Not bad!

Horrible experience. The room was very dirty. Musky smell from the AC. It looks like there’s no cleaning maintenance. It looks like it was abandoned and then they put in a few beds and called it a hotel. The furniture is stained from water stains. Kinda creepy because the hospital is right beneath it and the rooms look like they were part of the hospital and then turned into a hotel.There is also no parking lot, you have to pay separately in a Lott beside it.

Due to a high volume of tourism. All hotels were booked. This hotel was the only one with a vacancy. It served its purpose. However, it did not have the amenities listed as advertised. No gym, refrigerator, or microwave. Although, the front staff were very accommodating. One young lady was very helpful before and during my stay when I had issues with the bill. It was obvious that the hotel is not made for extended stays.

Hotel is located on the 4th floor of the hospital. Checking parking is the ambulance parking during emergencies. First staff member available to answer questions is a staff member that works for the hospital not for the hotel and that person will make sure that you dont stay parked long enough because ambulance may come their way to the hospital. Patients are dismissed the same way one have to enter to go to the hotel. No food services, except for the cafeteria at the hospital. Not a feel of hotel at all. Hospital waiting room looks better than the hotel lobby.The only good part of the hotel are the staff members helping during check-in and checking out.

It was really hard to find the location. It was really cold and we couldnt control the air conditioning. The parking lot is far and you have to pay a fee to park. The room smelled like you were in a hospital.

In a time of covid you go through THREE hospital floors to enter the hotel. The parking lot is in the hospital parking lot. The staff is friendly, the areas are clean. Getting there is a maze of HOSPITAL roads. Unless YOU have to go to the hospital I don’t recommend booking it.

This place should not be advertised as a hotel. This is a hospital, pretending to be a low (very lowbudget motel. The "hotel rooms" are old hospital rooms with bigger beds. Everything is old, run-down, dirty, and scary. They should advertised it as a scary "ghost hunted" hospital room stay.

This hotel room was very dirty! They had us in a room with boarded up windows and no refrigerator. The wifi was terrible and we spent 15 minutes trying to find a place to park. The staff was bad but it was very hard to communicate because almost no one spoke english.

It’s conveniently located near the hospitals. Clean and fair prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean Bathrooms, Clean Beds minor stuff woluld like to have parking but beacause of COVID it was not available.

First hotel is in a hospital. On the fourth floor. The elevator barely works. They have one person working in the entire floor. Tv was old and barely worked just had one channel. Room stank. Whole bed also. Was also way too small for the price. Stains on curtains. Would never book here again.

This is not a hotel! Stop fooling people ! This is a hospital dirty hospital on the fourth floor! Terrible location! No parking! No housekeeping

Room was full of mold, bedding was not clean, room was not up to date like pictures. I would not reccomend to stay here. It is on a floor of the hospital.

Excelent alternative with as n unique environment

Staff was absolutely amazing but there were no signs indicating where the place was exactly located. You must update those bathrooms they were not up to standard!!!

I had to change rooms 3 times because of water leaks on the prior rooms. You cant park in front of the hotel to bring your luggage, they make you drag it from wherever you manage to find a parking spot before checking in even if it is blocks away. They charged me additional $10 dollars per day for a 3 blocks away parking and that weird Puerto Rico only service charge all hotels here make up different prices for. There is no laundry room in the hotel so more dragging your luggage 3 blocks to your car and then try finding a decent clean place to do laundry around here. Despite this hotel not being cheap there is no complementary breakfast. Showers are extremely tinny you have a foot between you and the wall and you and the curtains. The rest of the building is a hospital so youll see sick people coming in the building to be treated and ambulance personnel. The whole time It seemed almost like I was the only person staying here. The staff is really nice, they had to apologize for all the inconveniences. Youve been warned.

Ants everywhere ...the water goes everywhere in the bathroom and super small and not 2 mention its in a Hospital. 😞

No parking on premise. No parking garage validation. No place to stand the car while you bring in luggage and check in to hotel.Would not let me cancel even though it was less than 1 hour since I booked it.Ceiling is a drop ceiling style, and they are all bowing. One panel by the door and AC has extensive moisture and mold damage.No breakfast available.I should have looked closer before booking. Would not recommend unless you have a loved one hospitalized in same building.

