Our family orders from Hungry Howies Mims 3-4X a month. The order is always accurate and staff is always friendly.

I will never order from them again. They messed up my order last time. This time it took almost 2 hrs to get my food. When I called to ask after an hour and half was told it was already out for delivery, still took another half hour. Their food is mediocre at best.

I ordered three pizza a meat lovers, two pepperoni, three oven baked pizzas two steak and cheese one Italian, chicken, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of Sprite. The food was good!

Ordered twice from this place but never again. The first time 2 hours after ordering online I called them to see if they were on the way yet. The person that answered the phone (very rudesaid the delivery driver did not show up so they are waiting for somebody else to come in to make the delivery. I told her I wanted to cancel she said she couldnt do that because somebody is already on the way. There was no way somebody was on the way because it still took another 1.5 hours to get here. Pizza finally showed up 3.5 hours after ordered. Tried them again today thinking ok everyone has off days. Well again pizza showed up 2.5 hours after ordered. Both times it was ordered online and it said delivery was 1 hour. So unless you want to wait forever and dont mind a cold - hard pizza you may want to try another place.

Toppings were plentiful, however, a pizza with No pizza sauce is, quite frankly, gross

Not good pizza. If I want a better pizza cheaper I’d go to Little Ceasers. Even after a hard day working outside and beer this pizza was terrible.

Great tasting pizza! Salad had to be picked through for alot of brown lettuce and salami was turning color and didnt smell good. Location was in with a gas station, it was surprising. Great customer service and very friendly!

The food is always delicious and one of the few pizza places that deliver to Mims. I ordered tonight at 6pm for a calzone and a small salad. At 7pm my food arrived (without my salad). It was not the drivers fault, he apologized and said hed be back as someone called out. I had to call 7 times to speak with someone to ask them to call when they arrived with my salad as I am watching the USA soccer game and cannot hear a door knock. Its now been 2 hours and still no salad. Again its not the drivers fault, its the workers inside. Then I just called and asked for a refund on the missing salad and was literally hung up on. Never again, Dominos it is.

Hungry Howies is a carryout place. The one we went to is in Mims, Florida. The person who took our order was very cheerful & helpful. We got the butter garlic crust & it was really good. Lots of toppings & cheese without ordering extra cheese. My only complaint is that the center of the crust was a little soggy otherwise it was fantastic. Will definitely order again.

Horrible customer service. Had to call corporate office to complain. Called store to get something fixed and Jeannie argued with me about it. Then tried to argue with me about the actual hungry howies menu that i was looking at online.I will never and i mean never come back.Something so simple that i was willing todrive all the way back to the store and wait to be fixed she just had to be the worst customer service provider ever. Extremely rude. I really hope the manager finds better staff!Negative stars

Not what im use to from a hungry howies....ordered the oven baked sub produce wasnt fresh and they hardly gave ya any for a large sub!

Worst experience ever. Said it would be 60 minutes. They left pizza at door without notifying me 20 minutes after my order was placed so I had no idea it was out there. Finally I checked and it was cold and had ants everywhere. Called and the lady called me a liar multiple times wouldn’t bring me another pizza or refund money

If I could leave a negative star I would. Ordered pizza and asked them to set it on my porch and ring the bell or knock and I never received a notification that it was out there, they did not knock or ring the door bell.. food was ice cold... the lady that answered the phone claimed to be a supervisor and lied. Super disappointed.. won’t be ordering from there again!!!

The Mims Hungry Howies is the best! Excellent food delivered steaming hot everytime! ...sometimes even the salads. Good thing its a short trip!Anyhoo... I recently tried the Buffalo wings, sauceytriple bake... PERFECTION! Crisp outside and juicy inside! Nice selection of sauces and served with bread of your choice. I do miss the Celery stick/wing combo here but my son loves the bread. I enjoy the "flats" and my son the "drummys" and theyre are typically 4 of each. The best best best hungry howies I have ever in my life has hands down. The lady working I forget her name but she made the best freaking hot sub everrrrr and was soooo awesome ♥️♥️ will never mind making a 45min drive to repeat it.

Never have i received such terrible service. In the past we used delivery from this location at my office...no problems at all. I decided to try pick up for my family. This decision was a horrible one! We picked our pizza up and got it home only to find out it was somebody elses order! Ok, people have off days, no biggy.... we called and the lady who took our order laughed and said she gave us the wrong order... no apology...we drove back up there to get our order and she took the other order back...no apology still! The lady who took our order actually acted aggravated with us for her mistake. No money off for our time and gas.... I wouldnt be surprised if they gave the order we received by accident to its rightful owner after having been with us. I will never go back there again and will tell everyone I know my experience.

