it hence it doesnt have it in thier namesSoo stupid and Manager on Duty David was not helpful at all. Very much disappointed with Hungry Jacks murray bridgeAtleast they change the name of that burger because it’s confusing for some.

Terrible service toilets where discussing felt sick after being there

I would say some of the time they are a bit slow, but I kid you not, they make the best whoppers here !! Never dry always plenty of sauce and good lettuce and tomato! I go hear every Saturday and sometimes some things could be done better but never here have I been disappointed with the food !! Ive been to a lot of Hungry Jacks but Murray Bridge make the best by far !! Good job Murray Bridge !!🤙🏽🤙🏽

Drive through was fast. I dropped a star for HJ in general because they stopped serving Beetroot.

Cold food upon delivery, missing items, 1.5 hrs late never again

Fast service, great hot chocolate and awesome value.

Burgers are no longer better at hungry jacks. They are edible and certainly still better than McDonalds

Theres a girl at my local thats rude and inappropriate. Why is she still there? Or not trained more? I went thru drive thru and waited behind one car for 9 minutes. When i got to the window she didnt apologise. I said whats the hold up? She said thats drive thru! I said not normally! She said well you did come in on a saturday morning! I looked behind me. I said im the only car here!! She shut the window on me!!

Been heaps of occasions. But mango frozen fanta now gone sour watermelon an insult. Stopped bubblegum for sour grape. I hate anything that tastes like fruit thats gone off. Of all things sour bursties.

I ordered a whopper with no mayo and no pickle. In my whopper i got both with no other toppings and when i took a bite, i almost vommited and had to feed it to my dog. not to mention the fact that the meat was undercooked and very chewy. not coming back. 😡

Just got a $2 chips on way home..they were hot and tasty but bag only Half full...and No serviette... just counted 12 chips... thats NOT A FAIR DEAL... NOT HAPPY.

The food is good but they need someone to clean the floors and tables, it was fairly quiet and no cleaning had been done for a good while.

Burgers had been reheated were almost inedible, would have returned but we were on the freeway before we realized, wont go there again.

So disappointed they dont do late night 10-12 pm deliverys even though 24 hour....we often get quite a few guests at the caravan park that are mega hungry and want food in the later part of the night...my freezer and steak are getting a workout😠

Sucks for apparently everyone else, I on the other hand had one of the best experiences I have ever had with fastfood today.Burgers were quickly delivered, hot and looked like they were from a commerical. Service was friendly with bants and very welcoming.I just wanted something better than waiting 10minutes for a couple of hotdogs from the OTR on swanport - what I got was pleasantly surprising!

Disappointed. Being a pensioner, was looking for the best value deal meal. Checked out online and went in and asked for the offer only to find you had to order online to get the deal. Ended up spending over $21 only to notice after special deal fliers on the counter where I could have got exactly the same two meals for $14.90!! Chips were also cold and dry. Wont be going back!!!👎👎

This HJs is getting worst as time goes by. The past 3 visits through drive through have all had parts of the orders missing and they pack the order which is going cold while waiting for the bits that make up the rest of the order. And waiting time is shocking. Now if you have to wait for your order you have to cross the busy road to go back to a waiting area on the other side of the building.

It’s open 24/7 and the food was reasonably warm even though we ordered late.

Worst fast food experience in my entire life, said 20 minute delivery time, ordered 3 meals for my family at 6pm then it jumped up to 2 hours wait, could only cancel if I still paid full price and phone was engaged for over the entire 2 hour period.. food came 2.5 hours later and the slip said it was ready at 7.36pm, arrived at the door 8.20pm. Everything was disgusting, cold rock solid chips, no ice in the half empty drinks and the coke was in the bottom of the bag in a puddle, and I didnt even want to chance my chicken burger! Ridiculous and disgusting

At 10 am in the morning. Tuesday 21st Sept. It was relatively quiet, tables were dirty and floor was filthy. It is not the first time I have seen this. Especially with Covit regulations, tables and chairs should be cleaned after each use.

How does a fast food restaurant thats main ingredient in most of their burgers run out of beef! Not the first time this has happened, not impressed murray bridge hungry jacks.

No longer carbonating their drinks. Doesnt matter how many times you complain they just dont care. Every time without fail, the drinks are flat as a tack. Worst HJs Ive ever been to anywhere!

