Is small but has pretty unique things. The entrance includes the synagogue, the cemetery, the museum and a guided tour with a nice cheerful guy. I recommend it.

Impressive, and a very nice guide. And of course the Holocaust brings silence every time you hear the story. I thought the €15 euro per person entry was a bit too step. Other than that an educative and impressive morning.

Látni kell. A rengeteg ellenvélemény és acsarkodás ellenére emlékezni kell. A terület nagyon szépen van installálva, a régi kerengő sírkerttel meghitt hangulatú. Nagyon erősen védett, magas, erős rácsokkal. Sokkal jobb lenne, ha szabadon lehetne bóklászni, nézelődni. A zsinagógával együtt óriási épületegyüttes, nagyon nagy területen. A környéken sok egyéb, zsidó cucc van.

Moorish architecture. A rip off. Should b free for everybody to visit. You could see the exact architecture in a mosque for free. Absolute waste of money. Dull history

Although a bit pricy, the deal includes guide tours in several languages and a thorough museum at the end.The place commemorates the memory of the passed Jewish community and let us glimpse into their daily lives and rituals. The museum is touching and detailed.Would definitely recommend you to visit if you ever wish to come to Budapest.

Dont forget to visit the important museum when at the Dohány Street Synagogue. And get a guided tour! The museum was built on the site of Theodor Herzls house of birth!

Lovely building. The visit was made more pleasurable by meeting one of the friendly staff in the museum who was full of insight into the exhibits.

This was great. Jewish tombstone from 200 CE and other interesting artifacts.

very interesting historical facts about Jewish! not allowed to take pics but I did for this very famous chess player who was murdered in the 2nd world war!

Wow. The tour guides here were very knowledgeable about Jewish history and culture, and gave an engaging and informative tour. Museum is on the small side, and I might not have enjoyed it much without the tour, but depth of info in the tour made up for it. Make sure to check out the tree statue in the back outside; its really beautiful.

Très belle synagogue, lune voire la plus grande dEurope, monument à voir, un peu spéciale car inspirée du monde musulman avec des détails chrétiens. Il y a divers objets dart juifs exposés à létage, pour ceux que ça intéresse, jetez y un oeil ;)

Only saw the upside-down menorah through the gates as I visited the neighborhood.

המקום שופע גירויים בלתי מסתיימים נעדרי חזון ושיטה. נדרשת יד שיטתית עתירת חזון ומעוף שתשליט סדר בשפע המוצגים, האירועים, הגיבורים והיצירות שמצויים בריבוי כאוטי מוקשה ומקשה. בעייתי. ברי, כי הדרכה ראוייה תקל על התעייה במבוך העצום. אני מאחל למנהלי המקום ומוביליו, ישינצלו ביקורת בונה זו לשדרוג האתר.

我只想说，在附近停车一定要注意！不止是要及时缴费，还要留意附近的🅿️标志，有些是固定车位，缴费也没用！就离开两分钟，回来就被锁了！罚了11500福林！