5/22/20 new update I changed from 2 to 1 star. Ive been a customer for years once or twice a week. On 5/22/20 I called in my order for the family, there credit card machine was out of order, the lady that is always there asked if I had cash I did not she said oh well no food for you. You would think that being a regular customer she would say something like next time your here remind me to charge you for the food. So Pjs for dinner and never order from that Hungary Howes ever again.After hurricane Irma they will not honor any specials pay full price on everything. Every thing is ok and staff is not so friendly.

Cheap pizza on the go for a quick meal. Its convenient sometimes. Not the very best, but not bad.

Ive always loved Hungry Howies however must recent experience in Mims was horrible. The quality of the pizza was not good at all. The amount of cheese made the pizza difficult to eat plus it was a floppy mess. Very dissatisfied, the prices have gone up and quality has gone down.

Discovered them last year...wont order from anywhere else! The crust is different, but in a really good way. Pizzas are loaded with toppings. Consistent and delicious!

I have placed a few orders with them the ones that they actually deliver are great. I have however called on 3 different occasions only to be told that they are closed with their hours posted as open for another 2 hours. General rude vibes, but the delivery drivers are great and always on time

Excellent pizza, much better than Dominoes or Little Caesers. The crust is better, I like the butter cheese, and the bubbly crunchy pizza crust is like what Pizza Hut pan pizza crust used to be like. The $12 Supreme is definitely worth the price.

Very unhappy with this location. This is the 3rd time weve tried them and all 3 times theyve had issues getting our order correct. Today was no different and even over charged us. The older dark haired woman who takes the order and rings it up has been very rude and cold every time I go. Since she doesnt want to be bothered or appreciate the the business well be going elsewhere locally and when we want Hungry Howies well just make a evening of it and go to Orlando.

This location does not follow the traditional Hungry Howies experience. Expect to have to request for everything, remind them of everything, and be charged for everything... Bought Two wacky Wednesday subs today, I have had bigger quesadillas from taco Bell, had to pay for sub sauce 4@.69, go back and request for sub veggies ( which generally include the sub saucesub did not have the butter/garlic coating.. basically paid $19.00 for two flavorflawed child size subs on sale for 5.95 with three additional toppings. Being a dedicated Hungry Howie customer for years, I was deeply disappointed in this location. I now know in the future, that I will have to tell them how to prepare their items to get the product expected from the Hungry Howie name. The young man who worked there was very courteous and polite, the older woman who took the order was not as pleasant, borderline rude.

3:00 ordered food at the window while the only employee smoked a cigarette. Said 15 minutes she instead talked on the phone for ten minutes. Took 35 minutes and not one person cane to pick up food in that time. Nasty AF too.

Ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad it came on iceberg lettuce and no croutons ugh... they said we dont use romaine and we are out of croutons. Thats not what their menu says I told them and she offered no solution.

Horrible experience. It took 2 hours for them to deliver a cold, greasy un-flavorful pizza that was the wrong one. When i called to complain I was made to wait for 5 minutes while I could hear the employees discussing me and dropping F-bomgs while talking about my order. I spent $45 on what would have cost me $25 at Pappa Johns. We will NEVER return. I dont recommend you give it a try.

The flavored crusts help distract you from the not-that-great quality of the pizza. Set your expectations low like the prices and you wont be too disappointed. Tried the pepperoni Howie Roll (a calzone-type thingand most of the dough was totally raw. The nice man working there put it back through the oven for me after I unrolled it to expose the uncooked dough. It was better but still pretty doughy and gross.

Bought a pizza at HUNGRY HOWIES In Mims Florida .Saturday night $6.95 one topping carry out . Went to buy the same pizza Monday night when they were one of the few restaurants open . They were asking $11.99 . Yea, he never lost power . Guess its not a good natural disaster if no one can make an obscene profit . He is owner of the is the same as AJ s store . Price gouging pizza. Ive never had more disgusting food in my life. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I waited 45 minutes to get frozen greasy food. Ill never go there again and I dont recommend anyone else does.

No matter how many times I drive by, even when it appears our Pizza Hut closed 7/1/2017, I will never spend a cent here again. It doesnt matter if you complain. Horrid food. Horrible service. No, no, no.

The staff was friendly, the prices are great. I ordered a veggie pizza, though, and went based on the menu on the Hungry Howies website, which didnt say that there would be banana peppers on the pizza. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend because there were so many that I couldnt even peel them off to eat it. When I called and asked about this, they said something about their store not being connected to the websites menu. I would probably order here again but Im disappointed because if I do I will have to double check against what the menu online says compared to what the actual location has. An accurate online menu would be very helpful!

They have the best pizza of anywhere around, very friendly and reasonably priced! They also have fast service and quick delivery unless its a Friday or Saturday night when they might be swamped, because the food is so good!

Excellent place for a fast stop and quick snack when going south on I 95. Subs are huge, even the "small". Very tasty, hot, and well priced, especially compared to California prices, where we live. Of course, the "naysayers" will say the food is too greasy and salty. Dont go there if that is you. I just got some extra napkins and a bottle of water. I really enjoyed my meal... cant beat the taste and price.
