Very tasty and fresh. Got the orange chicken lunch with hot and sour soup, would definitely recommend!

Been ordering from this place for decades and hands down they have the best spare ribs in the area. Ive never had an issue with any of the food. Always delicious always hot, fresh, and quickly made.

My small party went to the Hunan Place on July 4th. We were served some of the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The food was very poorly spiced with glutenous textures. The two interior tables were shoddy and the outside picnic tables were dirty.

Food was horrible, especially the pork fried rice! They kept switching the phone between a man and a woman, took down the wrong address, wouldnt listen to me. They need someone to answer the phone and handle the phone orders that will listen. Woman called me back and told me the driver was outside and go get my food, no one was outside, he was somewhere else!! Rude!!! Never use them again!!! 😡

Human has been my go to for Chinese food takeout. I moved away from Blackstone but make sure to stop in and grab some delicious takeout whenever I am in town.

Recently moved to this area and been looking for good Chinese food closer than Milford. These guys deliver and also have online ordering. We got an app and 2 dinners for under !40 and got a few meals out of it. Seems like this is the best place for quality and value km the area so will go again

Awful experience. I ordered my food online at 5:14pm. After 2.5 hrs we did not receive our food and I had to come pick it up and I get here and the food wasn’t even made yet!? I do not suggest ordering food from here ever

Well they just love to give you Large when you say small. Ive been sick with covid and I ended up with a infected kidney. My wife dont eat it and how much can I eat still in recovery. The chow main was huge and under cooked because they just worried about screwing me. Cost 50 bucks i havent been working. Totally disgusted with them theres alot of food and money wasted.I will say at one time they where awesome but now they just screw me lately.Good luck

Great House Lo Mein and Boneless Spare Ribs. Shrimp Chow Mein served w/ white rice and Crunchy noodles are a nice touch. Super Pu Pu Platter Also except Shrimp toast.

Im glad we tried this place again. It has improved since the last time weve been there. Looking forward to trying it again.

Very good Chinese food. Similar to something you might find in a mall food court, but in a good way. They have great General Tso’s chicken, Sesame chicken, fried pork dumplings, and their boneless spare ribs are FANTASTIC.

This place is 5 minutes away from me It took an hour and 15 minutes to get my order. I understandThey may be short driversBut you could have told me that when I orderedAnd the food was subpar Ive had much better Chinese food at other takeout restaurant...Will not be going back thereI gave the driver a tip because Im sure it wasnt his fault

Food isn’t awful, but the delivery drivers are. This restaurant is a two minute walk from my house but it was a long day, I had it delivered and was told it was a waste of time for the tip I gave. Probably won’t order here again.

I wish I could leave no stars. This was the worst Chinese food my fiancé and I have ever eaten, literally ever. Lets just start with the fact the food took over an hour to get here. The chicken fingers were rubbery when you bit into them, the rice had NO flavor and the teriyaki sticks (chicken and beefwere just gross. We will never ever ever ever EVER order anything from here again. We ate maybe 10 bites a piece and threw basically two full plates away.Bye. Never again.

Delivery is fast, food is delicious 🤤 I order from them at least 3 times a month and Ive always been satisfied with the food. Its Me nd my kids favorite place.

I have ordered take-out from Hunan Palace in the past but this is the first time I ordered for delivery. As usual, the young woman taking the order was courteous and very helpful. I ordered Singapore Mai Fun which I requested just shrimp and green peppers as I no longer eat pork or chicken. I also ordered the Shrimp with Broccoli and an order of veggie rolls. She repeated the the order back, correct the first time. She already knew my address from previous visits. The food arrived, hot and delicious with a lot of shrimp, unlike some other places Ive tried. The gentleman delivering the food was courteous and following health guidelines. I will definitely be ordering again.

I simply enjoyed their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well kept and the staff members are always friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The food quality has done a 360 for the worst. What a shame for a local business. Second time in a row of the decline.

The food here is not bad. But this is the second time I order food with chicken fried rice and they send pork fried rice. So keep that in mind that theres no attention to detail.

Will never order from here again. Chicken fried rice was yellow instead of brown and beef teriyaki was thick and chewy instead of thin and crunchy and lacked teriyaki favor.

Im always happy with their food. The employees and the drivers are always pleasant. I recently had questions about ingredients and the gentleman on the phone patiently went over things with me and I really appreciated that.

Everything we ordered (fried rice, chow mein, kung pao chickenlooked nothing like we expected. The fried rice look yellow and boiled as if it came from one of those grocery store easy-to-make rice packages. Not only did the fried rice look nothing like we expected, it also tasted so bland it was shocking. We were absolutely floored by the lack of flavor. The fried rice and plain white rice had the same flavor. The chow mein had no noodles and instead had onions and cabbage in a clear broth. Its possible we didnt even get chow mein and they gave us the wrong item. The kung pao chicken looked and tasted like a frozen entree. I believe it was a frozen entree because all the carrots were uniformly cut into cubes like they were made in a manufacturing plant for frozen meals. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing looked right nor did anything taste flavorful.

The delivery driver was rude. More importantly, I found a dead bug in my Wonton Soup. Already displeased with the poor service, I wanted my money back. The manager was combative, and uncooperative. Suffice to say I will not be coming back here.Why two stars? Because I want to be fair. Things werent so bad in the past here--I did have some good experiences in the past. But I dont want to open my food every time wondering if its up to code. Wont be coming back.

Love their food.very nice as well.But agree rice needs to be little darker and chicken fingers need to be like a thick crispy batter.not little pigeon bites.

This place has delicious crab rangoons and really good chicken lo mein, its inexpensive, savory, and it has free delivery, what more could you want?

I don’t know how this place has such a high rating. It was the grossest Chinese I’ve ever seen. Girl I ain’t picky and this was inedible. Only thing from what I ordered that could be stomached was the spring roll.

Food is pretty good. Free delivery keeps me ordering from them on principle alone. Delivery drivers are always very nice.

I like their food. They deliver to where I live which is astounding. They are priced similar to other "Mom and Pop" chinese food restaurants, with friendly staff. They also have online ordering which is very convenient. Chicken Terriyaki is fried, so be warned if you are getting it.

Fantastic food, personally recommend the General Tso Chicken, however, its only good for takeout, not a place to sit and eat.

Ordered online and they said they didnt noticed i ordered when i called a hour later wondering where my food was. Ordered chicken dumplings they where NASTY. I threw them out... Never ordering again. First time and last time getting food there. Disappointed.

Like my millionth time ordering from here. Today however I was introducing the chicken teryaki to a friend and friend loved them.My vegan roommate spoke up and mentioned how delious serious remembered them being. And couldnt stop laughing.

Its under new management. They have lied saying they are on vacation. The food is not the same. It is now over cooked and dry. their dumpling are so dry that you actually need a knife to open them. Will not go there again

I ordered out I live 3 min away by walkinng but asked for delivery because hey why not. Got my food 45 min after ordering and was excited to have a chinese resturant next door that I could frequently visit. I am throughly let down. The pork fried rice is yellow and taste like it has unwashed bean sprouts. The crab ranggoon was very chewy and ttasted like the fry oil hasnt been changed in a while. The only okay thing was the chicken low mein it was edible but nothing to be wowed about and would be better around 11pm after night of drinking with your mates. I hope to see improvements from them wil try again in 6 months to a year

I have been coming here since I was a kid and they have always been more than accommodating. Spend enough money and they throw in some free stuff. Never had a problem with customer service and the food is the best. Highly recommend this small business!
