Hotel the Jeevens in Sambriāl

Very worst experience, wash room conditions very disappointing bed sheet and cult cover not fresh. No tissues available. Bed is little comfortable but pillows and cushion are not of standard. Towel is of very low standard, no room key available. overall for a night is you have to accept.

The furniture old and had not been even polished for long.Worst thing was that their key card lock system was out of order and everytime someone from font desk had to accompany me to open the door. Upon asking came to know its been an issue for quite some time.

My first stay in this hotel and it was the worst experience. But its all my fault as I ignored this hotel rating. Look at the cleaning quality of stuff.

If only i could rate this hotel zero star i would definitely give it zero stars. Poor management. Havent seen such unprofessional and rude staff. The door locks even doesnt work properly. The rooms are worse. Would not recommend this trashcan of a hotel to even my worse enemy. Terrible experience in short.

We had a very very bad experience today at Jeevans Hotel Sialkot. Air conditioners are not woking. Pathetic service. We do not recommend anyone to host a family function. Overall worst experience.

We had our engagement program at Jeevan Hotel. The food was very good but the service was very slow due to which a lot of food was wasted and the AC service was non-existent and even after signing the DJ contract, the DJ was not installed. It did not come, due to which we will not refer to him in the future, nor will we advise anyone else to refer to him. Even after investing money, we had to listen to many relatives and friends, which we will regret.

Useless hotel, unhygienic dirty rooms, pathetic service, the corridors smell like vomit. Air-conditioning doesnt work at all and the management is least bothered.

I have been to lots of Hi-tea Buffet but Hotel the jeevens iftar cum dinner has no match 😋 . Now its rank at top of my list. Hotel location is good. I enjoyed iftar buffet with my family, food was excellent and arrangments were good. Highly recommended place in Sialkot.

Dont trust the pictures,Hotel is in dire need of repairs.AC/heat wasnt working. Furniture was stained. Washroom exhaust wasnt working. Service was non existent. Not worth the price.

A good place to live in Sialkot. I didnt know before checking in that they have a pool in hotel, they didnt allow to bath without costume and you dont find any shop nearby to buy one. The first room i got was having bugs in it, luckily i saw it beforehand and asked the reception who changed my room and the later was fine. Rooms are pretty large and furniture is fine class. Room service is also good but is a bit slow. Parking is an issue, may be they are building some place for this purpose. I was shocked to see bugs in room, it may be the first time noted but still bugs are bugs and they shouldnt be in a class hotel. Just substracting 1 star for it, otherwise this place is worth living

I stayed with my elderly parents for convenience to enable us to gain some quality rest time before we caught a flight from Sialkot airport. I was far from pleased with the poor and despicable state of our rooms. With smell eminating, infested rodents and AC on very low power, our experience was highly depressing. After numerous complaints which included 3 phone calls and a wait of over 1 hour for a cup of tea, we finally gave up and tried to sleep at 2am for a 8am flight to UK.The management were not understanding and threatened action if we did not pay the full balance of our stay.Let the photographic visuals Not deceive your thinking & Do Not allow their incompetence to compromise your time, money and relaxation!

Found a rat in every room. Was changed to three rooms. Also poor service. Would rather stay in Sneinton hotelPoor service. AC working very slow. Nobody knew English. Rude workers

Worst Hotel in the world! Avoid at all cost! Rats in every room.We checked in 6pm evening.I am a very experienced traveller and booked a room for my elderly parents and another for us with 2 young kids. We needed to rest before morning flight from Sialkot airport.I thought this hotel was of high standards. How wrong I was!On arrival we ordered tea and biscuits to the room. After 1 hour tea arrived and they told us they dont have biscuits.The room had a small fridge but it didnt work.AC was very old and took extremely long time to cool the room.Then the worst thing happened. We seen a rat in the bedroom and the kids screamed. Told the staffWere informed and after a long time they came and searched the room and told us to leave the room while they did this.They then came out and closed the door behind them. They then blamed us for leaving the key card inside and told us the master card had to come from somewhere a it took them 30 minutes while we stood outside. They said rat was not found and moved us to a different room on different floor.And after an hour we saw another rat roaming around the bedroom.They moved us to 3 different rooms and by now we were that scared that we could not sleep all night. Stayed awake. Kids were traumatised.In the morning at 6am we checked out and on several requests they wanted full payment. They charged full price and would not five any compensation at all.We paid full and ran out.Staff were very rude.Not even 1 star rating for this.

I came into this hotel with high expectations with my kids and I was 6 months pregnant. Whenever I go to the reception they stop me and tell me that I have to pay extra.The service at the resecption was very poor, also HAMAZA and PAKEEZA the two people at the reception had a lot of attitude which they should learn to control.The food was tasteless and they only have like 3 things in the buffet.I would highly warn u to never come to this hotel even if it was for free !Im extrememly disappointed...

One of the best among the available hotels in SIALKOT. I have the opportunity to enjoy a meal there. A good melodiouse hall for dinning along nice reception makes the time and food memorable. I recommend it to all travelers either foreigners or locals who are looking for a nice cusine in SIALKOT.

Good hotel, rooms are good, food is average, breakfast is very ordinary and theres a gym and a sauna room in the basement. Theres usually a function going on at weekends, so its noisy. Its located on a main road so its accessible.

The Princess Suite was great. Acknowledging that the location of this hotel does not matches its quality, I would give it a four star rating. The only annoying aspect was the entrance to this hotel which needs to widened and improved aesthetically.

Hotel The Jeevens is excellent place in Sialkot to stay. Good staff. Delightful rooms. Western baths(I really love that). Neat and clean clothing. No noise. No pollution. Safe and secure environment. We will recommend you to stay with family or without family.

"Excellent Hotel and Staff"This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items.I definitely would stay at this hotel again !

I did not have a very good experience of the city, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this hotel was not a reflection of Sialkot. Stylish, very expensive looking even though it was decently priced, and overall good value for money. The rooms are well decorated and maintained, the dining hall is good and offers a wide range of food (albeit their chairs are a dates and could use replacing), and the service was outstanding. Staff and customer service are definitely the shining star in my opinion, very polite, very attentive and very helpful. I dont think i would return to sialkot as it was a let down but if i had to, i know where i would stay!