With the Murray bridge store they tell you one thing , and half hour later and than tell you something else so if I was other customers I will not use this store and for menu log all useless as well just get drivers who knows the area, and dont take on some more orders if you cant handle them and I know a new company started in Murray bridge area which I would recommend them which is Ezy eats

I ordered ahead online & paid for my order via Paypal as I have done before. Unfortunately, both times I have done this the Murray Bridge store has not got my order correct. They are always very apologetic & fix the the order for me without any drama, but I really believe that they could do with some I.T. training to get things sorted out. I know that they were very busy the last time I went & understand having worked for many years in fast food & catering, that it can get very hectic & there is always a great turn over of young staff that have to learn, (most cases being their first jobbut it is teamwork & the staff all need to know what their all doing so that "the wheels dont fall off." Staff 5*s, Food 4*s, Service 5*s, I.T. 3*s.

Had a fat vegan whopper on my way to do some important business. Crisp vegetables, crunchy patties. Part of a petrol station so you can kick back and have a holiday.

Food is typical Hungry Jack Standard. Grab all you need for a long drive to Melbourne

I have been to this Hungry Jacks several times but the service never changes. We will not be going back to the Murray Bridge Hungry Jacks again. For a fast food restaurant the service is always slow. Not only that quite often you have to return to retrieve missing food items. My daughter was missing her chicken nuggets, by the time they had the nuggets ready the rest of her meal had gone cold. My other daughter had quite a bit of her hash brown missing, and her hot chocolate was tasteless. We are not ones to complain, but today we had no choice...It was absolute rubbish!!!!

All ok, easy drive through experience. But could be a bit quicker. If food items not ready, should move vehicle to park and not hold up other customers.

Very disappointing. This HJs is usually not up to the standards of the individual restaurant ones but recently I took the kids there and dined in using the upstairs dining area We could not find a clean space on any table to put down our meals. The rubbish bin door was broken and the bin was overflowing. After one of my kids needed to use the bathroom and that too was so dirty. The next time we went out for takeaway we used Maccas and the difference was incredible. What a shame because we all love HJs burgers but we wont be going back to that OTR one for a long time.

Waited 20 bloody minutes for 1 burger and small chips, it was a manager who served me, who had no idea what burger I was asking for, so I showed her THE HUNGRY JACKS MENU ONLINE to explain, they then made me the wrong burger anyway (brekkie version with egg). 20 minutes for 1 failed burger, great management, it wasnt even busy at all. Not sure what any of those workers are doing in there and their sour looks to customers.They also messed up another families orders right after me, heard while I ate eventually.Worst HJs

1.5hr delivery time through menu log, wasnt even ordered during peak hour. Generally poor service in store too. Have waited in an empty store at the counter for up to 5 minutes early in morning without being served, on more than one occasion.On the odd occurrence when you do get to order, food quality is generally pretty bad and bland. Nothing like Reynella HJs

Took forever to get my meal (nuggets and chips so many people served after me got multiple meals for their family etc before I got mine. When I finally got my meal the chips were so salty that they were inedible. I decided to take them back because I was hungry and wanted to eat them and was dismayed at how long it took to cook more fries. I was told by the lady who served me that there had been 3 others who also complained about the salty chips on that shift. When I got my new batch they had perfect amount of salt..Only problem was first I had to eat my nuggets after everyone I was with finished eating because they took so long to be cooked, and then had to have everyone wait all over again while I waited for new chips to cook and then eat them. Its never nice when going somewhere to eat with others and one persons meal is so delayed.

Must be the slowest HJs i have ever been to, not just once but consistetly, no matter what time of day. The only time it has taken me less than 10mins to wait, order, wait and finally receive my food, everything from the chips to the nuggets to the burgers were cold. Worst store i have ever been to. Cant wait til i move outta murray bridge so i can get fast food fast again.

This place really should decide whether it is a fast food restaurant or a service station and try to do one of them properly. After waiting 5 minutes to pay for petrol because I had to wait while they got someone’s food, I moved the car and came back to get food. Waited another ten minutes to get served because they were stuffing around getting drinks and then I was told they had no beef because the beef machine was broken(? Surely they could have just told me that, or put up a sign or something instead of wasting another ten minutes. Moral of the storey, never buy petrol or food from combined OTR / hungry jacks, they don’t do either very well.

Decent food and service. Note its joined with the petrol station that has no gas. Nice upstairs sweating area. Toilets were moderately clean. Wait was unexpected but staff were friendly and apologised. Nice and clean in store.Drive through on a different occasion was good service and good food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints.