Never again online forgot to mention that the hotel is at the hospital they also forgot to mention that you have to pay for parking when it says that parking is free smh. The rooms was always dirty. Some of the outlet didnt work and also the iron was no good and the room was dark only one light.

There was hotel inside hospital. First I laughed so much and felt little scary too since it was quite late night when reached there.

I made a reservation online for someone else they stayed at the hotel and presented their card yet my card was charged.😡😡😡😡 how do you charge my card and I was not there and it was not like it was a no show. I have called 3 times already they admire that she gave them her card but they have yet to reverse the charge. If you ask me that is illegal. So since they wont fix it I guess I have to take it to someone else.

Once again-about the 10th time Ive stayed & bathroom is FILTHY--URINE CLEARLY ALL OVER TOILET:SINK LITERALLY DIRTY:TRASH & HAIR IN SHOWER:HAIR ALL OVER BATHROOM FLOOR: I HAD TO CHANGE THE SHEETS MYSELF AGAIN!!! WASH THE TOILET & SINK & PARTIALLY CLEAN SHOWER MYSELF!!!!! I only stay because of convenience to VA Hospital & discount. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY NASTY & PATHETIC OF DISPLAY OF MANAGEMENT!!! IVE INFORMED SO MANY PEOPLE MANY TIMES WITH NO CHANGES AT ALL!!!! ITS A HOTEL-ITS SUPPOSE TO BE CLEAN! HOW A HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE THAT AS A PRIORITY IS AN OUTRIGHT SHAME!!!!!

Run down place. Lamp was rusted. Bed skirt was torn and stained. Outlet didnt work.Just old and looks like it hasnt had anything updated since the early 1970s. Hard to find. Have to pay for parking. I paid about 25 dollars just to park over night. The desk clerk spoke very limited English. Ice machine was broken. This hotel is on the 4th floor of a hospital! I didnt know this when I booked it.

Misleading in formation about location

I stayed for 1 night courtesy of the VA. The hotel is actually the 4th floor of the hospital building. Rooms are converted hospital rooms. My room was clean with a queen bed, flat tv and the air conditioning worked fine. The front desk staff was very friendly and makes wake up call. The hotel is convenient for you if you are visiting the hospital otherwise not so much. Its a 3 star hotel but Im giving 4 stars because of the staff and cleanliness.

Nice hotel. The lady at the front desk was really helpful. Even helped us order papa johns. Had no idea it was going to be above a hospital.

Elevator takes forever... Hidden jem! Book a massage and facial in advance!

If you are planning to go to a concert in San Juan like I did ,this is the place to stay at ,Good rates, close to the train station that will take you straight to the concert area with out moving your car. Just 15 min away from the Condado area.

For a Howard Johnson it was better than most. Clean room and helpful staff.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. This place is dirty, service is terrible, and its inside of the hospital.

Horrible, real horrible experience. Its nothing like its posted in the ads.. And by the way its not a Hotel its a motel. Theres no host there the person that was there was actually using one of the rooms for herself and for our surprise she was the one in charge, really!? She didnt know what to do when we arrived and had to call her mother. P.D. for around 114.00 per night you can get something worth better . oh and please clean it up it has a horrible stench of urine.

Dont be deceived by photos, its nothing like that. False advertising.

Horrible. .. hotel is on the forth floor of the hospital. In order to enter the hotel we had to enter to the hospital entrance. The rooms are super small. I think they used to be patient rooms. The hallway is dirty. Never again.

The room was too cold. Temperature control didnt work.. solution: open window.No toilet paper holder.It was the cheapest hotel around airport.

The hotel is inside of a hospital at the 4th floor. We enter the hospital through the emergency entrance. The room was small and really cold. AC regulator didnt work. The staff told us to open the windows for heating up. Bathroom was ok but not clean. No breakfast service.

My room was situated right outside the laundry room where they had no problem storing literally bags and bags of dirty laundry. Wish I could post pics...Many better places to stay at this price point in San Juan. Fitness center is two treadmills in a closet.
