One of a growing number of micro real Ale sites in town. This was an early addition to to them, constantly changing range of well kept ales on from across UK.

A great selection of craft ales. Knowledgeable, very friendly bar staff. Menu looked great and wed wished we hadnt already eaten! Returning soon to try. Interesting, vegan Caribbean dishes included. Relaxed atmosphere. Toilets are upstairs,m so difficult for patrons with mobility issues. Highly recommended to bob in for a pint (or two!and to sample the food.

Been waiting a long time for this reopening and it does not disappoint. Four of us had a good selection of food from the menu, from goat curry and burger to saltfish and ackee and several veggie and vegan bits as well - sweetcorn fritters, dutty fries and jerk halloumi. Everything was spot on. Take a tip: try the lighter bites so you can sample more, there was not one bum note. The beer selection is also good and Jimmy knows his stuff: his recommendations are great and he has a phenomenal memory for peoples tastes as well. Cant recommend highly enough.

Oh my god, this place is bad from start to finish, with a combination of disinterested and absent staff coupled with substandard drinks on offer theres little to nothing positive to say about this drinks establishment. Whats more Ive be led to believe they dont even pay their temporay staff and fail to give some of any respect to their customers. Shockingly bad overall!

Totally different pub. Amazing selection of beers and food, but in a different tropical atmosphere. Live music and lovely gin tonics too.

Ive been here before and looked forward to my return.Upon entering, it didnt fail to dissapoint.The friendly staff welcome you like an old friend, and the selection of drinks is a delight. A couple of orchard pigs and "a hoppy beer with notes of grapefruit" as requested, later and we reluctantly depart to seek a meal before retiring to bed.I long to be back there, I feel warm and happy from another wonderful experience.Thanks for another homely evening.Did I mention the music?...A mixture of Dub and soul music followed by some Rolling Stones. This place is like a dream come true.For anyone who didnt catch the enthusiasm, this place is a 5 out of 5, maybe even a 10 out of 10.

Come regularly for the quiz night on Wednesdays, and occasionally other times too.Found the place by accident as it is just off the main road out of sight, but a really good pub with a great selection of lagers, craft beers, Gins and a lot more. You wont find a pint of Carling here for example.Quiz night is very good, free to enter, although if you hope to win, bring a few mates!Staff are friendly too.Some drinks can be on the pricey side, but theres so much choice you can always pick something else to your fancy.

Brilliant host. Brilliant vibe. And tonight they served a delicious curried goat and rice...in tapas size portions too! Such a friendly atmosphere and the drinks choice is bang on trend.Highly recommended!

Excellent range of cask real ales. Background music and comfy seating in various areas. Now we have a decent pub crawl around Shipley centre complimenting saltaires. Afterwards ...Rajpoot for the best curry ever !!!

Beer - a nice range of it. In the currently fashionable craft style. Not ideal if you only like Carling, although they do have some fairly normal lager if you want it.

Pub re-opened a few months ago. Only been once but on 1st impressions very good. Wide choice of quality lagers and ales. Chilled clientel on our midweek visit. Nice arrangement of seating (tables and sofas)
