Humpty's Family Restaurant in North Battleford

It took forever to get our order, they forgot sauces that came with it, everything was overcooked and disgusting I still have a retchid taste in my mouth from it, the roof was leaking on our table, the only good thing about that place was the server who was very pleasant.

Super good service and food was awesome.

Good food and service, we were seated quickly and served quickly. There was no reason to give anything but 5 stars. We had a great time and for me the servers make or break a experience and it was made.

Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. They were at the till but wouldnt even say Ill be with you in a moment. Once seated service was quick and food was good

We went in as 2 adults with 4 small children. 2 of which were in car seats and would not have been eating or out of their seats and were advised that we could not sit together due to covid restrictions. Some of these restrictions are going to far and if exceptions cant be made to them in such situations.... we will not be returning.

Great Fish and Chips on a cold winter night when my heater quit working. Good people working here!Never had Fish and Chips from Humptys before. This world is full of surprises...

Server was not observant at all as my friend and I had barely been given our menus when we were asked for our order. We each ordered a waffle and both tasted old. Not sure if it was old oil on the waffle iron or if the batter was old but it was awful. The presentation was terrible as both the berries and the whipped cream were served on the side. My friend asked for crisp bacon and decided burnt bacon.Overall...I will not return

Went here the other day, expecting things to be a little slower with everything going on. Had went in for lunch and hour after we ordered we had to leave as I had to get back to work. Had went to pay for our drinks and told the manager or owner, not sure who he was but he replied with " Well this isnt a fast food place so what do you expect ". Was quite shocked as I knew it wasnt going to be 20 mins in and out but to find out that our orders havent even been placed in yet and started after 45 minutes was ridiculous. Place has gone downhill, and definitely wont be going back. Went to Boston Pizza the next day and had our meals and were out in 50mins.

Food came out barely warm and rubbery. Asked for it to be remade, waitress asked if there was anything else I wanted... I replied no, I want what I ordered but made fresh.Food came back fresh but was the last time waitress came to the table.

Was decent, but I would say servers were understaffed. Waitress we had was pleasant but with all the running around naturally she forgot items we ordered. Food was good, prices were alil steep.

Service was horrible, waitresses young children were there crying and screaming and all over the place and the servers were paying more attention to them then customers. We were not asked if we wanted refills. They brought out one persons meal and 10 min later 2 more and the last two took another 5 min.

Food was soggy and undercooked. We were disappointed and didnt finish food. Waitress was very nice though so we didnt complain. This is our first time going in the evening, approx 9pm. In the past when we go in the afternoons, food is normally good. Not sure if its a new cook or what.

One star, I didn’t even eat here. I stopped in to use the restroom, and I was so grossed out I took time out of my day to write this review. You should be ashamed to operate this establishment and force your customers to use a washroom in such poor condition. The toilet seat was covered in urine, every crevice looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I am not exaggerating this is the worst bathroom I have ever seen in my life

Absolutely terrible food and an ugly experience . The waitress was rather abrupt and acted like we were a chore. Afraid she was going to growl at us. Then got nice when she brought the bill.I had Salisbury steak..I asked if it was in house made. Was told it was. Its wasnt. It was a frozen hamburger with red onions...wrong.only white onions for Salisbury steak and the mashed potatoes Im sure came from a box. Flavorless. The gravy was decent and the mushrooms cooked decent. Senior lady at next table had same meal and didnt eat. She was equally disgusted.He had the pork cutlet...so dry it was like bark. Curly Fries are frozen packaged so they were average and the corn should have been left to cook longer.We are going back to smittys.

The food is an absolute embarrassment to the franchise and the servers are incompetent. The owners should be ashamed and may god have mercy on their souls.Definitely do not recommend, if I could go -3 stars I would.

You get a decent sized amount of food and it was good. Service from table to food was a bit slow...another person that came in after us was served first.

Food ok. Scrambled eggs were most likely microwaved. Bacon and toast were good. Little potatoes were the frozen and deep fried kind. I took away one point because the womans washroom was dirty.

Wasnt great, quick dinner, low grade food and was just barely ok. The place looked run down. Wont go back unless Im in a hurry because they were fast.

Found a new favorite burger, desert and a great waitress. Last few visits have been great from the service to the food.

Was not impressed the restroom was clean but not cleaned well. Fruit flies surrounded the fixtures in the mens. Staff seemed less then impressed to be there. The building is older but the location is good. Should have been so much better.

Food was very good and very reasonable. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Possibly one of the nastiest male bathrooms I have ever been in.

Very good selection for hot dinner specials with very favorable prices. Restaurant was clean, with clean tables, chairs floors and Windows. Attached to gas station right on Yellowhead HWY, with plenty of parking. Food served was eye appealing, was served hot and tasted yummy. Waitress was efficient, offering beverage refills, some brief small talk and made us feel welcome. Payment was processed well and our receipt was given. We were also told of the rewards program via App prior to our exit. Overall, would definitely recommend for travellers and locals alike.

Food was great and the wait staff was very friendly and courteous. Will be stopping in again.

Food and service were both very good. Would go back anytime for any type of meal. Breakfast lunch or dinner.

Food was good, portion was large and my waitress was friendly and helpful. On warmer winter days watch for the snow and ice that slides off the roof and on to the sidewalk. Restrooms could be cleaner but I believe they are shared with the gas station so Im not sure who would be responsible for that.

Service is friendly and good. Like taking kids to eat there because theres a large variety of menu items for them to choose from. Same goes for adults as well.

This is a good place if you’re passing through. It’s a truck stop, so I was expecting cheaper prices. Staff seem stressed with each other but are great with customers

Great food, quick service considering very busy and severely understaffed. The two young ladies were literally running as there was a minimum of 14 tables on the go. The two young ladies were still smiling, tho.

The reason why I visited this restaurant was because of my cravings for curly fries. It was served just the way I like it. Nice and crispy! I decided to order it with the battered cod. Though it was a bit smaller cut compared to other restaurants in the area who serves fish and chips, it also tasted fresh and just had the right amount of batter.The server was also great, friendly and helpful.

My wife said the woman’s bathroom was nasty. Guys was usable. They need to work on there house keeping. Always makes me wonder if the bathrooms are that bad. What is the kitchen like?

The manager today behaved like an absolute fool. I witnessed a customer needing to leave because his meal was very late and wanted to pay for his coffee. The manager got irritated over the complaint and asked if he ever managed a restaurant before then said "never mind you dont look like you have ever worked". (SERIOUSLY He racially profiled the customer who needed to GO BACK TO WORK!! Absolutely disgusting that someone like him would be hired to represent Humptys in North Battleford. I will never return. I was embarrassed for that man and the look on the other staffs faces were pure humiliation. I dont care how he felt justified in behaving like a child. He clearly needs to be trained on how to deal with the public. Swearing and flipping out is never acceptable especially when the customer hasnt accelerated it to that level. Shame on you!!!!

Dont know if I was just there on a bad day, but the waitress was fine, the little blonde girl that took our money was a total snobby Bit*h would never go back because of her. Little troll of a girl

Humptys food is always good but I went to use their washroom and it was the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen. Plugged toiled with feces and puke and the urinals were atrocious. Seeing that puke was enough for me not to eat there. I love humptys but that was a low blow being the only washroom I can get my rig into. Get it together humptys.
